Mainscream Media bias was never so evident as this weekend when Hillewinsky had her minions use a rope to herd reporters following her in a parade. If Republican had done that, mainscream media would have labeled it as an insensitive act of racial hatred because of black lynchings decades ago.
---
Random thought from the " if the shoe is on the other foot" department: If Muslim growth continues in Europe and educated conservative Europeans started to immigrate en masse to the US, and faced delays getting in legally, and then started illegally crossing the Mexican border, do you think mainscream media would be supporting the Europeans plight? Do you think Mexico would beef up the border to stop Europeans from crossing into the US and taking jobs away from illegal Mexican aliens who are sending their paychecks back to Mexico? The beat goes on....
---
Forget Hillewinsky.. Greece's Alexis Tsipras makes her look like an amateur. He should make an announcement that he's running for the Democratic Party nomination, and since the FEC wouldn't think of asking him to produce an American birth certificate, he's be a shoe-in to win it.. The guy snubbed the offer of the EU by appealing to voters that if they supported his position of not cutting back their entitlements, he could negotiate a better deal, and the voters overwhelmingly cut their own throats for him..

---
Online headline/story: "CDC official called Obama ‘Marxist,’ ‘amateur’ over 2014 border surge * emails, obtained and published by the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch, show a June 9, 2014, exchange between Centers for Disease Control and Prevention logistics specialist George Roark and agency public health adviser William Adams. * Roark begins by writing: “Unreal, no country in the world would allow this.”
* Adams responds: “Well, in ten years or less, they’ll all be voting … Commander’s intent …” * Roark concludes: "It is very clear that is the case. This fellow is the worst pres we have ever had. He truly is ‘the amateur’ but a Marxist, too.” -- Looks like a couple opf more "soon-to-be-retirees".. but doesn't this FOIA "find" make you more interested in seeing the e-mails of Lois Lerner and Hillewisnky?

---
Online headline: "Mayweather stripped of his WBO title belt" -- Hmmm.. seems Mayweather has been deemed as having "too much" ..so the politicians of boxing are taking a ploy out of the Democratic Party playbook rendition of Marx's "Das Kapital" and initiated ... "Redistribution of Stealth".

---
Good grief.. San Francisco, home of a disproportionate number of homeless people , has found a way to increase that number.. "HandUp", an "app" where homeless, even if they don't live in San Francisco, can register their needs, complete with personal picture, and smartphone/computer users can browse the list and pick and choose which homeless people they'd like to donate money. Wanna bet how long it'll take for every com-person with a sob story gets listed? Example from Castro area of San Francisco (Castro area?): "I'm raising money for the cost of rent so I can get eight weeks of a proper roof over my head and to get on my feet again. - Evan" -- Hmmm.. of course Evan NEEDS $5,000.00.. That would cover my mortgage, taxes and insurance for 8 weeks and I'd have enough left over for utilities. Please note that Evan NEEDS it for rent.. and even if Evan used it to pay for RENT, your donation would end up in the hands the property owner who becomes the real beneficiary of your donation....

To be fair, I have sent HandUp a question: "If 100% of all donations go to the "donee", then who pays the expenses and salaries of the staff involved in coordinating this venture, and how long can such a business plan be sustained?" -- They promise to answer by e-mail.. will update later.

Hmmm.. I wonder how long it will be before Obamaphone users can donate directly to themselves using taxpayer funding?

---
More HuffPOOPOO stuff: How often have we heard that atheists claim God does not exist? We know they are wrong and one day they will discover this for themselves. "Uncle Si" Robertson has one-upped those who claim to be atheist.. "Uncle Si" has proclaimed, "There's no such thing as an atheist,".. Wanna know something.. "Uncle Si" has more proof of his claim than self-proclaimed atheists have of their claim.

---
HuffPOOPOO headline: "The Next Big Liberal Cause: Universal Child Care" -- Good grief, this has been going on for 50 years already... since the start of LBJ's "War on Poverty".. One only has to look at public school policies and programs, and college experiences that basically are trying to remove parents from their children's education. The only thing schools want from parents is their money.. either through taxes or direct payment.

---
From the "where does the Democratic Party dig up its candidates" department - Online story: "Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-Wis.) says the 1st Amendment’s religious liberty protections don’t apply to individuals. On MSNBC last week, Wisconsin’s junior Senator claimed that the Constitution’s protection of the free exercise of religion extends only to religious institutions, and that individual’s do not have a right to the free exercise of their own religion." -- Is there any Amendment penned by our ancestors that is acceptable to the far left as is?
---
Online story: "President Obama, in a rare visit to the Pentagon where he got an update on the military campaign against the Islamic State, acknowledged Monday that ISIS and its ideology have spread far beyond Iraq and Syria as he urged the world to unite against this threat – saying that if the U.S. tries to address it unilaterally, "We'll be playing whack-a-mole." -- I guess the "center mole" should be the White House...
---
L-E headline/story: "Muscogee County School Board to consider free swimming lessons for kindergartners * If the board approves the Learn to Swim program, kindergartners from Rigdon Road Elementary, St. Marys Road Magnet Academy and Wynnton Arts Academy, will be eligible to receive 10 sessions of 30-minute swimming lessons over a two-week period from certified instructors at the Columbus Aquatic Center. The agenda doesn’t explain why those are the three schools chosen for the pilot program, but Lewis told the Ledger-Enquirer in a text message Monday that they were selected based on their proximity to the aquatic center and the administration wanted to pick one school from each of the district’s regions" -- Good grief.. first, this is neither a school nor taxpayer issue.. it's a family issue. Secondly, has Lewis even considered the long term liability issue of what happens when a "graduate" drowns while swimming in someone else's pool, private or public, and his/her parents can't swim? Thirdly.. how racially profiling can Lewis be to select the schools he's named? No one believes "proximity" is the reason..
---
Online story: "A man arrested in the seemingly random fatal shooting of a woman at a San Francisco pier admitted in a jailhouse interview that he shot her, but said it was an accident." -- Good grief.. a person illegally in our country and illegally in possession of a firearm intentionally aims a gun at and intentionally pulls the trigger and kills a random person, and claims it was an accident? You know, that defense has been tried and proved effective right here in Columbus.. a former and late Mayor of Columbus once defended a person who aimed at a person in a car pulling out of the Government Center. He fired, missed the intended target, and killed the passenger, and a jury found the killer "Not Guilty" of 1st Degree murder" because the person who got shot was an accidental victim, and the killer wasn't aiming at that person...granted, the DA's office botched the case, but still, the jury bought the story.
---
Online story: "The Hillary Clinton campaign’s “Dinner With Hillary” contest has slightly different fine print than past Clinton campaign contests. The rules have been altered so as not to explicitly exclude illegal immigrants from entering. * the Clinton campaign’s “Meet Hillary” contest, which closed for entries June 5, prohibited DREAMers from entering or winning prizes. “Promotion open only to U.S. citizens, or lawful permanent U.S. residents who are legal residents of the 50 states, DC or Puerto Rico and 18 or older (or age of majority under applicable law),” according to that contest’s fine print. * But the new “Dinner With Hillary” contest, which closes for entries July 30, is open to citizens and non-citizens alike. _ Hmmm.. apparently Hillewinsky was "agin'em" before she was "for'em".. Undoubltedly, Hillewinksy is the penultimate flip-flopper and goes either way depending on the breeze..
---
Hmmm.. did you know that there's a liberals movement in Minnesota to take down the state flag because it shows a white man working " -- What next, a ban on snow and ice because they too are white? Or is it just too insensitive to show someone working for a living?
---
A "get's it" L-E "soundoff": " The Washington Post notes criticism of Republican candidate Bobby Jindal as being so assimilated that there is not much Indian left in him. When in America, the melting pot, did assimilation become a negative?" -- You know.. if the WAPO or the HuffPOOPOO doesn't attack a Republican candidate, then that candidate is not worth consideration, but how come these "bastions of liberalism and diverisity" can profile men and women of color who have adapted to the real world and have become successful by their own efforts (randomly, Condoleezza Rice, Herman Cain, Dr. Ben Carson, Jindal, Rubio, Cruz et al) with a conservative approach?
---
Good grief! there's an article in the L-E about Vidalia Onions, and the regulations involved in qualifying when growers can ship. There's a picture, including the name of a man harvesting an alleged "Vidalia Onion" (can't be too cautious when talking about Vidalia Onions)...what's interesting.. well, maybe more like "ARRGGGHHHH!!!!!", is that the man is referred to as a "guest worker".. how far deeper can relabeling a job get?
---
L-E headline/story: "Buffett gives stocks worth $2.8B to 5 charities * Buffett has been giving away blocks of Berkshire stock since 2006 with the biggest share going to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
He also gave Class B Berkshire shares to his own foundation and to the foundations run by each of his three children." -- What is it with liberals.. they want "share the wealth" redistributions for people who work hard, but when it comes to theoir own money, they share it among themselves...

