Was thinking about the Council comment.. suggestion.. that the $4.5+ Million dollar cost ($5.1 Million when you figure in the 85-cents-on-the-dollar return we get from each sales dollar we are taxed)) of the T-SPLOST.. Was thinking about the fact that an extra $3 Million was "found" unused.. Wait a minute.. if the money wasn't used for the voted on projects, then a lot more is being collected that wasn't necessary. Look. the T-SPLOST was a 10 year tax which we just completed the 5th, so how much more in unneeded T-SPLOST taxes are we going to drain out of our already suffering economy?

The ripple effect....the MSM-13/DIMocrat coalition will not even acknowledge the primary effect of the reduction in number from the SNAP rolls, much less the long term boost to the economy.. Not only are less tax dollars being diverted from infrastructure needs as more Americans become capable of providing for themselves and their families, but the government employee numbers can be reduced or redirected to other purposes that actually provide a better future for our country.
