Online headline: "Rare two-faced kitten born in Amity, OR" - You know it was a DUMBERat... and it's probably been registered to vote... twice.

Online story: "WASHINGTON — For the first time, America's racial and ethnic minorities now make up about half of the under-5 age group, the government said Thursday. It's a historic shift that shows how young people are at the forefront of sweeping changes by race and class. * Based on current rates of growth, whites in the under-5 group are expected to tip to a minority this year or next, Thomas Mesenbourg, the Census Bureau's acting director, said. * The government also projects that in five years, minorities will make up more than half of children under 18. Not long after, the total U.S. white population will begin an inexorable decline in absolute numbers, due to aging baby boomers. * The imminent tip to a white minority among young children adds a racial dimension to government spending on early-childhood education, such as President Barack Obama's proposal to significantly expand pre-kindergarten for lower-income families. " -- In 1973, there was a small item in the Wall Street Journal that noted for the first time, more than 50% of Americans were drawing income from government sources (local/state/fed employees, military, Postal Service, Social Security , welfare). That struck me upside the head. This is the upper cut following.

Heavens to murgatroid! (When was the last time you heard that!) The National Review is reporting that Lois "I ain't gonna incriminate myself or 00-bama) Lerner, even though officially "on leave", has been accessing the IRS database & files. Taking notes, I'm sure... literally!

Got ya searching your brain about the above... most will remember from Snagglepuss , some will even remember it from Bert Lahr in 1944.

Online story: " Two Miami police officers were injured Wednesday while participating in President Barack Obama's motorcade in Florida, police said. Neither of the injuries was life-threatening. * Obama's motorcade was returning to Miami's international airport after two Democratic fundraisers the president held Wednesday evening in Miami Beach, Fla. * Obama left Miami on a return flight to Washington ahead of schedule." -- It wasn't even a trip to improve the area/country. Hmmm, this is what happens when Judas 00-bama leads from behind.. the front liners aren't sure of the path. On a good note, it was a fundraising trip, and he left early, so it must have been that the money dried up quick.

Online story: "The state of Nevada and its primary psychiatric hospital violated the constitutional rights of mentally ill people by discharging them via Greyhound bus to cities across the nation without proper consent or making arrangements for their care, a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Las Vegas charges." -- ReidCare? Or just another DUMBERat "stuff the ballot" plan?

---

Online story: "The Colorado Department of Corrections says it has corrected its procedures after it mistakenly released a killer who was supposed to be sentenced to life in prison." -- Hmm, guess that was the last time the Parole Board is going to be convening in a neighborhood Marijuana Bar.

McClatchy headline/story: "Business donations to judges’ campaigns often equal friendly rulings * An elected judge who receives 1 percent of his or her contributions from the business sector votes, on average, for pro-business position about 46 percent of the time, according to the study. A judge who receives a quarter of his or her contributions from business votes with business 62 percent of the time, the study found. A judge who receives half from business votes with business about two-thirds of the time." -- Hmmm, on the other hand, did McClatchy make these conclusions after looking at both sides of the equation? Could it simply be that donations were made because of prior decisions by sane justices that donators wanted to support for the future?

McClatchy headline/story: "Poll says new college grads aren't ready for work * according to survey results released Tuesday by the Society for Human Resource Management, there's more than a sluggish job market to blame. * Almost half of human resource officials polled by the professional organization said this year's college graduates lack basic English skills in grammar and spelling. Eighteen percent said the grads come up short in math and computation. Thirteen percent faulted the grads' spoken English, and 10 percent cited a lack of reading comprehension. * The biggest complaint by hirers was that the graduates lack "professionalism" or "work ethic," a deficiency listed by half of those surveyed. Nearly half detected a lack of "business acumen." -- Well, what did you expect? When high school grads start college taking remedial course, colleges will not be able to challenge or motivate too many of them.

Starbuck's ad that didn't make it :

Online story: "A Massachusetts’ Little League pitcher has been banned from pitching because he throws with “too much power.” * There are strict pitching guidelines in Little League. No one pitcher can dominate since he is not permitted unlimited pitching time. The thing of it is, Tanner Beebe is only 5-foot-1 and weighs just 90 pounds. The problem is, he throws 60 miles per hour from a mound that’s just 46 feet away from home plate." -- Wait a minute, I spent 30 years umpiring and coaching in Little league... a 12-year old Little League pitcher throwing 60 MPH is basically average. One that throws 65 MPH is extra good, and ones that eclipse 70 are rare and exceptional. Of course it was Massachusetts that banned the kid for being average, and we know about Massachusetts liberalism.. wonder if they even keep score there?

You have to wonder if the NSA not only listens in on all the 'ObamaPhone' users, but calls them to remind them to vote as well.

The mayor says the city is getting a 3% "fee" from each rafter's on a Whitewater trip, but my youth minister just told me he and the youth if our church had to pay 8%. The non-discounted group rate was $35.10. That's $32.50 + 8% in fees. Where's the other 5% going?

Hmmm, an interesting question to ask is, "Were there any graduates at the high schools that didn't have a qualified student eligible for the "S.T.A.R" program who were wearing any honors sashes/drapes/tassels during their graduation ceremonies?"

---

L-E headline: "Commissary to close on Mondays * 170 employees will take furloughs between July 8 and Sept. 30 due to federal cuts" -- You know, why not just close on Sundays and give the employees a weekend day to celebrate life, family and their religion?

---
Nice try-but-got-it-backwards L-E "soundoff": "You liberals in Columbus do realize that all these budgetary issues the city is faced with are directly due to Obama’s trickle-down economics, don’t you?" -- The problem is the effect of Judas 00-bama's "trickle up poverty program".

---

L-E headline: "NSA director says programs disrupted dozens of attacks " -- But with what percentage of personal destruction to our rights as American citizens? Sticking your hand into a bowl of jelly beans to try to find the one jelly bean you want also ruin the rest of the bowl for others. Liberalism.. filled with 'good intentions' but at what costs...
