Christie is toast... huff and puff as he must.. he's no Republican... just a centrist wearing a Republican label in a liberal atmosphere that makes him 'seem' different from leftists.

---
Online story: "On Thursday, the Obama administration announced that the number of people who have chosen a health care plan through a state or federal exchange had topped 6 million, putting enrollment ahead of revised projections with several days still left before the March 31 deadline." -- "putting enrollment ahead of revised projections"? Hmm, no mention that the revised projection was DOWNWARD, and was made less than a month ago.. That's like saying you revised your 6 months diet goal from losing 10 pounds to gaining 5, and celebrating because you only gained 4. Is there nothing that comes out of the Judas 00-Barnum administration that doesn't have "spin" attached to it?
---
Have you seen the YouTube video of the two-legged boxer (dog)? Click (or copy/paste to search option) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xaM-xXgl4Bs It won't take long for you to realize that Duncan is a conservative dog. If he was a liberal dog, Democrats would have told him that he couldn't do what he does because he's handicapped.
---
HuffPost headline: "John Kerry: Ukraine Must Decide Its Future" -- How come liberals will tell people of other countries they must make their own decisions, but campaign in our country that liberals in government makes better decisions?
---
Justina Pelletier ..if her name and family's plight are not known to you.. Google..... A teenager with major medical problems from Connecticut was sent to Boston Children's Hospital. Seems her gastrointestinal doctor moved from Tufts Hospital to Boston Children's . Another doctor at Boston Children's decided the existing condition she was being treated for was wrong. The doctor then blocked her parents from having access to their daughter, and the state has basically removed the parents status. Welcome to the model for OObamaCRAP..and death panels.
---
Wow! The Kentucky victory was as exciting as it can get... That completed the exacta of a double Michigan collapse.. Sorta like GM & Chrysler in 2008-9. Hmmm, think Judas 00-Barnum will get out his "pen and phone" and bailout Michigan again?
---
You know, if college athletes make 6 figure salaries, and their grades are borderline, do you think the coach is going to care.... or a player is going to care what a professor thinks? For that matter, if the "star/franchise player" is struggling on the field, do you think the college president might intervene and tell the professors to lighten up on the players course work?
---
Latest from the DNC: "Hey, Hal, here's your official 2013-2014 online supporter record: 2-13-2014 donations: $0.00. Hmmm should I ignore them again or joyously triple my this years donations?
---
Latest from www.barackobama.com: "Hal --When I spoke with some OFA supporters recently, I sneezed in the middle of a sentence. * And someone yelled out: "Gotta get covered!" * Barack Obama" -- Hmmm, guess "God Bless You" is banned from such gatherings, but can Judas 00-Barnum truly expect/demand anyone sign up for coverage that he has avoided like the plague?
---
From a fellow BCer... I "MUST" see:

We are getting ripped off at the Columbus, GA gas stations.,Even with the higher "tourist tax" on gasoline, I saw north FL stations with lower prices than we get in Columbus.
---
Online headline: "White House looks to regulate cow flatulence as part of climate agenda" -- Oooops, my bad.. thought Judas 00-Barnum used his "pen and phone" to order muzzles for Pelosi, Feinstein, Hillary, Boxer and Sheila Jackson Lee.
---
There's a law firm ad trolling for clients, boys in particular, who grew 'breasts' because of a drug side effect. Good grief..that means a guy taking hormone replacement drugs for a transgender change could take the wrong drug, get good results AND can sue for damages. Sorta like "eating your cake and having it", too.
---
L-E headline/story: "MAN SHOT, KILLED ON CSU MAIN CAMPUS *Report: CSU police shoot 20-year-old armed suspect during foot chase * According to school spokesman John Lester, CSU police got a call at 2:35 p.m. that a man was seen at the complex putting bullets into a gun. * At 2:38 p.m., CSU police officers arrived and confronted the suspect. * The man began to run and CSU police chased him. * Lester said that when the officers turned a corner of a building, the man faced the officers and raised his arm. He was then shot." -- "the man faced the officers and raised his arm"? Good grief! When a "spokesman" is a taxpayer paid position, the taxpayers deserve more. Lack of clarity in this published statement by a CSU representative will probably be used by the gunman's family in a "wrongful death" settlement. The taxpayer paid "spokesman" should have said the gunman "raised his gun" if that's what happened, otherwise the statement could be used to imply the gunman may have been raising his arm to surrender.