Monday, July 6, 2015

Rumor has it that the White House has replaced "Hail to the Chief" with "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" as the Obamageddon's official introductory song.

---
HuffPOOPOO headline: "Putin congratulates Obama" -- Hmmm... This is sort of like the feeling we had when Obamageddon was awarded "The Nobel Peace Prize"; 6 years later we are still asking, "What for?".
---
Online story: " Members of Congress return Tuesday from July Fourth fireworks and parades facing a daunting summer workload and an impending deadline to fund the government or risk a shutdown in the fall." -- Good grief.. Working America returns today.. no wonder Congress doesn't get things done!
---
Online headlie: "Kerry: Iran nuclear talks 'could go either way'" -- Hmmm.. what're the choices down to.. worse or worst? Hey, I'll bet the only things the Iranians think will go either way are the White House, the Supreme Court.. and Kerry.
---
HuffPOOPOO "headlie": "Negotiating a Good Iran Deal" -- Good grief...Which side is the HuffPOOPOO on? There is no "good deal" for America.
---
Online headline: "David Sweat put on suicide watch in NY prison" -- Good grief.. just give him a rope and back off.. maybe NY will reinstate the death penalty and do it's job when heinous murderers are convicted.
---
HuffPOOPOO headline: "'Silent Sam' Confederate Statue At UNC Vandalized" -- You know, Vandalizing such monuments under the cover of darkness and secrecy is just as cowardly as the nighttime purges of the KKK.
---
You know.. the rally cry of "Black Lives Matter" is wearing pretty thin when the black communities do or say nothing about the black lives that were shot and killed in Chicago over the 4th of July weekend.. the last count I saw was 82 shot and 15 died.
---
I think I may have an idea why Chicagoans shot each other so much over the weekend.. too many rules about shooting fireworks.. You have to have a license/permit, and you cannot shoot them off betweem 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Hey, the same laws apply to guns, too, but the Chicago Police will arrest you if you're not following the laws about shooting off fireworks, and neighbors will snitch of illegal fireworkd being shot.
---
God had truly blessed our country over the last 400 years. Now, ask yourself, in your private lives and at the ballot box, are you doing your best to honor God's work?
---
Random thought: When you look at the politicians on the ballots, do you consider their respect for God as the most important indicator as to how he/she will serve America? If not, why would you vote for him/her?
---
It's going on as I write this thought down, but I wish I could influence the Greek voters to vote against what the government officials are wanting. Truth is, all the government workers want to do is protect their own jobs/interests. Sorta like the MCSD when it pits a SPLOST referendum on the ballot. Voting against what career politicians want is a good rule of thumb
---
L-E headline: "GREEKS REJECT DEMANDS FOR MORE AUSTERITY IN KEY REFERENDUM" -- Doh! We gotta be on the lookout for a sudden Obamageddon embrace of and invitation to, the "NO" voters in Greece. They'd be sure fire Democrat Party voters in America. The referendum was no different than asking entitlement receivers if they would endorse a cutback on freebies.
---
Why are other Republican candidates dumping on Trump? Don't they understand that by harping on one of their own's opinion, and especially blowing it out of proportion, that mainstream media keeps pounding ALL Republicans into the same corner?
---
L-E story: "OLYMPIC HOPEFUL IN GA. * Since arriving two years ago in Augusta, Pardon Ndhlovu has enjoyed training at a popular location. The long-distance runner frequents the Augusta Canal for several reasons. “It’s good for my legs and good for my knees,” he said. “And it motivates you, because you see a lot of people on it. You see some of the regulars and they call you by name and I don’t really know who they are.” -- Calling him by name? Maybe they are peeved and saying, "Pardon, YOU!" or "Pardon me.. for being in your way." Well, let's hope not..
---
L-E story: "Those who live on the banks of Lakes Oliver, Goat Rock and Harding are seeing the annual return of a relatively new nemesis — hydrilla. * The underwater weed grows like kudzu and can clog coves and inlets, making watercraft practically impossible to use. It’s only been present locally for a few years, but it is already a major headache for the Georgia Power Company, which owns the three lakes. * the lake resources manager for Georgia Power’s Land Management Office, said he monitors the plant in all three lakes year-round, * “We’re utilizing every option available to us by law.”" -- "every option available to us by law"? Good grief.. the EPA doesn't ALLOW anything that will work.. The EPA just smiles when people are threatened by out-of-control flora and fauna growth.
---
Truncated L-E headline: "church presents hazard to curious kids" -- you know.. this is what's wrong with the direction of America.. liberals and mainscream media trying to keep children out of churches...
---
A "truly get's it" L-E "soundoff": " Thank you, L-E writers, for glamorizing our local criminals by continually using their gangsta nicknames in headlines and stories." -- Not to mention what prospective businesses and home buyers see when they research Columbus, GA as a possible place to locate.
---
L-E's "Thought for Today": “Freedom is always and exclusively freedom for the one who thinks differently.” — Rosa Luxemburg, Polish-German revolutionary (1871-1919)." -- Hmmm, we certainly won't see this posted in any welfare office, public school classroom, nor on a poster at a Democratic Party voter registration drive.
---
L-E headline/story: "GOV. SAYS CHURCH SHOOTING HAS FOREVER CHANGED HER OUTLOOK * For five years, Gov. Nikki Haley, South Carolina’s first minority governor, dismissed calls to remove the Confederate battle flag from the Statehouse lawn as a divisive issue far from her agenda." -- Good grief.. If the "Rainbow" or American flag had been there in its place, that would not have stopped the loon that killed those 9 people!
---
L-E Commentary: Maybe a job for Jimmy Carter * (by) Millard Grimes * The seven major nations and iran have extended their talks concerning iran’s development of nuclear power. now would also be an appropriate time to expand the scope of the talks, to include more immediate problems in the middle east. * Peace is difficult, but President Jimmy Carter proved it is possible when by force of will, he negotiated the peace treaty between egypt and israel in 1979. observers said it would never last, but 36 years later the two nations that had been bitter enemies before the Camp David accords are still at peace." -- "36 years later the two nations ....are still at peace"? Good grief.. but before I comment further on what Grime considers "peace", what does he think... uh, "feel" he contributing by failure to capitalize the first letters of proper nouns (Iran, Egypt, ISIL, Iraq, Arabia, India, Russia and Israel) yet doing so for jimmy carter? Now.. if you call Egypt furnishing weapons and allowing tunnels into Israel as "peaceful" actions.. maybe I could agree a bit with millard grimes.
---
Alerted by an article in the L-E on the GA Welcome Center that serves no one coming into Columbus from Alabama, or south and east of Columbus, I noticed the sign out on Williams Road yesterday. Of course what I noticed most was the invitational sign to "Play the GA Lottery Here" if you drove into the driveway. Yeah, that's a good way to welcome visitors and prospects show'em we promote a self-imposed tax on our citizens who can least afford it.
---
L-E headline: " Supporters say drone ban around Capitol goes too far" -- Oooops, my bad, I was hoping that the "drone" was the one Obamageddon and Congresspersons make when speechifying .

