There was a story recently that named 17 cities nationwide had record numbers of homicides this year (2021) versus 2020. Atlanta and Macon, GA made the list.. hmmm... I thought... neither Atlanta nor Macon's homicide percentages came close to the record number of homicides that Columbus, GA experienced...Columbus, GA had a 50-plus percent increase over 2020 which neither Atlanta nor Macon approached..
