Online headline: "Cuba, US to reveal major deal amid reconciliation * Cuba,
US to reveal major deal amid reconciliation" -- Hmmm.. what it means is Comrade
Obamageddon has officially come out of the closet.. guess we can expect him to
recolor the White House in blood red to celebrate the deaths at the hands of
Castro's regime.
---
Tr*yvon, Mich*el, Fre**ie.. you know, it's sad, no, pathetic, when
thugs/criminals are pedestalized alongside Martin Luther King, Jr...
---
Online headline: "ISIS beheads 2 female civilians for first time in Syria *
A group monitoring the war in Syria said Tuesday the Islamic State decapitated
two women accused of sorcery, along with their husbands." -- Hmm.. you know..
this will probably appeal to N.O.W., Hillewinsky, Obamageddon and "mainscream
media" as a show of growth and modernization in Islam for women and be heralded
as a breakthrough.. "Equal SLAY for equal play".
---
Good morning Georgians... and vacationers traveling through GA.. today
start's a new $900,000,000.00 dollar assault on your wallet via "transportation
fees" (legislators and governors will use anything to avoid saying TAX
INCREASE). As of today, you will be paying over 53-cents a gallon in taxes, and
it can only go upward from here.

Online story: "Wal-Mart has apologized for making an ISIS battle flag cake
after it recently refused to decorate a cake that was meant to include an image
of the Confederate flag. This refusal came after Wal-Mart's decision to pull
Confederate flag merchandize off of its shelves last week." -- You know, I've
pretty always been a Walmart customer/supporter, but making an ISIS cake without
a second thought after announcing its ban for anything Confederate just about
does it for me.. The real apology Walmart needs to make is for profiling the
Confederate heritage.

From the "it hurts when you bite yourself on your butt" department - Online
headline:"Illinois teacher fired from school after stepping on American flag in
class, report says" -- Hmmm .. let's see what a little WikiPedia research will
find: "Slavery in Illinois existed for more than a century. French settlers
introduced African slavery to the Illinois Country in the early eighteenth
century. Slavery was also tolerated in the early years of Illinois statehood,
and its first state constitution did not have a clause forbidding its amendment
to allow slavery, as did the constitutions of the two earlier states formed from
the Northwest Territory (Indiana and Ohio). " -- Heh heh heh.. It's sorta ironic
that the state of Illinois, land opf Lincoln and Obamageddon steps allover the
Confederate Flag, yet bows its back at someone stepping on the non US originated
flag that flew over slavery in Illinois.

I know soccer goalies wear gloves, but the gloves the German and American
goalies were wearing looked like they belonged to Mickey Mouse..either that or
were borrowed from a hockey goalie. Huge..and don't belong in soccer.

All those ads running for "wounded Warriors", children's hospitals, animal
care.. you know..the incessant ones that plead for you to just give'em permanent
access to your credit card info? Well, it seems like if they all stopped
spending money on advertising, they'd probably have all the money they'll ever
need.

I bought my truck (1993 Silverado) from Bill Heard Chevrolet in 1997. I
needed a truck to haul debris and such to the Harris County dump. Bill Heard's
closer wanted more than I was willing to pay, so after a loggerhead at a price
still too high, I proceeded to leave..You've heard about being "belt looped'? I
was ACTUALLY "belt looped" by the sales closer, who asked simply if I was
willing to add the sales tax on the amount I said I was not going to pay any
higher. I said, "Yes." and a deal was struck. That's how you negotiate with
"terrorists". Hey, Kerry, take a lesson.

You know.. with some of the decisions.. mainly from the left side of the
bench, you almost have to think that those four do not understand that they've
been appointed for life so they can make good decisions without political
recourse.. Do you think their ignorance is because they haven't read the
Constitution?
---
Congress, and the Supreme Court, should take a lesson from our founding
fathers... does anyone think that our founding fathers did not read the
Declaration of Independence or the US Constitution before they signed
them?

L-E story: "The Columbus Police Department is investigating whether there
is a criminal component to the allegation that a vendor repeatedly overcharged
the Muscogee County School District." -- You know.. just the thought of
potential, randomly scheduled Forensic Audits would probably eliminate such
occurances.. What other skeltons are hiding behind the MCSD and MCSB's
reluctance to have one.. Thanks John Thomas and Frank Myers for running,, and
winning ,, on this issue.. now we need 3 more voices in the next election..
unless Mark Cantrell jumps on board.. then "WE" need only 2 more? Ironically..
what the vendor is being investigated on is small potatoes compared to just how
much the MCSD is eager to spend on metal buildings on slabs for wrestling and
weight rooms.. $312.00 a square foot.. unbelievable!

So the long abandoned Raymond Rowe building.. formerly Davison's, is being
sold..finally.. I pray some entity other than CSU has bought it. Nothing against
CSU specifically, but when CSU buys a property in downtown, the property becomes
exempt from taxes when used as a dorm or classroom, and the rest of Columbus has
to endure/make up the loss.

Jonathan Gruber triple-double extra stupid LIV's L-E "soundoff": " The
Republicans couldn’t take our affordable health care, so now they will likely go
after our Social Security entitlement." -- Good grief.. this might have been
submitted by Jonathan Gruber himself! "our affordable health care"? Obviously,
this "soundoffer" either has no insurance, or has not had to go to the hospital
and see how much his/her deductible costs him/her.
---
Jonathan Gruber triple-triple extra stupid LIV's L-E "soundoff": "Before
you select your candidate, remember the president’s last name who gave us Chief
Justice John Roberts. For those with those with a short memory, it is Bush." --
Well at least this is a better informed LIV than usual.. this one, all of a
sudden. is rallying around the same Bush he usually blames...
---
You know, if there is going to be a ban on Civil War/Confederate issues, at
least start with banning the lies, the historical rewrites, and the ignorance
about the Civil War first.
---
L-E headline: "MAYOR FIELDS QUESTIONS AT TAX FREEZE FORUM" -- Hmmm, perhaps
Mayor TomLYINGson could do Columbus a better service by eliminating the "TAX
EXEMPTION" for CSU properties..especially the ones that are dorms that CSU now
can sell off to private companies who also get the "TAX EXEMPTION" passed along
with the purchase as granted in the 2012 general election.. Now, did anyone
see/hear Mayor TomLYINGson come out against that State Referendum??
---
L-E story: " MACON, Ga. — Authorities say up to 50 teenagers bent on
destruction raced into a Macon Wal-Mart, smashing merchandise and causing an
estimated $2,000 in damage. * Sheriff’s officials said one of the teens later
told a Wal-Mart employee that the goal was to see how much damage they could
cause. * The Macon Telegraph reports that the teens ran when deputies arrived,
but a 17-year-old boy was arrested when he returned to the store to retrieve his
cellphone." - You know.. it isn't by simple omission that the teens aren't
described as black, or white or Hispanic or a mixture of races.. How does even
Al Sharlatan explain this since Walmart banned all Confederate merchandise
already?