Sunday, July 5, 2015

Yesterday's White House fireworks were a little anti-climatic compared to the ones the Supreme Court set off last week

---
Online headline: "Clinton accuses China of hacking US computers" -- China is rumored to have hired Pee Wee Herman as it's Press Agent and he responded, "I know you are, buy what am I?"
---
Instant repeat - Online headline: "Clinton accuses China of hacking US computers" -- Yeah.. her own personal server she used as Secretary of Stae... perhaps Kerry can go over there and negotiate copies of her e-mails in exchange for Bill's "Little Black Book".. Oh, and maybe China will throw in copies of Obamageddon's college and travel papers.
---
Instant repeat - Online headline: "Clinton accuses China of hacking US computers" -- One of two things must have happened.. either the Chinese have maxxed out on donations to her foundations, or have asked for refunds.
---
Online headline: "Putin Wishes Obama Happy Independence Day In July 4th Message Calling For Mutual Respect" -- Good grief.. Obamageddon's foreign policy agenda has gotten so bad that even Russia doesn't want Obamageddon to try to make a change. Guess Putin doesn't want Kerry to get tougher with Iran.
---
After Putin "conceded" mutual respect, Wonder what color Obamageddon will "light up" the White House?
---
Of course Putin wanted to give Obamageddon some unearned self-esteem. If it's good enough to discourage students in school from trying harder, then why won't it work for the man who just re-established diplomatic relations with America's closest Communist leader.
---
Now that Obamageddon has negotiated with Castro, when is cop killer ASSata Shakur being sent back to the US?
---
Online headline: "Panama drops out of Miss Universe" -- Mexico, and now Panama.. pretty soon the only Country left in the World to possibly send a Hispanic woman to the contest will be the USA.
---
Online headline/story: " The National'sBryce Harper hits 4th of July home run against San Francisco Giants with patriotic "US Stars and Stripes" bat * The Nationals are also wearing special 4th of July uniforms and hats" -- Wanna bet San Francisco files a complaint that the patriotic bats and uniforms scared its foreign pitchers from taking the mound yesterday?
---
Online story: "Clinton marched in a Fourth of July parade in Gorham, New Hampshire, trailed by a band of supporters waving signs and separated by a long roper from the pack of journalists that followed.
"I'll tell you what — we need to get a Democratic president," Clinton told one woman along the parade route." -- "we need a Democratic president"? Wonder what Hillewinsky has been telling New Hampshire what Obamageddon is?
---
Campaign aides for Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton on Saturday roped off reporters from the candidate as she walked and talked with potential voters during a July Fourth parade in New Hampshire, sparking frustration from the press corps and outrage from the state Republican Party. --  Hmmm.. must have been a thrill for the mainstream media.. usually they tie their own hands when it come to the truth about Hillewinsky..
---
Online headline: "McCain calls for 'reassessment' of Afghanistan troop withdrawal" -- Hmmm.. wish the voters of Arizona would call for McCain's withdrawal...
---
Oh..the flags used in the French Open are white..I guess it's a comfort thing since they flew them throughout WWI and WWII.
---
Soapbox moment: Liberals have no concept of what makes a business successful. Now, overtime pay is on the Democrats' table for employees making as much as $50,000 ($962.00 a week) but working more than 40 hours. What will happen is owners will recalculate an employee's ..say 60 hour.. work week, and adjust the pay to hourly in match the total. Say, counting time & a half as 1.5 hours, the owner would have to pay said employee $13.66 per hour for the first 40 hours and 1.5 times that ($20.49) for the 20 hours of overtime. What will happen is the owner will hire another employee, work the both just under 30 hours each and both will get paid $409.00 a week, and the employer will save about $144.00 a week versus what he was paying the original employee, and not be responsible for either's healthcare..
---
HuffPOOPOO headline: "Suspect In San Francisco Shooting Had Been Deported 5 Times" -- Hmmm... even the mainscream media isn't proud of this as much as it use to be....
---
HuffPOOPOO headline: "Jeb Bush: Donald Trump's Immigration Remarks Offensive" -- Hmmm.. Hope Jeb and conservative voters remember how the HuffPOOPOO "gushed" over McCain in the nomination process, but turned on him as soon as he got the nomination..Please note, the HuffPOOPOO only agreed with Jeb that it thought the comment was "offensive", and neither said it was inaccurate.
---
Online headline: "ON ANYBODY’S LIST' * Haley’s Confederate flag stand sparks 2016 VP talk" -- Good grief.. when is the Republican hierarchy going to realize that the Republican presidential candidate cannot name a VP candidate on the basis the she or he might appeal to libs and one-issue voters? In fact, doing so actually turns off conservative voters..
---
Jonathan Gruber triple-double extra stupid LIV's L-E "soundoff": " Why do humans want to control everyone else? Does it hurt you if I marry my cat? Why is it your business what someone else does?" -- "why do humans want to control everyone else"? Good grief.. controlling "everyone" is a liberals preoccupation.. conservative just want to control people like this that want to marry their cat.. get frustrated and go shoot unarmed children in classrooms.
---
L-E commentary headline: "Leonard Pitts: Girl Scouts' inspiring example of moral courage" -- "inspiring example of moral courage"? You know.. I stopped reading "the Pitts" drivel a long time ago, but it's hard to miss his headlines, and you know automatically that he's going to be one of the future wackos that shoots up a school. What the "greedership" of the Girl Scouts did was nothing about courage.. it was caving in to liberals who will never support the GSA to match the support they had the week before.
---
L-E headline: "Study says Georgia teachers, state workers pay more for health care" -- Welcome to OObamaCRAP!
---
L-E headline: "ALABAMA LAW * New law penalizes drag race watchers" -- Ooops, my bad.. thought fans of Bruce Jenner's Olympic wins are going to be retro-fined.
---
Instant repeat: "L-E headline: "ALABAMA LAW * New law penalizes drag race watchers" -- Hmmm.. wanna bet the DOJ has already sent in a team to arrest the Alabama Legislature for "race profiling"?
---
L-E headline/story: "Mayor responds to L-E interview of sheriff * Twice the Ledger-Enquirer has published extensive interviews with litigants in ongoing legal disputes against the city, as well as its legislative and administrative officials, and twice those publications have included inaccuracies and misrepresentations as shown by documents known to, accessible by, or previously reported on by the Ledger." -- Hmmm.. so Mayor TomLYINGson gets PO'd when the paper prints, in her estimation, "inaccuracies" about her, yet she doesn't seem to be upset when the L-E prints"inaccuracies" she has spoon-fed the L-E...As Red Allen was apt to say, "Well, how about that". The "lady" doth protest too much.
---
From the L-E's "Today in history" feature: "In 1865, the Secret Service Division of the U.S. Treasury Department was founded in Washington D.C. with the mission of suppressing counterfeit currency." -- Hmmm... and now its current jobs are to suppress the inflation effect of printing unwarranted new money, and protecting the counterfeit citizenship of Obamageddon....
---
From the L-E's "Today in history" feature: "In 1948, Britain’s National Health Service Act went into effect, providing publicly financed medical and dental care." -- Good grief.. after 67 years of practice, you'd think the British form of OObamaCRAP would be the best and cheapest in the world...
---
L-E's "Thought for Today": “Never let your sense of morals prevent you from doing what is right.” — Isaac Asimov, American author (1920-1992). -- Huh? Isn't this a shade "backasswards"? On the other hand, libs can post this on their office walls and feel they are moral when they support partial-birth abortions.
---

