Aretha passed yesterday...but truly, no one can ever say "She's no longer with us."

It was weird... in a Jim Jones sort of way... for 76 people to overdose on K2/Spice at the same time and place in Connecticut. The victims in Jonestown, Guyana voluntarily consumed a special Jim Jones' Kool-Aid...hmmm and the 76 in Connecticut are still voluntarily consuming the DIMocrat Kool-Aid that's still available in heavy Blue States.

From the "now this is what collusion really is" department - Online "headline/story: "Senate votes to condemn Trump-like attacks on press * The U.S. Senate unanimously passed a resolution tacitly condemning President Donald Trump's attacks on the press Thursday. * While the resolution did not mention President Trump by name, it affirmed that "the press is not the enemy of the people," as the president has claimed repeatedly. * The move comes on the same day more than 300 publications across the country ran editorials criticizing the president's rhetoric. * The Boston Globe organized the effort and says the president's comments aim to undermine trust in the press and threaten press freedom. " -- Good grief.. WE expect crap like this from the DIMocrat-Socialist, but the Republicans should be ashamed.. The Senate has basically said that the President.. he head of our country.. is not afforded the rights of the 1st Amendment. Ironically, it's Trump's stand-up-to-the-establishment courage that got him elected by the people...With all the "talk" about non-proven "collusion" BY the president, we have just seen to absolute ACTS of collusion by the Senate and the MSM-13! Thank goodness for the patriots of America seeing through the collusive relationship of politicians and the MSM-13 and electing Trump. Fortunately, like the US Senate, the resolution HAS NO BALLS!

Hey, Founding Fathers, thank you for our Constitution.. and we're sorry you're having to see this collusive attack on it , Guess this is one of those cases you prepared us for...a domestic attack on our country's future.

Note of conflict... intentionally by MSM-13: In the story, MSM-13 triumphantly claims a "unanimous vote", yet in another story, Mitch McConnell says 10 mostly Republicans did not show up for Thursday votes. Where can I get a list of the "no shows" and the Republicans who did show and voted to pass that resolution?

---
HMMM... how can MSM-13 continue to blindly support Obama? Remember when Obama stated our GDP would never return to above 2%, yet he's out trying to claim credit for Trump getting it back over 4%.

Online headline/story: "Trump's military parade planned for November postponed: Pentagon * A U.S. official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said it was unclear exactly what caused the postponement but the increased cost of the event had caused concern and could be one reason. * The official said the cost estimate of about $92 million had not yet been approved by Defense Secretary Jim Mattis and could still be changed and more options could be included. * Earlier this year, the White House budget chief said the parade would cost U.S. taxpayers between $10 million and $30 million." -- Here we go again.. a MSM-13 "story" based on an "unnamed U.S. official speaking on a condition of anonymity". My money is on that Trump ordered the Pentagon to stop because Trump disagrees with the cost the Pentagon is projecting, and until he can locate and fire the "unnamed official".

Can you imagine if a Republican Governor had made the comment that NY Gov Cuomo made..."that America has never been great"? Every MSM-13 would be calling for his/her resignation or for a recall election. Yet, with Cuomo, MSM-13 yawned.

---
You know..NY Gov Cuomo is trying to walk-back his ever revealing comment about "America never been that great"..even Cynthia Nixon is raking him over the coals.... Hmmm, you know, I didn't realize how desperate Nixon is...to be honest, I thought she thought what Cuomo said long before Cuomo said it.

From the "this is "what happened" department - Online headline: "Hillary Clinton tells girl who knelt for Pledge of Allegiance to 'keep up the good work'" -- This is from the woman (and I'm using a very broad definition of woman) who felt she was OWED the presidency...Of course, she could have proven Obama right on some issues.. such as our GDP ever attaining 2% growth again, or American companies and jobs returning from overseas.

From the 'samo-Columbus-samo' department - Online headline/story: "Another luxury European car manufacturer wants a piece of Georgia * Like Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz and Porsche HQs, Jaguar Land Rover aims to add its name to the state’s automotive roster * “Georgia just can’t stop winning international auto manufacturer facilities.” * That’s the way the CoStar Group put it on Twitter, announcing the news that Jaguar Land Rover Classics is soon to set up shop in Savannah. * Under Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal, the state has become a welcoming place for auto manufacturers (unlike casinos) to develop home bases, with incentives packages and tax breaks luring them to the Peach State." -- Columbus keeps condemning it's own future... Columbus voters are out-of-step with reality.. In 2012, Muscogee County overwhelmingly (63%) went for Obama, and in 2016, over 58% voted for Hellary. and in 2014, 59% voted for Jason Carter. (What's scary about the 2014 vote for Jason Carter is that Sumter County gave Carter a smaller percent of it's vote than Muscogee did). With out-of-step voting like this, we know why Columbus' economy id floundering under the current Mayor and Council.

John Yoo, a former Deputy Assistant Attorney General says Manafort's position was weak because his defense team did not put up one..it put up no witnesses of it's own. Excuse, but why would a defense attorney put up it's own witnesses and tell the jury that it feels the prosecutors witnesses made their points?

California DIMocrat Rep. Adam Schiff is trying to establish John Brennan is now on Trump's "enemy list".. other than Schiff not really knowing what he's talking about in saying Trump HAS an enemies list, I imagine Schiff already has Brennan on HIS personal enemy list since Brennan actually lied about his knowing that the CIA was listening in on random phone conversations of American citizens.

From the "every dark cloud has a silver lining" department - One of my BCers made an astute observation about a problem that's plagued the local libraries... parents just randomly dropping off their kids to run around the libraries without parental supervision. Now that the Drag Queens are planning to show up monthly for 'story hour' in various area libraries, parents will not be as likely to just drop their kids off indiscriminately.

I've just been disillusioned... I love duct tape... it has been the fallback to fixing so many things that needed a quick..if only temporary... fix. I recently used some to hold together a broken tent post for the Law Enforcement Night Out event in our neighborhood..it worked and got us through the event. Yesterday, I had my duct tape bubble burst..somebody posted the even duct tape cannot "fix stupid".

Austin Tice.. a Marine and freelance photographer....believed to be under "containment" by the Syrian despot Basher ASSwad for the past 6 years...hmmm.. how come we're only hearing about him now? Why didn't Obama get him out when he was drawing his "line in the sand" in response to ASSwad's crimes against humanity?

---
Online headline: "Georgia election officials warn of ‘chaos’ if judge orders paper ballots" -- I tell you what.. if we go back to "paper ballots", then we need to eliminated "early voting".. Can you not see the peril in having a room full of DIMocrat poll watchers sitting around a stack of paper ballots on a slow turnout day at the early stations?

---
M/C L-E headline: "Manafort jurors ask judge to redefine a reasonable doubt" -- In my book, it reasonable doubt started the day Mueller's team introduced it's bribed witness.. How can anyone, especially a juror, be confident in the words and claims of a "witness" that's basically been promised freedom if he tells a jury what the prosecutors feel is the only way to convict another.

---
M/C L-E story: "Jurors heard graphic testimony Thursday from a woman who alleges a Columbus couple used her like a sex slave while she lived with them in the summer of 2012, when she was 13 years old." -- Hmmm... and if we have another "jury fail", maybe the Columbus Library will allow them to come and have a "Story Hour" and read about their" personal fetishes".. it does seem to appear that the MCSB/MCSD feels the library is open to all.
