Patrick Leonard has "qualified" for Columbus GA Council Post 10-at-Large in 2024, and gave the wrong street designation. Too boot, said property is owned by a LLC Corporation in New York City...

I remember this phenomenon when I was a child.. seaweed piled up along the shoreline that was "matted", 18" to 2 ft dense, and maybe 10 yards out into the water... We could walk on it....This is not a new sign of Climate Change as we're going to hear loudly proclaimed.