L-E headline: "NASCAR’s Kyle Busch wants grass removed from tracks" -- Hmmm.. in other words, Busch wants NASCAR to scratch his grass?

Saturday, July 4, 2015

Today is the 239th birthday of our nation. A toast to our forefathers and the example of courage they showed us and the world. A toast to the legacy of the seed of freedom they planted in becoming the longest continuing form of government in the history of the world. To our future... let no man, no political party, or no ideology undermine it.
---
You know..the Confederate flag being abused by individuals is not worthy of a federal purge of the 1st Amendment rights of others. The Supreme Court even allows individuals to abuse our National Flag .. even on the 4th of July.
---
Online story: "D***** D**** W***, the man accused of killing a wealthy Washington family and their housekeeper, and setting their mansion ablaze, fired his defense counsel at a court hearing Thursday. * Following his arrest, W*** was originally represented by two public defenders with experience in homicide cases. * W***’s family later retained Hanover on June 16, firing the public defenders. * W*** will again be represented by the District of Columbia’s public defender service for his next appearance in court" -- Whoa! Wait a minute.. how come taxpayers are getting stuck for the legal fees again after W***'s family has shown the ability to hire a personal lawyer for him?
---
Online story: "A plane powered by the sun's rays landed in Hawaii Friday after a record-breaking five-day journey across the Pacific Ocean from Japan. * The project is estimated to cost more than $100 million," -- Hmmm .... rumor has it that the aircraft will be confiscated by Obamageddon to give to his wife to use to cut down the expenses of her country-hopping in Air Force 1 or 2...
---
Online story: " In a message to Washington, Iran's foreign minister on Friday called for an end to "coercion and pressure" at the nuclear talks, suggesting a deal acceptable to his country will open the door to cooperation on fighting the upsurge of Middle East extremism threatening both nations' interests." -- Hmmm.. it's easy to "negotiate" when one side never plans to keep any of its promises.. Sorta like the Democratic Party platform its candidates state in campaign promises.
---
Hey... wasn't June 30th the date Obamageddon drew the line in the sand? Why is he still at the table? Why... because Iran is laughing at him...
---
Online headline/story: "San Francisco: No 'legal basis' to hold shooting suspect * A man suspected in the shooting death of a woman at a busy San Francisco tourist destination has seven felony convictions and has been deported five times, most recently in 2009, a federal agency said Friday. * S****** was on probation for an unspecified conviction, police Sgt. Michael Andraychak said Thursday. * ICE agency spokeswoman Virginia Kice said ICE issued a detainer for Sanchez in March, requesting to be notified if he was going to be released. The detainer was not honored, she said * Freya Horne, counsel for the sheriff's office, said Friday that federal detention orders are not a "legal basis" to hold someone, so Sanchez was released April 15. San Francisco is a sanctuary city and local money cannot be spent to cooperate with federal immigration law. * "It's not legal to hold someone on a request to detain. This is not just us. This is a widely adopted position," Horne said." -- "It's not legal to hold someone on a request to detain. This is not just us."? Huh? Why aren't the DOJ and Obamageddon himself arresting the SanFrancisco Mayor. Council, and serving "personna non grata" papers to Pelosi, Feinstein, and Boxer to keep them out of Washington, DC and the other 49 states? This killer wasn't "a man" as California claims... he's a 7-time convicted/5-times deported illegal alien! TRUMP is RIGHT!
---
Did you notice that when NBC went "Dump Trump", NBC was silent on the PGA tournaments played on his courses/spa properties.
---
I hope the family of the woman killed in the above story sues Mexico for not jailing this man when he was first deported, and the San Francisco for aiding and abetting a known felon by releasing him back on the streets instead of turning him over to ICE.
---
Online headline: "the National Park Service Permanently Removes Confederate Flags From Fort Sumter, Site Where South Fired First Shots Of Civil War" -- Whoa.. then the NPS needs to permanently CLOSE Ft Sumpter.. Ft Sumpter was not even completely finished when the first shots of the Civil War were fired, and the only reason that Ft Sumpter IS a National Park is because of those first shots.. Removing any Confederate items literally is rewriting history, so close Ft Sumpter completely and eliminate all associated jobs there!
---
Almost "get's it" L-E "soundoff": " I can’t figure out who’s abusing their power more, Obama or the Supreme Court." -- Hmm, and the answer is... (drum roll please)... YES!
---
L-E's "Thought for Today": “All progress has resulted from people who took unpopular positions.” — Adlai E. Stevenson, American diplomat and politician (1900-1965). " -- Hmm.. did you notice that Stevenson being a Democrat was conveniently omitted? FTR, all unpopular decisions are not Progress!
---
L-E headline: "Clinton warns GOP will repeal Obamacare" -- Good grief.. the Supreme Court has taken away Hillewinsky's top two issues off the table and now she's desperate..Oh.. following in the Democratic Party tradition, maybe she hasn't read the Supreme Court decisions...
---
Online headline/story: "Malia Obama snags internship on hit TV show * The 17-year-old daughter of POTUS scored a dream gig on the set of a major HBO show -- and she's already been spotted working on set in NYC. * Malia Obama stirred up unexpected controversy when the media learned that she interned as a production assistant on the set of Extant, a new CBS show. * Never mind that her tasks involved fetching coffee " -- Good grief.. How obviously biased is the mainscream media going to prove itself? ABC's anchor donated money to the Clinton's, NBC "fired" Trump, and now CBS hires one of Obamageddon's teenaged daughters to a job someone in need could have been hired to do. ... Oh, and how much her job going to cost us for Malia to "fetch" coffee? After all, we must assume at least two (more now that this is NEWS) Secret Service personnel will accompany her from to & from the coffee machine. .. Hmmm.. and how is CBS going to explain assigning a low level menial job to a young black teen?
---
Online headline/story: "Fugitive convict to daughter: 'See you on the outside' * Richard Matt, who was killed by police in a manhunt following his prison escape, had written a letter to his daughter before he broke out." -- Good grief.. don't tell me the prison didn't read his outgoing mail!.. and worse than that, don't tell me the prison read his mail and didn't conduct a thorough examination of his cell..
---
Just thought of something... Do you think Obamageddon thought he was talking with the Dallas Mavericks office about a post-career job when he decided to open up Cuban diplomacy?
---
Wait a minute.. there's an online list of the Best 75 Hot Dogs in America and Dinglewood Scrambledogs did not make the list... what America are they talking about!

