Well, the Democrats are admitting mid-term defeat. Justice Stephen Breyer has announced his impending retirement later this year. The Dems realize that the only way to get a new liberal agenda nominee confirmed is to nominate and conduct Senate confirmation approval is get it done before the mid-term election while they still have enough votes so that Kamala Harris can break the tie. Of course, even Schumer .. at this point... cannot claim he can deliver Senators Manchin's and Sinema's votes because of the way the Democrats have treated them this year. If there's one good aspect about this, it's that if the "Handlers" are thinking about nominating Chuckles Harris, she'd have to resign as VP, and it may be tough for another progressive to be approved to replace her as VP, which means a more moderate VP might ruin his/her future career by breaking the Senate tie vote if Manchin and Sinema did the Democrat Party bidding.
---
Hmmm.. you know, maybe it will be good if Biden nominated Chuckles Harris to replace Breyer. What an opportunity it would be for Republican Senators to grill her, under oath, over her actions and inaction of carrying out her sworn oath to defend our Constitution and our borders.
---
Think about this....Breyer's retirement announcement, combined with JoKKKe Biden's campaign pledge to nominate a Black women may cause a LGBTQ+ stampede for male judges of all races and for non-Black females to proclaim they are transracial and/or transgenders to make themselves eligible. Hey! since Bill Clinton declared he was the first Black President.. wanna bet the Hellary claims she could be the first Black female Justice?
---
Online headline: "Breyer was relentlessly bullied by the left to get out before Republicans seize the Senate" -- If this is true... then Breyer needs to retire immediately! In essence, he would have admitted that he has violated his oath of office to opine on the Constitution by siding with a political agenda versus the intent of the Founding Fathers, and the American people's future.
---
You know, if Resident Biden keeps his campaign, vote-buying promise specifying that a Supreme Court Justice's race and color are more important than character and qualifications, a Black female nominee of real character and qualification ought reject Biden's nomination offer...
---
You know, if Biden does nominate a Black woman of character and qualification, ALL Republican Senators should vote for her approval.. that would blow the "you-know-it's-coming" Democrats' mid-term election ploy to further label ALL Republicans as racists...

Online headline/story: "Muscogee County redistricting lines denied by the state, what now? * The biggest changes the state made were with Midland Commons and the Columbus regional airport. * The state reapportionment office says their reason for these changes were to avoid precinct split, avoid voter anonymity issues, and use consistent geography. * These changes did not make sense to council members, as the airport does not have any residents or voters." -- What's the issue? What I see is who represents the Airport and Midland Mall issues..other than it might determine who Airport and Midland Commons executives donate money to get elected in that district...

Online headline/story: "Out-of-control SpaceX rocket on collision course with moon * A SpaceX rocket is on a collision course with the moon after spending almost seven years hurtling through space, experts say. * The booster was originally launched from Florida in February 2015 as part of an interplanetary mission to send a space weather satellite on a million-mile journey. * Space observers believe the rocket – about four metric tonnes of “space junk” – is on course to intersect with the moon at a velocity of about 2.58km/s in a matter of weeks." -- Hmmm... Well... this...like so much of problems America and the world face.... was was created when Biden was either a Senator or VP (in this case) and are coming back to haunt him as Resident Biden...
---
Online "headLIE"/story: "Two popular McDonald’s breakfast items are being discontinued permanently * its breakfast bagels and breakfast wraps will not be returning to stores." -- Good grief! First.. the headline is wrong... POPULAR items do not get dropped! What IS obvious is that McDonald's is dropping low volume offerings that liberals (who probably feel these items should be free to them) want.
---
Online headline: "U.S. Supreme Court rejects House Republicans' challenge to pandemic-era voting rules" -- I don't understand why "proxy voting" was allowed then, much less now! What's next, unverified absentee ballots for House members.... all harvested by PeLOUSY?

WTVM-TV9 headline/story: "Student detained after weapon found at Hardaway High School * School leaders say there was no immediate threat to the safety and welfare of students and staff and there was no disruption of the school day. " -- I had one thing to say after reading this story: "Excuse me, but WHAT was the weapon? Even nail clippers are considered weapons by some... but yesterday evening, I received an update from a Hardaway High parent who confirmed it WAS A GUN... guess some school officials no longer "feel" GUNS are a "threat to safety and welfare of students and staff".

From the "what Democrats say is different from what Democrats know or do" department - Online headline: "Georgia Democrats in Congress say infrastructure money could boost public transit" -- Good grief! I'm betting not one Democrat can produce a documented report/source that confirms their premise that more self-paying customers will take public transportation if more money is spent.

Online headline: "New speed signs collecting data on Wynnton Rd. in Columbus (GA)" -- Here we go... think about how plays into the cameras already installed on that stretch of roadway just west of Wynnton School....

