Online Headline: "Russia presents US with demands that need to be met before ending Ukraine war" --  This is what happens when a good leader like Trump opens the door for discussions... communication between the involved.

---

From the "why do they call'em 'Dems", when "Dims" is more accurate" department - Online headline: "Illinois Dem lawmaker pushes bill to legalize attacks on police for people having mental health episode" --  Good grief! This is something only a mentally disturbed elected official could imagine!

---

WRBL-TV3 online headline: "Columbus NAACP and clergy speaks against City Council’s appointment of John Anker " --  Hmmm ... well, the time to express discontent in on local election day .. but the NAACP & Interdenominational Ministry Alliance need to admit, up front, this is a racist demonstration. They also need to acknowledge the nomination and vote for Anker was not a Black vs White issue.

Based on recent events and movement in our elected officials and one non-elected City official, there’s a credible report about what the non-elected City official said in a church situation concerning the future make-up of Columbus GA's Mayor/Council membership.  Can the current Mayor/Council investigate this and verify whether the statement/promise is true?

Online story: " A CarMax  customer suddenly, and erratically, turned and reversed his SUV into the dealership showroom on Saturday afternoon. The suspected driver, 25-year-old Andrew Jesus Arroyo, injured an employee and several customers in an episode of vehicular carnage that left at least one person paralyzed, according to court records. *  On Tuesday, Los Angeles County prosecutors charged Arroyo with multiple felonies including attempted murder with a special allegation of causing great bodily harm, increasing any potential prison sentence he may receive if convicted." --  Hmmmm...It's California... he'll be out soon,... and the LA Mayor will probably give him a City vehicle to use until he can get his back from CarMax

Online story: “After meeting with his conference, the Senate minority leader said "Schumer said, Republicans do not have the votes" to advance the House-approved measure, which requires 60 votes to hit the floor.” -- Good Grief! After all the Democrats'  moaning & groaning about Republican wanting to "shut down" the government by not voting for a CR bill full of pork that DOGE has brought to light, now the Democrats are moaning & groaning are wanting TO "shut down" down the CR bill because it corrects so much of the Democrats "pork" from prior CR bills .

After accepting over 600 voluntary retirements from Department of Education employees, DOGE laid off another 1,600 DOE employees and closed a number of regional DOE offices in ... basically.... BLUE CITIES. CNN "interviewed" an unnamed, unverified DOE employee who said, "We cannot get the work done without staff." Hmmm, I thought...you know, looking at the National test scores,  the "work" WASN'T GETTING DONE WITH STAFF, but CNN didn't bother ...well, never intended to push back on the "info" it's unnamed, unverified interviewee was spouting off about.

Wow! I just received an e-mail from Congressman Sanford Bishop, D - GA2,  concerning the re-re-naming of Ft  Benning... Bishop wrote: "The Secretary of Defense's dismissal of the Moores’ service to the Army, our military families, and our nation is disrespectful." -- You know, I agree... but it was the Democrats fault that history was "erased" by the Democrats, and the Moore family was unnecessarily subjected to the process.  What Bishop also fails to address is that any pain the Moore family feels was created BY THE DEMOCRATS... including Bishop's own vote to do that!

---

Online headline: "Democrats still refuse to protect women’s sports" -- Hmmm...  Maybe Senator  Warren.. even Senator Schumer as well... needs to have a "short arm inspection".... it might explain her/their disdain for biological women's rights.

---

Online headline: "Columbus council approves new oversight committee for key venues" --  Hmmmm...One thing this committee.. and Council ... should investigate is the contract with the Civic Center and Pepsi... the signage, from front entrance and throughout the inside of the Civic Center is overloaded on Pepsi imagery.. to boot, Coca Cola was originated here in Columbus, and our government facilities are disgracing Columbus' heritage.

---

Online headline: "Musk is right about entitlements, but the media are lying about what he said" -- What's also not said by media is that both Social Security benefits and Medicare are retirement age benefits that individuals and their employers  pay into via salary deductions paid for the work the individual does/did over the years. Key item is that these two programs are not just government funded giveaways like MedicAid.

---

Online headline: "Cozy ties between top Newsom ally and CCP official unearthed on networking site: 'She helped me a lot" --  Hmmm... as if "fire hosing homeless encampments" on the streets of San Francisco before escorting Xi Jinping around  wasn't a huge clue about Newsom's connection with China.

---

Online headline: "Fetterman urges Democrats to talk like ‘regular’ people instead of ranting about ‘oligarchs" -- Hmmm ... well, it looks like Fetterman hasn't really taken an objective look at the membership of the current Democratic Party .... otherwise he'd know the "ranting oligarchs" way outnumber "regular" people.

---

Hey.. Fetterman.. what’s normal about allowing men to play in female sports event, or use women’s bathrooms? What’s normal about allowing illegal aliens into the country, boarding them at America’s expense, and allowing them to commit crimes without consequences? Hey.. using Bill Clinton’s definition of “normal” is not gonna win you any votes.

---

Online headline: "Randi Weingarten deserves the fury of parents across the nation" --  Amen! Randi Weingarten is.. and always will be..  all about Randi Weingarten! Students.. even classroom teachers be damned.

---

Online headline: "Venezuelan deported from US and held in Guantanamo for 15 days says it was ‘hell" --  Mission Accomplished! Send all of them to Gitmo for a couple of weeks before sending them home!

---

Online headline: "Students will suffer harm’: Education Department’s civil rights office gutted by layoffs, closures" --  An unnamed person, according to CNN, said, "The work cannot be done without staff."   Hmmmm...there is some truth...well, half-truth.... in this,  but it takes able, competent staff, and looking at the national results of our Education System, the work needed isn't getting done!