HuffPOOPOO "headlie": "Mitt Romney Hosts A Sleepover With Marco Rubio And Chris Christie" -- "a sleepover"? Good grief.. is that what the HuffPOOPOO calls it when celebrities spend the night as guests of Obamageddon? At a minimum, the families of Marco Rubio and Chris Christie were invited to stay at the Romney home as their guests while the two candidates are in town for a 4th of July wingding.. at the most, they were in town for an all-night brain storming session.
---
HuffPOOPOO headline: "Obama Plans Broader Use Of Clemency To Free Nonviolent Drug Offenders" -- Good grief.. please explain how any addict is "nonviolent" when he/she desperately needs and seeks a fix?
---
HuffPOOPOO heqadline: "George Takei Apologizes For Calling Clarence Thomas A 'Clown In Blackface'" -- Good grief.. try to imagine how accepting of an apology the HuffPOOPOO would be if Trump made the same statement...
---
HuffPOOPOO story: "SAN SALVADOR, El Salvador (AP) — The month of June saw 677 murders in El Salvador, more than in any other single month since the end of the country's civil war. * The first six months of this year have produced 2,965 murders compared with 1,840 murders during the same period last year. Violence has surged as the country's street gangs renewed their clashes with government forces and among themselves." -- Hmmm. and San Salvador's Constitution doesn't allow civilians to own guns unless they have a government issued permit.. how could this be happening? Hey Feinstein.. Obamageddon.. use your pen and phone.. write a new law.. yeah .. that'll stop it..NOT!
---
HuffPOOPOO headline: "Beyond Symbolism, Restoring Ties With Cuba Has Practical Benefits" -- Yeah,, Democrats can pass out legal Cuban cigars at their fundraisers.
---
WTVM 9 editorial: "When most of us shop at Walmart, we can count on a fairly routine shopping experience in familiar, safe surroundings. * But shoppers at a Macon Walmart were shocked a weekend ago when a rowdy crowd of teenagers ran through the store, tearing displays down, destroying merchandise and even pulling a disabled shopper from a motorized cart and throwing him to the ground. * Surveillance video showed the rampage was led by a teenager who later told a Walmart employee it was all planned and that they wanted to see how much damage they could do, and they did plenty." -- You know.. when someone speaks out about such an event as this and makes no mention of the race of the vandals, then it's a major statement that the speaker doesn't want to address the real issue...race..
---
Life as seen by a 3 year old is wondrous..When my grandaughter Sophia's mom told her it was time to take a bath and go to bed, Sophia looked at her and said with angst, "I have to go sleep..again?" Such is the wonderment that a 3-year old doesn't want to miss anything.
---
Poor Tiger ...even Nike is showing some lessening of support. Now Tiger's hat is labeled "Vapor". What we have to figure out whether it's about their new driver or the man who's swinging it.
---
I think I know what Tiger Woods' problem is..the announcers are trying so hard to create excuses for his decline, that Tiger is believing he's a victim of something other than himself.
---
How can mainscream media and the White House, and the DOJ condemn the Confederate flag when none of those entities has condemned the symbols of hate and intolerance of Nation of Islam, New Black Panther Party, NAACP, City of Baltimore, DOJ, LGBT or other non-inclusive organizations?
---
Online headline/story: "Princeton professor calls for killing disabled infants under Obamacare * According to an article published Sunday by World Net Daily, a Princeton University professor has suggested that severely disabled infants be killed to cut health care costs and for moral reasons" -- Hmmm.. and why are liberals concerned about this when they support unfortunately legal Partial-birth abortions.. you know, when a baby is turned around in the uterus, grabbed by the feet, pulled out until only the head is left in, then a needle is inserted into the babies brain to kill it?
---
Former VA Senator Jim Webb has joined the Democrat circus of candidates. Hmm, at least one of them now sounds a little bit like an American, and Hillewinsky's tactics of announcing early is not working to keep others out of the race.
---
The Hillewinsky spinmeisters are already at recently announced Democrat candidate Jim Webb's throat..One said Webb is simply out if step with the temperament of the current Democratic Party. Yeah..I can see that..he's almost in the center, and somewhat of a military supporter (not quite, but as close as a Democrat looking for Democratic voters) .
---
The Golf Channel carries the European Tour..I think I'll watch the French Open just to see if the French put White Flags in the holes.
---
L-E's "Quotable": “The love of liberty is the love of others; the love of power is the love of ourselves.” - William Hazlitt British author (1778-1830)" -- Hmmm, obviously an adage that does not hang on a wall at the Obamageddon White House.
---
Perhaps the "Declaration of Independence from 1776" needs a sequel event.. let's call it the "Declaration of Restoration of 2016"
---
L-E's "Online comment of the day": “Sweet to see the innocence of our youth waving their flags, and being so proud of their 4th of July!” —From “Donna McCroan” on “Spotted @ St. Luke God Bless America Parade” -- Please sadly note this was a private daycare facility.. not a MCSD or government run program.

