Interesting e-mail I got yesterday… “Former Columbus (GA) Mayor Teresa Tomlinson is set to hold a press conference Friday to address newly appointed City Councilor John Anker’s call for the removal of City Manager Isaiah Hugley. * The press conference will take place on Friday, Mar. 14, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at the Columbus Georgia Convention & Trade Center, located at 801 Front Avenue. Tomlinson is expected to deliver a brief statement and take questions from the media. * Tomlinson, who served two terms as mayor from 2011 to 2019, worked alongside Hugley throughout her tenure. * Anker, who was recently appointed to the council, has drawn criticism for his push to oust Hugley, prompting concerns from local leaders and community members.” – Hmmm… definitely a political maneuver.. Queen TT Tom-LYING-son could have made a comment Tuesday. Wednesday, or Thursday, but the Democrats needed time to organize a partisan crowd to attend.. Wonder what her ultimate political motive is?

And we need to know WHO was pushing the button on “the Autopen” as quasi-President?

Speaking of John Anker.. you know, had he been elected as Columbus GA’s Mayor in 2022, we’d probably have much more action done on the External Audit of the financial misdoings the City Manager, “I-see-a-nothing” Hugley, was ultimately responsible for knowing about and fixing.. Gosh… Columbus could have had a “Trump” vs a “Bump” for a mayor…

As much as I’m against the lengthy “early voting period” we have in GA, but since we do, then “Absentee Ballots” should not be allowed to be “dropped off”… Absentee Ballots should be required to be mailed so the time stamp will be present.. after all, if someone can “drop off” their ballot, they could easily vote at the Early Voting Precincts…
