Yesterday was a fiasco.. had a computer issue, then our neighborhood's WIFI went out for 5 plus hours. Will get back on track with today's and some of yesterday' info/commentary.

Biden's 2024 campaign has begun. You know, if Biden was even half as efficient and productive as his ads portray him, I'd vote for him. Fortunately, I know how much of a liar he is... and I will not be voting for him this time either..

---
I think I just saw the most politically motivated groveling ever. NY Governor reaching out to empathize with the family for the loss of their relative who was homeless, a 40-plus rap sheet record, dying from the actions of a former Marine who stepped up to protect riders in a NYC subway. Good grief! The family probably needed to be helping their homeless relative so the public would be protected from him. Maybe we should give a new name to NY Governor Hochul a new name... If Don Rickles was still alive, she'd already have one.. Governor Hockeypuck!

---
You gotta be kidding me! There's a "foundation" set up for "Retired Thoroughbred Horses" in Kentucky.. Talk about fickle owners.. they run their horses for 3 to 9 years during their peak years, then put them out to pasture ... and now it looks like those owners are looking for a way to put them out in some other pasture and hope other people will pay for them.

---
The White House says if the debt ceiling isn't raised, China and Russia will think the US is confused and disorganized... Wait a minute.. China and Russia KNOW Biden's confused and disorganized, and have been taking advantage of that since he took office.

---
Hope you saw the videos.. Red Sox fans snubbed the Bud Light concession stands at Fenway Park in viral video: Their concession stands are a 'ghost town'

---
CNN story: "Former first lady Michelle Obama announced Wednesday the launch of a healthy food and beverage company she co-founded to offer parents “healthier, great-tasting products” for their children. * Its first product, PLEZi – a fruit juice for kids – contains 75% less sugar than average leading 100% fruit juices." -- Hmmmm..but what's healthy about drinking Kool-Aid? That name could use some tweaking, too... how about calling it, "O-BOMB-A"

---
From the "Hypocrisy.. thy name is Democrat!" department - Online headline/story: "Heritage scholar flips script on Sen. Whitehouse (an estimated net worth of $7.4 million) with reference to all-White private beach club ( Bailey's Beach Club, officially known as Spouting Rock Beach Association) * Economist Diana Furchtgott-Roth points out that Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., a climate hawk, has a family fortune connected to the fossil fuel industry" -- Yeah... he's for the common man... right.. as Democrats say, "we are all equal... but some of us are more equal than others.

I'm tired of the LEFT attacking conservative Supreme Court Justices while ignoring even worse scenes for K}Left-leaning one.. Ret Justice Breyer took voluminous trips on current IL Governor Pritzker's "dime", and he has spoken at numerous events held by law firms that handle cases before the Supreme Court and he heard arguments in a case as his wife owned $33,000 of a company's stock in the dispute as well as he did not recuse himself from a United Technologies case, even though he owned stock in the company,. Justices Kagan and Sotomayor have lengthy "freebee" trips as well. Hey, MSM.. stop with the "half-truths"..

---
Online headline/story: "Protesters flood DeSantis' office after Florida Republicans pass sweeping education bill * Police made at least a dozen arrests as the protesters planted themselves inside DeSantis' office." -- Hmmm... Wonder if the police ran the arresteds Social Security numbers against an employment database to see who pays them...

---
Online headline: "Name change work in full swing at Fort Benning, soon-to-be Fort Moore" -- Hmmm... I'm taking bets that to vets, retirees, local citizens, and historians, Ft Benning will be know as Ft Benning next week, next year, and to "infinity and beyond"!
---
WTVM-TV9 headline: "MILITARY MATTERS: Welcome to Fort Benning Sign Switched to Fort Moore " -- Hmmm... seriously, when history is remembered... discussed... does anyone feel people will remember Ft Moore?

---
Nordstroms. ... a really good chain of stores that Columbus GA customers have to go to Atlanta to shop in...pretty soon, Columbus shoppers may be rubbing shoulders with San Francisco Nordstrom shoppers in Atlanta...Yep.. Nordstroms is closing BOTH its San Francisco stores by the end of summer.. this is what happens with "BLUE" run sanctuary cities... Hey, Eric Adams... your city is probably next!

---
Think about Nordstrom closing its stores in San Francisco....as bad as this is, the worst is coming afterwards... the business/commercial properties will tumble like Paul PeLOUSY, and apartment/condo occupation will collapse like a House of Cards.

---
After hearing about the Resident Biden e-mails on Hunter's laptop, looks like a new name for Resident Biden may be in order... Resident BRIBEn or Resident Biden been Bribing

---
WRBL-TV3 Online headline: "MCSO (Columbus, GA) arrests three during “high-crime” area patrols after recovering meth, cocaine, MDMA, and stolen firearms" -- Guns and drugs.... whenever you hear of drug arrests, there are generally guns involved. Reality contradicts the liberal concept of non-violent drug crimes!