Personal Note: Today, July 4, 2015, my accumulative viewers topped 50,000! Thanks to all.. carry the torch proudly... fervently!

French-Americans....Supreme Court Justices..  or Democrat politicians...?

---
Online story: "With banks closed for a fourth day and capital controls in place, the future of the left-wing government hangs on the result, given the angry mood of voters in Greece, torn between resentment of the lenders and scorn for their own politicians. * "People have lost it completely. And it's all the fault, one hundred percent, of all the politicians. They are to blame for the situation we are in now," -- Hmmm substitute "America" for "Greece" and you can see the "sequel".. and Democrats would still vote for Hillewinsky...
---
Online headline: "Oregon launches program to tax drivers by the mile" -- Democrats will do anything to discourage hard working voters from going to the polls..- On a serious note.. I'm sure the US Supreme Court... well, I used to feel sure about the US Supreme Court, would strike this down if there was no provision for not charging a "poll tax" if people had to pay for mileage to/from the polls.
---
Online headline: "'Teflon' Donald Trump not feeling backlash in polls" -- Reminds me of the 1976 movie "Network" when the news anchor "lost it" and pronounced, "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore!" and the effect across the nation. Americans are responding that they feel like the citizens of Greece and do not want to be the next victim of politicians.
---
Online headline: "Official: ISIS leader is killed in US drone strike" -- Good grief.. a few hundred thousand to kill a flea who has 10 brothers ready to die for jihad.. it's sorta like cutting the head off of the Hydra, two more grow back.
---
Online story: "According to the The Washington Post, the University of Missouri-Kansas City originally wanted to book Hillary Clinton to speak at the opening of a women's hall of fame. * That dream died when they discovered her usual high fee of $275,000, reportedly prompting an emailed response from a university official of "Yikes!" * So they went with the next best thing –– her daughter Chelsea. Her fee was a meager $65,000." -- Well, $65K does SEEM to be a bargain compared to $275K.. but didn't Chelsea leave her cream puff job at $600,000 NBCjob because she didn't want it to be "about the money"? Hmmm at $65K per hour, she could earn that in one day's worth of Travel Time flying back&forth across the country.
---
On the above item - Comment... surely UMKC will not include Hillewinsky in its "Women's Hall of Fame" .. unless it's in the "Greedy" section..
---
Online headline: "This year’s college football semifinals (the Cotton and Orange bowls) will be played on Dec. 31, a date that does not benefit sports television viewers." -- Good grief...this would pretty much make the traditional January 1st Bowl Day obsolete as none of the Top 4 teams would be involved, but looking into the future, what would be the impact of 75,000 fairly sober fans exiting the Sugar Bowl into the streets of drunken Bourbon Street in New Orleans at midnight?
---
Apparently, Mayor TomLYINGson takes care of her friends. I read the City's Holiday Services ad about our regularly scheduled Thursday garbage pick up day being changed to Wednesday, and we were the only ones that had our garbage cans out on the street Wednesday. Seeing this, I alerted our Homeowners' Association to alert the neighbors and it went unheeded.. I guess a phone call from a retired General got a special run to our neighborhood on Thursday, because garbage was also picked up. My guess is that the Mayor's friends are not going to like once-a-week pickups beginning in September, but then again, when you "can make ONE CALL, THAT's ALL" and get garbage picked up at your own convenience, who cares...
---
Walmart has really stepped into its own poop, and it's not going to go away anytime soon. Over reacting to mainscream media hysteria over the abusive use of Southern heritage, its bakery denied to make a Confederate Flag cake for a cusy=tomer.. BUT agreed to make him cake in the style of an ISIS...a pure terrorist element... flag. Sure, Walmart apologized for that stupidity, but not for dumping Confederate merchandise. I think I will go to the Walmarts in Columbus, load up my cart with ice cream, then go by the bakery and order a Confederate cake..if I get the same rejection, I think I shall write a note saying that since I can't ALL my party goods there, I will go elsewhere, then leave the cart full of ice cream in the party goods section..and leave the store.

Online news: "The chief technology officer at the IRS was "blown away" after learning backup tapes that likely contained messages to and from controversial ex-official Lois Lerner were destroyed, according to an internal government watchdog report. * According to the report, IRS Chief Technology Officer Terry Milholland told the IG office he was "blown away" after learning the tapes had been demagnetized -- a process known as "degaussing."" -- Hmmm..guess we'll see that he "retires" real soon.
---
Related to the above - From same story above: "Late Thursday Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md., ranking member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, responded to the report, saying, “After spending more than $20 million and three years investigating, the Inspector General’s conclusions remain the same: there is no evidence to substantiate Republican claims of political motivation, White House involvement, or intentional destruction of evidence. It’s time to stop this political witch hunt and focus on investigations that impact American’s lives." -- Is there any doubt as to which party endorses the budgets wastes? Cummings & his Democratic Party cohorts have been undermined the investigation at every opportunity.
---
Online headline: "Obama: Americans need to shift religious views to accept gay marriage" -- Hmmm...Obamageddon always KNOWS what WE need to do, but knows nothing about what he NEEDS to do until he reads about it after the fact. WE need Obamageddon to do what is RIGHT!.. Hmmm.. that's the "Hope & Change" we need in 2016.
---
Two Argentinian Airline pilots were fired for allowing a Playboy model to fly their plane..Sorta brings a secondary meaning to the mile-high-club.
---
Online story: "DETROIT - Michael Lynch, chief security officer for DTE Energy Co, says three line crews have been robbed at gunpoint of cash and cellphones while trying to restore power in Detroit after weekend storms." -- Hmmm.. truly a lack of respect... but on the other hand.. possibly a little "turn about is fair play" going on?
---
Online headline: "Macon chamber announces $2.7 million campaign to attract businesses, jobs " -- Oooops, my bad.. thought the Macon Chamber was going to support somebody else rather than Congressman Sanfor Bishop.
---
Name me two presidents that embraced the Confederate flag in office?.. Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton

