With his record of escapes form his jail, Sheriff Heath Taylor should reconsider whether he keeps his name plastered on the sides of all the RC Sheriff's Department vehicles. Come election time, his name recognition may not be a positive.

Don't let today's hoopla about the whitewater rapids get you too excited... With less than half the dam being removed, that 8,000 CFS is actually more like 16,000+ CFS since all the water is being channeled into a smaller space. Sorta like when you twist a hose nozzle to increase pressure to wash off your car.