---
L-E liberal story/opinion: " Republicans hold both U.S. Senate seats and a majority of U.S. House seats. The GOP holds every statewide constitutional office and controls both chambers of the General Assembly. Republican presidential nominees have won the state’s electoral votes in seven out of the last eight elections. * But a close examination shows the Georgia electorate is more closely divided than those results suggest. The difference rests in how the Republican Assembly has drawn congressional and legislative boundaries to their party’s advantage." -- You know, the state cannot control where people decide to live, but the current district lines were approved by the courts system. Now, in the post 2000 Census redrawing of District lines, Democrats actually drew up 3 super-minority-majority districts which the courts threw out because they were basically "reservations" (and we know how 'reservations' have worked so well for native Americans). This "opinion" writer can hem & haw about how the current districting favors Republicans, BUT.. his complaints are unfounded when it gets down to his complaints that such districting has affected the Senate results. The Senate races are statewide.. not by any districting.
---
LIV's L-E "soundoff": " Tell the Mayor to inform the Ledger-Enquirer that crime is down tremendously, so they will stop printing all that stuff." -- Huh? Mayor Obamalinson has been trying that for the last 3 years, but even the L-E knows when it can't print a lie and keep a straight face...
---
L-E headline: "REPORTS OF MULTIPLE VOTING, FALSIFIED TURNOUT CAST DOUBT ON RESULTS OF CRIMEA REFERENDUM" -- Good grief... such shenanigans/fraud happen in Chicago, Phillie et al, including right here in RiverCity, and the L-E yawns, winks, and moves on....
---
L-E headline: "Columbus police arrest 3 for growing marijuana" -- You know... somebody is probably going to sue the MCSD for this.. claiming they thought Colorado is spelled C-o-l-u-m-b-u-s.
---
L-E story: "A simple test appears very good at ruling out heart attacks in people who go to emergency rooms with chest pain, a big public health issue and a huge worry for patients. * A large study in Sweden found that the blood test plus the usual electrocardiogram of the heartbeat were 99 percent accurate at showing which patients could safely be sent home rather than be admitted for observation and more diagnostics" -- Of course, with OObamaCRAP, those tests won't qualify, and a panel will decide whether you get admitted or sent home. That or told to take two M&M chocolates and call in the morning.
---
L-E opinion headline/verbage: "Commentary: Sister Mary Ann Walsh * Immigration policy becomes U.S. disgrace * The Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency has deported close to 2 million people in the past five years, an average of more than 400,000 persons a year. How many families were wrenched apart?" -- Good grief.. this garbage was exposed for .. well... for the garbage it is , well before the L-E has chosen to print this ..well.. garbage. It has been exposed that Judas 00-Barnum has been counting those caught at the border and stopped as being 'deported". which accounts for more than half of 00-Barnum's spinmeisters' claims. So, why doesn't Sister Mary Ann Walsh ask the Pope to speak to the illegal aliens and ask them to simply try to observe the legal channels to enter the USA?
---
L-E story: " A 25-year-old Columbus man was arrested and charged Saturday with burglary 1st degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal attempt escape after an incident at an apartment on Warm Springs Road. * A man there told them that around 2:30 a.m. he heard a noise that woke him up. He said he went into the living room and discovered a cousin Jimmy Coleman sitting on his couch with his right hand cut and bleeding. He asked Coleman how he had gotten into the house since the doors were locked. * When police officers arrived, they found a living room window broken. The cost of the damage was estimated at $300. * A cellphone valued at $250 and a glass vaporizer valued at $30 were reported taken." "glass vaporizer"? Isn't that a "crack pipe" or "bong"? Don't tell me our police and L-E staff don't know what a "glass vaporizer" is...