---
From a fellow BCer. (and resident "legal eagle") - Comment on pluses and minuses benefits of being a lawyer in same-sex/polygamous marriage divorces etc: "Just imagine the bonanza for probate lawyers if polygamy became legally institutionalized.
---
L-E's associate professor's comments: "John A. Tures: How we won independence … in 1778 * I'm sure several of you are shaking your heads, wondering if I got the title wrong. But while American political figures officially declared their independence on July 4, 1776, winning it was another matter. And that came on a hot day in June, instead of a cold day in December." -- Seems a little bit like liberal "cherry picking".. the first step taken in 1776, coupled with patriotic desire and resolve for freedom carried the new Republic until military victories won out for our fledgling country. Without July 2nd-4th, 1776, there's be no June of 1778.
---
L-E story: " A Muscogee County Superior Court jury did not buy Shakeim Malcolm Dorsey’s contention that he killed Derickes Maurice Miles in 2013 in self-defense. * After deliberating for less than 90 minutes on Thursday, the six-man, six-woman jury found Dorsey guilty of malice murder. " -- "malice murder"? Guess the jury just couldn't "pull the trigger' and call it a "hate" crime.....
---
L-E's "Thought for Today": “I suppose it can be truthfully said that Hope is the only universal liar who never loses his reputation for veracity.” — Robert G. Ingersoll, American lawyer, politician (1833-1899). -- Whatta visionary... Looks like Ingersoll looked into a crystal ball of the future and saw Clinton, "The Man from HOPE" and Obamageddon, "Mr HOPE and Change" coming...

From the "ooops, put up or shut up" department: Online headline: "Michael Sam calls off 6-month engagement to Vito Cammisano" -- The line.. "of course I'd marry you if I could" is now DOA...
---
You know.. Clinton Correctional Facility has been scrutinized pretty close for the past 4 weeks since the 2 murderers escaped... because of the coverage, every inmate knows the mechanics of how to escape. New measures of security are being installed though..it has to be better prepared for the future.. who knows, either or both Slick Willie and/or Hillewinsky may be assigned there one day.
---
Online headline: "Polygamous trio applies for license to legally wed * A Montana man on Wednesday said last week's landmark ruling on same-sex unions inspired him to legitimize his marriage to his second wife.
'It's about marriage equality'" -- It had to happen.. but I thought it might take a little longer.. You know.. the Supreme Court decision for same-sex marriages may become divorce lawyers' worst nightmare.. if married couples want new mates, they won't have to get an expensive divorce.. they can just split up their goods (or not), split out (or not) and just add another spouse or 2 or 3 or 4 to the household line up..
---
Guess what.. driving around town yesterday , I noticed something strange... most of the gas prices were the same as they were the day before the new tax increase went into effect... Guess the local stations just took advantage of the upcoming change, and milked/gouged us for the extra profits thinking we thought we would save some money buying before the new taxes went into effect. Think I'll be making more trips to fill up in Phenix City because of this.
---
L-E story: "The (tax) freeze, which was implemented by referendum in 1982, locks a the value of an owner-occupied home at the time it is purchased. Under Tomlinson’s sunset plan, people who are under the freeze would remain under the freeze as long as they own their current home." -- Hmmm.. basically, Mayor TomLYINGson's plan just alienates all new home buyers...and sellers of older homes. Gee.. ain't that fun...
Her "plan" is farcial..at best... if you keep your home, and don't make major upgrades/modernization.. nothing changes.. If you sell your home to downsize in "old age", selling your home will be at a lower price because buyers are going to have to going to anticipate regular tax increases, and buying a smaller retirement home will not have the protection of set taxes on a fixed retirement income.
---
WTVM9 story: "Concerned parents of little league baseball players in Columbus may be left in the dark after thieves stole thousands of dollars of copper wiring from light poles on the field. " -- Hmmm.. now we have to wonder whether Mayor TomLYINGson practiced what she preached.. Did she have all the City copper wiring/pipes "marked for identification" or not so recyclers would call the police in on if presented for sale.\.
---
Parking fines must be booming in UPtown. When I was in business there, the Broadway "meter man" moved about in a fuel efficient utility cart from which he could either park it to mark cars or reach out as he drove close to the vehicles.. Yesterday, he was driving an actual car which limited him from parking in utility sized spaces, and eliminates the efficient use of his time in monitoring the citizens' parking time. This can't be a better and more efficient way to mark and ticket overtime parking.. I hope one of the merchants will venture out and make a Gomer Pyle type "citizen's arrest" when he parks the vehicle illegally on the median curb.
---
Online headline: "Democrat Lawmakers introduce bill to make DC the 51st state" .... again! When will this nonsense cease? The founding fathers intentional created Washington, District of Columbia, to be a non-state so no state could have influence over the City of Government. Democrats just want to create 3 more Democrat Congressional seats and Electoral College votes. What's sad is we can't count on the Supreme Court to uphold the founding fathers' wisdom..
---
I guess the next step, win or lose, on getting statehood for the District of Columbia will be to change the name from Washington to something less offensive to liberals..like Castroville or Stalingrad...
---
You know..if Jeb Bush is surging in the polls, it's because Democrats are chiming in on who they prefer to run against Hillewinsky. They liked the outcome of the first Bush-Clinton match-up.
---
Tell you what...what's the difference between "racial profiling" , "Islamic terrorist profiling" and "Confederate Cultural profiling" when it comes to preventing criminal activity? There's less chance of a crime being committed at a gathering of Civil War enthusiasts.
---
You know.. if you're wearing a Confederate Flag t-shirt in Washington,. DC or NYC, you're going to attract more police scrutiny than if you were wearing a "colors" do-rag or a burqa.
---
You know.. six and a half years ago, we were taken aback.. offended by Michelle Obama's claim that she was finally proud of America.. now, the talk on the street is that no one is proud of what Michelle has done to America..
---
Now TVLand has pulled reruns of "The Dukes of Hazzard" because of the Confederate Flag painted on the roof of their car.. Mothers of America should be incensed that the show was pulled for this, and wasn't pulled for introducing their children to Daisy Duke's cutoff jeans and the image of women portrayed on the show.
---
Jonathan Gruber triple-double extra stupid LIV's L-E "soundoff": " Twice in two days the U.S. Supreme Court has made major decisions which prove conservatives are firmly on the wrong side of history." -- No. if there is any "proof" of anything, it's the "proof" that conservatives have turned their cheeks too often in the last 50 years of the Democrats' "War on America", and it's a wake call for conservatives to take back the ballot box and restore the US Constitution.
---
Hmmm, wonder how much change from the past will show up at the L-E's "Ultimate Bridal Expo"... one thing will be to stop charging admission to half the men who come..
---
L-E's "Quotable": “Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could do only a little. - Edmund Burke Irish statesman (1729-1797)" -- Make this your mission when you run into a friend who says thy aren't going to vote.
---
L-E editorial commentary: "Listeners heard two disturbing facts about American prison populations, only one of which might shock most Georgians: The United States has 5 percent of the world’s population and 25 percent of its prison population. " -- Hmm perhaps a tribute to the efficiency of America's Police Departments, of perhaps better incentives for criminals in other countries not to want to commit crimes..?