The installation is estimated to cost $8 million and must be approved by Columbus Council." -- Wow! I imagine this "found money" must be part of the money Biden's give-away has provided, and regardless of intent to monitor crime, I imagine, eventually, these will probably end up sending automatic traffic violation tickets. Hey... Council.. that money could have fixed some more of our streets!
---
WRBL-TV3 headline/story: "Group seeks to honor the “average” student * Scholarship recognizes a student who may not stand out academically but has gifts and potential. It provides financial support and mentorship until the recipient completes their initial post-secondary program." -- Seriously? Basically, it would be like a "participation trophy" in youth sports..and negates making an effort to be better.
---
WTVM-TV9 headline/story: "Former Muscogee Co. clerk in talk for plea deal * We have new details about a former Muscogee County court clerk accused of stealing nearly a half million dollars from the clerk’s office. * Willie Demps is in talks with attorneys to possibly enter a plea deal. According to the latest motion filed in the case, both parties anticipate Demps will plead guilty to tax evasion." -- Good grief... While a half million is "on the table", it's believed that more than $5 MILLION is the actual number "missing".. yet there's NO MENTION of restitution!.. or who Demp's boss was...

Online AJC headline/story: "Secret report finds flaw in Georgia voting system, but state in the dark * Hacking is possible, experts say, but there’s no sign 2020 election was rigged * A confidential report alleges that hackers could flip votes if they gained access to Georgia’s touchscreens, drawing interest from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Louisiana election officials and Fox News. * One key agency hasn’t asked the court to disclose the report: the Georgia secretary of state’s office * There’s no sign that state election officials have done anything about the vulnerability, a potential flaw dangerous enough to be kept under seal, labeled in court as “attorneys’ eyes only” six months ago. * C, according to examinations of the state’s Dominion Voting Systems equipment, but election security experts say it’s a risk for upcoming elections this year. Investigations have repeatedly debunked allegations of fraud in the 2020 election." -- "The vulnerability hasn’t been exploited in an election so far, according to examinations of the state’s Dominion Voting Systems equipment, but election security experts say it’s a risk for upcoming elections this year. Investigations have repeatedly debunked allegations of fraud in the 2020 election."? Good grief! If this is a fact now, then it was known before the 2020 Election making wide-scale fraud a probability more than just a possibility!

The former president was ousted after trying to recreate the policies of Venezuelan socialist President Hugo Chávez. He was also a noted ally with Cuban dictator Fidel Castro. Xiomara Castro's running mate said Jews control global money supply".. Hmmm.. and as Martin Luther King Jr mentioned... " The truth will set you free!"
---
Online story: "Republicans have cycled through nicknames for Ron Klain, President Biden's powerful White House chief of staff, such as "Prime Minister Klain" or "the guy behind the curtain." But now, Republicans increasingly say, Klain deserves a new label: fired." -- Good grief! Klain isn't the puppet master.. he's just as much a puppet as Resident Biden is.
---
Online headline/story: "Fact check: Jim Acosta’s CNN special didn’t reach ‘millions and millions’ of people despite on-air claim * Acosta only hit 511,000 viewers on Monday, despite Marc Elias' claim of larger audience" -- Recently Acosta tried to blame Trump for his failures... what;s now obvious is Acosta's attacks ON Trump actually buoyed his ratings among libs, but now Acosta has to attract viewers by extolling Biden. PeLOUSY, Schi** and Schumer... and his previous viewers do not want to hear the r=truth about them...

Online headline: "Bill of the Month: Hospital charges family over $1,000 even though they were not treated by a doctor " -- Shoot..I once went to the local ER for what I considered a cut that needed stitches, and walked out wearing a band-aid and a $323.00 bill 19 years ago. After the wound started bleeding again, I called my personal doctor who stitched it up for the cost of an office visit.

Online headline/story: "Texas synagogue attacker's gun purchase prompts federal charges against seller, authorities say * Henry “Michael” Williams is accused of selling a Taurus G2C pistol to Malik Faisal Akram * A Texas felon was facing federal firearms charges after allegedly selling a handgun to the Colleyville synagogue hostage suspect, the Justice Department announced Wednesday. * Henry "Michael" Williams, 32, faces a federal charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm, according to Chad Meacham, U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Texas. * "Whether or not he knew of his buyer’s nefarious intent is largely irrelevant — felons cannot have guns, period, and the Justice Department is committed to prosecuting those who do," Meacham said in a statement." -- You know... any seller of a gun in America to someone who is not a citizen should be punished severely, and if the buyer uses the gin in a homicide, the seller should be charged with being an accessory to murder, and aiding and abetting a murder..no exceptions!

Who feels that a criminal who possesses an illegal gun would buy insurance, trigger locks, and safes? What judge would cripple a homeowner or law abiding citizen from crippling their own family's safety by not having quick access to their legally purchased/owned gins if confronted by a felon with an illegally possessed gun?