---
Online headline: "President Biden commutes sentences of 2 Georgia women convicted of drug crimes" -- every drug crime probably had violence involved as the drug moved from the manufacturer to the end user

---
Online headline: "Republicans demand answers after Biden administration loses track of 85,000 migrant children" -- These are the unaccompanied minors crossing our border that Biden feels whomever they are dealt out to will take good care of them and bring them back for court dates..

---
Online headline: "United Auto Workers withholding Biden endorsement over concerns with EV policies" -- Hmmm... EV vehicles don't "backfire", but fossil fuel ones and liberal plans do..

---
Online headline: " Legal experts: "Almost certain" that Trump will be hit with new charges over the summer" -- You know...Fulton County DA Willis using a Special grand jury when she knowingly KNEW such entity could not actually indict ANYONE just confirms Willis knowingly wasted... abused.. GA taxpayers, and she needs to be disbarred...and held personally accountable for the expenses incurred!

---
Online headline: "Muscogee County School District schedules school time change vote for May 15" -- Hmmm.. A public meeting was "offered " in both English and Spanish to get "good presentation out there"... Hmmm .. something is really wrong when public schools in America have to have a public information meeting for parents in another language....

---
Online headline: "Heavy police presence at S. B. Jewelry armed robbery scene inside Peachtree Mall" -- Hmmm...wonder if Peachtree Mall might be in need of a new name... something like "OK Corral"?

---
Online headline: "  Future of Macon solar-powered gondola network could be up in the air" -- Hmmm... basically a slow zipline in the Downtown area... hmmm....I would be too concerned this kind of "amusement" would make the "pods" a "moving target" for gangs or drunks with guns.

---
Online headline: "Harvard president Larry Summers asked Jeffrey Epstein for a donation to his wife's non-profit after Epstein was convicted." -- Hmmm... wonder how much of Harvard's Endowment Fund Epstein was "investing"?

---
Arizona Senator Kyrsten Sinema called out Karine Jean-Pierre about her claim that the Biden Administration has cut "illegal crossings by 90%...Hope she also sees that just being a former Democrat is not the same as becoming a Republican one..

---
Online headline: "Columbus Police Department hold ceremony celebrating employees’ work" -- "the Mayor attended"? As Chief Public Service Officer, shouldn't he have been in charge?

---
Online headline/story: " At least two suspects involved in daytime Peachtree Mall robbery with shots fired * "This isn't the first time shots have been fired at the mall, according to previous reports from the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer" -- Hmmm... nor just the third time as I remember others...and, for sure, it WON'T be the LAST time..

---
Online headline: "New plaque unveiled for Columbus Homicide Brick Memorial" -- Where is this located? I'd like to go there and pay my respects to a number of victims..

---
Online story: "Augusta, Ga (WJBF) Augusta Pride has a request for city leaders before next month’s event downtown. * “I’m in favor of listening I want to hear more I don’t know the details behind their ask what the 81 hundred dollars includes but at least I’m interested in hearing more,” said Mayor Garnett Johnson. * In a letter to city leaders Augusta Pride writes it’s seeking funding for the two nights of events next month. * The request is for a little more than 81 hundred dollars for security, the group writing due to increased security threats facing the L-G-B-T-Q+ community." -- $8,100.00? Good grief! User groups should be paying the city for security!

---
Online Mercer U. headline/story: "History department uncovers the role of slavery in the university’s origin * Other Mercerians have also supported the research efforts of the Spencer B. King Center for Southern Studies. Chester J. Fontenot, Jr., a Baptist Professor of English and the Director of Africana Studies, has helped Thompson recognize the use of enslaved African Americans during Mercer University’s early beginnings and within its economic foundation." -- Hmmm... yet Professor Fontenot does not appear to be angry about slavery still existing in Africa.

Did you see where at least 5 Congresspersons ditched their 1st Republic Bank Stock just before the bad news broke. They claim their "managers" decided that but how easy is for an "insider" to send their "managers" information before it goes public. Elected officials and their families should not be allowed to buy/sell individual stocks while serving in office... Hmmmm... bet this policy would be even better than Term Limits!

---
Resident Biden is sending 1,500 Us Troops to the Southern Border... but with a 'catch'..they won't be there to stop illegal entry, but to coddle them more. Supposedly, it will free up Texas's border agents to "enforce the law", but Biden has already pretty much NEUTERED such laws. My guess is Biden figures using Fed Troops will keep Governor Abbott from knowing what's going on and shut down the Texas bus shuttle program to major BLUE states and cities. Of course, we'd be better off if Biden sent 1,500 Immigration Judges down there instead..