Online headline: "NSA may have spied on 122 foreign leaders" -- Hmmm.. only 122? Guess those were the ones that expressed support for Romney.
---
HuffPost headline: "Will Marathon Bomb Suspect Blame It All On Big Brother?" -- Ooops, my bad ..thought mainstream media was actually going to name government officials who should have arrested the Bomber Brothers when they came back into the US.
---
Online headline: "Kerry Abruptly Changes Course On Overseas Trip" -- Yeah,, sorta zagging when he shoulda zigged.
---
HuffPOst headline: "Piers Morgan Delivers One Final Blow To Gun Violence In Last Show" -- Yeah. the Key Grip was found talked to death.
---
HuffPost headline: "New Study: Climate Change Felt 'On All Continents And Across The Oceans' -- Good grief... don't tell me "scientists" have been taking Algore's assumption that only America was going to be the only victim of its largess...
---
Liberal's blog commentary headline on how to run a business: "Accounting for Startups: Why Cash is King" -- Oh, as opposed to getting a federal "green energy" loan you can bailout on after 8-to-10 months?
---
L-E story: " A Tupelo businessman is among 53 people selected by the Small Business Administration as a small business person of the year. * ( Fusion Hospitality CEO Bruce) Patel and other honorees from the other 49 states as well as the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Guam will be recognized during National Business Week in May" -- What? Judas 00-Barnum is not going to recognize the winners from the other 4 of the 57 states he campaigned in?
---
L-E headline: "UNC to host edit-a-thon on black history" -- Good grief... just rewriting history in secrecy is no longer good enough for liberals?
---
Online story: "Tucson police said Saturday night that they shot pepper spray at several hundred fans who took to the streets and threw beer bottles and firecrackers at officers after the University of Arizona basketball team's overtime loss in the NCAA tournament." -- Guess we could be thankful that they weren't fans of a Chicago team.
---
CNN headline: "Husband waits" -- Only CNN could feel this tidbit is actually newsworthy...
---
Online quote source: “We all want progress, but if you're on the wrong road, progress means doing an about-turn and walking back to the right road; in that case, the man who turns back soonest is the most progressive.” - C. S. Lewis" -- Not that C.S. Lewis was ever a liberal, he pretty much has skinned the Democrats who claim they are "Progressives".
---
Latest from www.barackobama.com: https://donate.barackobama.com/Make-a-Difference -- Stop! Don't do it! It's a trap! Your donations will not encourage him to resign!
---
L-E story: " A $10,000 gift from Alcorn State University's National Alumni Foundation will make more scholarships available for Alcorn students. * The donation and scholarships were announced at Alcorn's satellite campus at Vicksburg Mall on Thursday.: -- Granted, that every cent contributed has a place in the education of every child, but $10K does not go very far and is a questionable story to include in the L-E.
---
Latest from the DNC: "Hal -- If we lose control of the Senate this November -- and don't win back the House -- we have a real problem on our hands. We'll never get another chance to elect a Congress who will work with President Barack Obama." -- Yeah, it will be a problem... a problem I look forward to working on.
---
L-E headline: "Educators work to reduce black student suspensions" -- Hmmm.. to paraphrase a well know adage: "Educators, heal thyself". More damage has been inflicted on student learning by federal programs designed to take over parental responsibilities of students from doorstep-to-doorstep. Where is the incentive for poverty burdened biological parents to be involved in their children's education when the government keeps telling them they can't do it by themselves. Poverty is just passed along to the next generation like middle-class business owners pass along their skills and businesses to their children.
---
LIV's L-E "soundoff": " Over six million people have signed up for Affordable Health Care and the numbers are growing. The plan is a success despite Republican claims. What a bunch of idiots." -- You know... there are a "bunch of idiots"... too many who still believe anything Judas 00-Barnum and his circus of spinmeisters tell them. At a rate of a million a month, by the end of 2039, everyone will have signed up for OObamaCRAP.
