Talk about inequalities of the tax freeze all you want, but that's nothing compared to the tax situation at 1201 Front Avenue Eagle & Phenix Condos. Luxury condos on the river and not one pays $500.00 or more in property taxes. I'm sure there's some 'historic district' law/rule that covers this, but the sense of reality fails miserably!
