As the US Supreme Court ponders race based college admissions, why don't organizations concerned with such do something to eliminate the need for discrimination in college admissions. A good start would be to track public schools abilities to make sure all elementary schools concentrate on every student being able to read at their grade level (or higher) before they advance to the next grade.