---
National Doctor's Day? Does this mean my doctor will stop seeing me because I didn't know and didn't send him a card?
---
Talk about ironic coincidences... The local courts have just cleared the obstacles for resolving a 20+ years lawsuit brought by Dr. Kenneth Barngrover, and today's L-E is carrying an ad of Dr. Barngrover's job...he works for "Southeast Regional Pain Center"... He's certainly over qualified.
---
The new School Superintendent is making changes (SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE).. revenue neutral, repurposing of personnel to create 3 school divisions. He's advertising for the jobs. Number 1, if they are new jobs and filled from outside.. they are not revenue neutral. Number 2 - why would he spend money advertising, when he should be able to repurpose existing personnel?
---
The L-E feature, "Looking Back | 50 Years Ago" can be quite revealing. Though the civil rights issues were basically aimed at Southern states, it's quite evident the South has advanced to a much more intergrated society than the states the political activists lived in. I remember being in Boston in 1992 when the area football championship game was being played between two racially segregated schools. The animosities were so great, that the teams and cheerleaders were to be picked up by buses and carried to an unknown destination to have an 11:00 AM kick off with zero parents/fans watching. Just recently, we learned that nearly all the NYC public schools are completely segregated. Racists, heal thyself!

Online headline/story: "Poll Shows Obama Health Care Law Fails To Gain Support * Public support for President Barack Obama's health care law is languishing at its lowest level since passage of the landmark legislation four years ago, according to a new poll. * The Associated Press-GfK survey finds that 26 percent of Americans support the Affordable Care Act" -- Hmmm...Finally... Mainstream media has stopped sucking down Judas 00-Barnum's Kool-Aid and released the actual DNC vote from its party members who read it after they voted for it.
---
HuffPost headline: "Obama Mulling Big Shift In Syria Policy" -- Hmmm... from reverse to idle?
---
Online quote source: "“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.” - Ralph Waldo Emerson" -- Somehow... Judas 00-Barnum has even failed at this, too.
---
Judas 00-Barnum says America is a big supporter of religions overseas. Guess the countries overseas would find him more credible if he showed he supported religious freedom in America.
---
Polls yesterday show OObamaCRAP support is at an all time low. No surprise here... when support was at its highest, it was about just as low as yesterday.
---
L-E headline for its version of above comment: "Poll: Obama health law failing to gain support" -- The L-E just cannot be honest about how the world sees Judas 00-Barnum. Outside of the Democratic Party, OObamaCRAP has had zero support, and that was before anybody in the Democratic Party had actually read what they were supporting.
---
Decisions. decisions.. Hmmm, is it more realistic that I buy a home in Mayor Obamalinson's neighborhood or try to get her to move into mine so that 911/alarm calls will get answered promptly?
---
The latest from www.barackobama.com: "We're all in for 3/31:" -- Hmmm... more like "done for".
---
It amazes me why Fox still puts Democratic Party "contributors" on to discuss anything. When they speak, it's always the scripted talking points, and when they appear to be listening, they keep a constant "s***-eating grin" and bobbing their heads as though they agree with the Fox anchor, but all they are doing is deciding which "talking point" they will respond with.
---
If OObamaCRAP's success depends on young, healthy people paying for insurance for something other than IPhone insurance, it cannot be a success.
---
Just for the record.. according to inside sources who do want transparency, the MCSD SPLOST has averaged $2,97 Million for the first 50 months. At that rate, when the 5 year mark ends it, the SPLOST will have generated $178,200,000.00. The "goal" was $224 Million. That's $45.8 Million SHORT for the projects Councilors used to campaign for their re-elections. It's also the shortage projected by the Breakfast Club while the election campaign was being waged.