Online headline: "Cuba, US to reveal major deal amid reconciliation * Cuba, US to reveal major deal amid reconciliation" -- Hmmm.. what it means is Comrade Obamageddon has officially come out of the closet.. guess we can expect him to recolor the White House in blood red to celebrate the deaths at the hands of Castro's regime.
---
Tr*yvon, Mich*el, Fre**ie.. you know, it's sad, no, pathetic, when thugs/criminals are pedestalized alongside Martin Luther King, Jr...
---
Online headline: "ISIS beheads 2 female civilians for first time in Syria * A group monitoring the war in Syria said Tuesday the Islamic State decapitated two women accused of sorcery, along with their husbands." -- Hmm.. you know.. this will probably appeal to N.O.W., Hillewinsky, Obamageddon and "mainscream media" as a show of growth and modernization in Islam for women and be heralded as a breakthrough.. "Equal SLAY for equal play".
---
Good morning Georgians... and vacationers traveling through GA.. today start's a new $900,000,000.00 dollar assault on your wallet via "transportation fees" (legislators and governors will use anything to avoid saying TAX INCREASE). As of today, you will be paying over 53-cents a gallon in taxes, and it can only go upward from here.
---
Online story: "Wal-Mart has apologized for making an ISIS battle flag cake after it recently refused to decorate a cake that was meant to include an image of the Confederate flag. This refusal came after Wal-Mart's decision to pull Confederate flag merchandize off of its shelves last week." -- You know, I've pretty always been a Walmart customer/supporter, but making an ISIS cake without a second thought after announcing its ban for anything Confederate just about does it for me.. The real apology Walmart needs to make is for profiling the Confederate heritage.
---
From the "it hurts when you bite yourself on your butt" department - Online headline:"Illinois teacher fired from school after stepping on American flag in class, report says" -- Hmmm .. let's see what a little WikiPedia research will find: "Slavery in Illinois existed for more than a century. French settlers introduced African slavery to the Illinois Country in the early eighteenth century. Slavery was also tolerated in the early years of Illinois statehood, and its first state constitution did not have a clause forbidding its amendment to allow slavery, as did the constitutions of the two earlier states formed from the Northwest Territory (Indiana and Ohio). " -- Heh heh heh.. It's sorta ironic that the state of Illinois, land opf Lincoln and Obamageddon steps allover the Confederate Flag, yet bows its back at someone stepping on the non US originated flag that flew over slavery in Illinois.
---
I know soccer goalies wear gloves, but the gloves the German and American goalies were wearing looked like they belonged to Mickey Mouse..either that or were borrowed from a hockey goalie. Huge..and don't belong in soccer.
---
All those ads running for "wounded Warriors", children's hospitals, animal care.. you know..the incessant ones that plead for you to just give'em permanent access to your credit card info? Well, it seems like if they all stopped spending money on advertising, they'd probably have all the money they'll ever need.
---
I bought my truck (1993 Silverado) from Bill Heard Chevrolet in 1997. I needed a truck to haul debris and such to the Harris County dump. Bill Heard's closer wanted more than I was willing to pay, so after a loggerhead at a price still too high, I proceeded to leave..You've heard about being "belt looped'? I was ACTUALLY "belt looped" by the sales closer, who asked simply if I was willing to add the sales tax on the amount I said I was not going to pay any higher. I said, "Yes." and a deal was struck. That's how you negotiate with "terrorists". Hey, Kerry, take a lesson.
---
You know.. with some of the decisions.. mainly from the left side of the bench, you almost have to think that those four do not understand that they've been appointed for life so they can make good decisions without political recourse.. Do you think their ignorance is because they haven't read the Constitution?
---
Congress, and the Supreme Court, should take a lesson from our founding fathers... does anyone think that our founding fathers did not read the Declaration of Independence or the US Constitution before they signed them?
---
L-E story: "The Columbus Police Department is investigating whether there is a criminal component to the allegation that a vendor repeatedly overcharged the Muscogee County School District." -- You know.. just the thought of potential, randomly scheduled Forensic Audits would probably eliminate such occurances.. What other skeltons are hiding behind the MCSD and MCSB's reluctance to have one.. Thanks John Thomas and Frank Myers for running,, and winning ,, on this issue.. now we need 3 more voices in the next election.. unless Mark Cantrell jumps on board.. then "WE" need only 2 more? Ironically.. what the vendor is being investigated on is small potatoes compared to just how much the MCSD is eager to spend on metal buildings on slabs for wrestling and weight rooms.. $312.00 a square foot.. unbelievable!
---
So the long abandoned Raymond Rowe building.. formerly Davison's, is being sold..finally.. I pray some entity other than CSU has bought it. Nothing against CSU specifically, but when CSU buys a property in downtown, the property becomes exempt from taxes when used as a dorm or classroom, and the rest of Columbus has to endure/make up the loss.
---
Jonathan Gruber triple-double extra stupid LIV's L-E "soundoff": " The Republicans couldn’t take our affordable health care, so now they will likely go after our Social Security entitlement." -- Good grief.. this might have been submitted by Jonathan Gruber himself! "our affordable health care"? Obviously, this "soundoffer" either has no insurance, or has not had to go to the hospital and see how much his/her deductible costs him/her.
---
Jonathan Gruber triple-triple extra stupid LIV's L-E "soundoff": "Before you select your candidate, remember the president’s last name who gave us Chief Justice John Roberts. For those with those with a short memory, it is Bush." -- Well at least this is a better informed LIV than usual.. this one, all of a sudden. is rallying around the same Bush he usually blames...
---
You know, if there is going to be a ban on Civil War/Confederate issues, at least start with banning the lies, the historical rewrites, and the ignorance about the Civil War first.
---
L-E headline: "MAYOR FIELDS QUESTIONS AT TAX FREEZE FORUM" -- Hmmm, perhaps Mayor TomLYINGson could do Columbus a better service by eliminating the "TAX EXEMPTION" for CSU properties..especially the ones that are dorms that CSU now can sell off to private companies who also get the "TAX EXEMPTION" passed along with the purchase as granted in the 2012 general election.. Now, did anyone see/hear Mayor TomLYINGson come out against that State Referendum??
---
L-E story: " MACON, Ga. — Authorities say up to 50 teenagers bent on destruction raced into a Macon Wal-Mart, smashing merchandise and causing an estimated $2,000 in damage. * Sheriff’s officials said one of the teens later told a Wal-Mart employee that the goal was to see how much damage they could cause. * The Macon Telegraph reports that the teens ran when deputies arrived, but a 17-year-old boy was arrested when he returned to the store to retrieve his cellphone." - You know.. it isn't by simple omission that the teens aren't described as black, or white or Hispanic or a mixture of races.. How does even Al Sharlatan explain this since Walmart banned all Confederate merchandise already?

---
