Homelessness is up 20% in downtown Phoenix, AZ from last year, and businesses are scared. What a contrast to Bill Gates buying 25,000 acres in Arizona to create a gated housing complex for billionaires ... It really sounds like Bill Gates is creating his own version of "Panem" as depicted in the "Hunger Games" trilogy...

Online headline: "Rep. Comer hammers media for silence on China payouts to Bidens: 'Where are the fact-checkers?' * House Oversight chairman says Biden lying after committee obtained bank records" -- It's not just about the "silence" from MSM that's so illuminating.. but you have to parse the "extra low viewer ratings" of liberal news shows.. The ratings drops are because liberals don't even want to turn on CNN to hear misinformation ... because they KNOW it's misinformation.

Online headline/story: "GLAAD report warns 'alarming number' of LGBTQ TV shows and characters will disappear next year * GLAAD's 18th report on the status of LGBTQ representation on television found that a total of 596 LGBTQ characters were featured in scripted TV in the 2022-2023 season. This represented an approximate 6% drop from the previous year. * The report noted 175 of these characters, about 29%, won't be returning." -- You know, I really care less about whether somebody is gay or straight, but when an actor tries so hard to be TOO obvious about their personal lives (either way) on stage, I really don't care to watch a program..

---
Online headline: "Vatican searching for heirs to Pope Benedict XVI's estate" -- Hmmm... for the head of a church where it's priests "take a vow of poverty", how does the Pope have a substantial "estate" to process? And I would think that any assets a Pope has some how accumulated would be assigned back to the church...

---
Online headline: "California teen arrested with 2 stolen guns after threatening school, George Gascon declines to charge: police" -- Hmmmm... "Soros" must be Hungarian for "SORRY"!

---
Online headline/story: "Maren Morris tells Tennessee to ‘f------ arrest’ her after introducing her toddler to drag queens * "Morris said her son, at just two-years-old, was excited to meet drag queens. " -- Good grief! A 2-year old probably isn't even potty trained, much less able to understand perverse activities! At best it would be akin to w\using a mind-numbing cartoon as a "baby-sitter"...

---
Online headline: "'It is life affirming surgery and treatment': Houston County GA activists protest $1.25 million lawsuit appeal * In 2019 sheriff's investigator Anna Lange sued the county and the sheriff because they refused to pay for her gender-affirming medical care." -- You know......Wanting to "play.. well.. OVERRULE.. God" doesn't mean someone gets to ask for tax dollars to support their megalomaniacal ego!

---
Online headline: "GA Bills would create new taxes for electric cars" -- With GA's 30 cents per gallon tax, and using a 20-MPG figure for most cars, the tax is about 1.5 cents per mile.. The legislature should just use a figure of...say 12,000 miles per year as an average... and add $180.00 a year to the annual license tag fee for EVs.

---
Online headline: "Georgia lawmaker stirs controversy trying to highlight issues with school choice bill" -- Good grief! When GA lawmaker Lydia Glaize feels parents aren't qualified to make decisions for their children's education, what she means is that GA District 67 voters weren't qualified to send her to the GA Legislature.

---
Online headline: "Black Voters Matter Launches State Of Emergency Campaign Across 7 States With “Sick And Tired” Initiative" -- Yes... Black Voters Matter... so does everyone else's votes as well.... and while personal health matters, so does the health of the nation's economy as well....

---
Online headline/story: "A drug dealer killed two brothers at a downtown Columbus Motel 6. Here’s his sentence. * Jacob Andrew Martel (was sentenced) to 30 years in prison, with 18 years to serve and the rest on probation. * Martel claimed he shot Eric Giddens, 21, and Quindarrius Giddens, 22, in self-defense at the 1325 Veterans Parkway motel on March 24, 2021, when the two brothers tried to rob him." -- Seriously! I don't think lawmakers intended any killing in a "drug deal gone bad" fit the description of "self defense".

---
Online headline/story: "These Muscogee County teachers are going on a free trip to Harvard for a week. Here’s why * Eighteen teachers in the Muscogee County School District who already were celebrated for being excellent educators are receiving another honor. * They will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to one of the nation’s most prestigious colleges for a week of training to become even better teachers. " -- You know, since we've been hearing so much about the extreme liberal leanings at Harvard, are "we" sure a trip to Harvard for teachers is actually helpful to our students' and community needs anymore?

Online headline/story: 'Sen. Kennedy’s question on legal procedure stumps Biden judicial nominee in front of Senate committee * "Tell me what Article V of the Constitution does," Kennedy asked Bjelkengren at that hearing. * "Article V is not coming to mind at the moment," she responded. " -- Seriously? How can any judge.... at any level... not know about the "5th Amendment? Sounds like she should have USED it to get out of answering the question.

---
Online headline/story: "“Hardcore isn’t picking up a pistol and killing someone. That’s cowardly.” Columbus homeowners talk crime * “Police need to step up and beef up control... heavy. They need to beef up heavy, and control the gangs. If they don’t control the gangs, it’s going to be continued killing.” " -- "Police need to step up and beef up control"? Hey, Chief of Columbus GA Public Safety Director (Mayor)....hey Council... are you listening? Has any one of you explained that the Columbus Police Department is SHORT about 200 officers since you told them a YES VOTE on the 2008 Public Safety LOST would let them ADD 100 more officers?

---
Online headline/story: "House passes measure that would force Biden administration to audit executive orders" * The bill, entitled the Reduce Exacerbated Inflation Negatively Impacting the Nation (REIN IN) Act, was brought to the floor after consumer prices rose 0.5 percent between January and February, for a 6.5 percent yearly rise. " -- "REIN IN"?.... Hmmm .. sometimes it seems like more emphasis is placed on concocting a "cute" acronym NAME for a bill than the words and effect OF a bill.
