Got a response from a MCSD board member who said buying the burned out Bibb Mill for the site of a performing arts school was in the SPLOST prospectuses of 2003 and 2009. Must have been hidden behind the broccoli on the proposed school meal menu.

For info sake.. recently, viewer numbers have eclipsed 29,000 on six continents (all but Antarctica).
