The Fed raises have cause mortgage rates to jump upward taking buyer ability to afford down, and reducing prices sellers can now get.. The same Fed raises are doing the same thing to auto financing, and has caused backlogs on dealer lots. The Fed is too political right now to go unfettered..

I showed him a chart showing what stealing a $100.00 item did to a stores bottom line.. it was like erasing all the profit of $10,000.00 worth of sales (which, at the time, paid the salaries of 1.5 sales associates that could lose a job) .. and this tabloid disguise as a newspaper rated the move 3.5 STARS. Shame on Hollywood.. and more shame on McClatchy!