---
L-E headline/story: "MAYOR PROPOSES $263.1M BUDGET * The mayor’s budget calls for spending of $263.1 million, a .05 percent decrease from fiscal 2014, according to the mayor’s presentation to council. * The budget requires some changes in the way the city operates, Tomlinson’s letter to council states. Without the outlined changes, the city would face a $4.5 million budget shortfall in its health care budget and a $6.5 million deficit in its general operating budget," -- While all budgets need to be "tweaked", ours is getting "Twerked", and "Trouble is spelled with a Capital "TT"... right here in Whitewater City....anyway you look at it, the City needs new political and operational leadership.
---
While it's still viable, Council has avoided confirming the construction of the $244,000.00 "Tammy Faye Bakker Toilette" on the banks of the Chattahoochee. With any luck, Mayor Obamalinson will not get a second "throne" to flush us downstream.
---
While we're at it, will someone pull the Metra Bus financials and point where any profit possibilities are? Seems Mayor Obamalinson can reassure us that her high speed rails scam, uh, scheme will be profitable when it's completed in 20 years.
---
Listening to Mayor Obamalinson spell out the budget problems, you'd think she was campaigning to oust the current leadership... let's help her.
---
Info alert: Is there anyone in the local readership that knows anything about a traffic accident that occurred shortly before 8:00 AM on Thursday on I-185 S just north of the Macon Road exit? My daughter saw the SUV flipping and rolling behind her. Have not seen any reports from TV or print media.
---
L-E "headlie": "PLANES SPOT POSSIBLE DEBRIS" -- WRONG! THe planes did spot debris... debris is everywhere along the shipping lanes and ocean currents. It's only "Speculation" that some of the debris COULD be from the missing airliner.
---
L-E's "Today in History": " In 1971, Army Lt. William L. Calley Jr. was convicted of murdering 22 Vietnamese civilians in the My Lai massacre. (Calley ended up serving three years under house arrest.)" -- For 43 years, the L-E hasn't missed an opportunity to stick a knife into Rusty Calley. The man was pardoned.. presidentially pardoned, for his role, as he was the ultimate scapegoat for a complete line of upper echelon commands.. Did he do wrong.. yes. Does he deserve the L-E life long persecution.. no.
---
L-E story: " KITTERY, Maine — The Navy said farewell Friday to the USS Miami, the nuclear-powered submarine whose service was cut short when a shipyard employee trying to get out of work set it on fire." -- Hmmm.. rumor has it, the shipyard employee got a new executive job at OObamaCRAP.
---
L-E story: " A judge Friday postponed a new trial hearing for the former Veterans Middle School teacher convicted last year of charges stemming from a months-long sexual affair with a teen-aged student." -- All I'm going to say at the moment is that there better not be one dime of public tax dollars being spent in her request, and that she be held responsible for all new costs associated with this ploy.
---
L-E headline: "Sebelius: Texas opposition hasn't helped sign-ups" -- No wonder OObamaCRAP is so "backAZward".. The government should be HELPING TEXAS, not vice versa.
---
Heard the latest Democratic Party campaign strategy for OObamaCRAP is that all Democratic candidates running for re-election will claim they were forced to vote for OObamaCRAP or be labeled racist by CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, al Jezeera, Hillary and Algore.
---
If the NCAA doesn't take a stand to bar participation by any school that unionizes its athletics BEFORE the pro-union-vote by Northwestern, than the NCAA can mark such a date as the beginning of the end of its existence. Sports agents will flock around schools with advanced football recruiting success like vultures on roadkill.
---
Another foreseeable doom if the NCAA doesn't stop "unionization: of athletes right now is that parents of gifted middle-school athletes will start being recruited by sports' agents, and parental concern for their athletically gifted children will disintegrate.
---
L-E headline: "GOV’T SAFETY AGENCY MISSED COBALT CLUES" -- Hmmm, imagine that.. Government Motors was monitoring Government Motors.. what did you think once Judas 00-Barnum, won re-election?
---
L-E headline: "Jimmy Carter: Pope promised women should have greater role" -- Cuzzin Jimmy...tsk, count the number of Catholic women priests and Cardinals before he was elected before you accuse the Pope of being a Democrat.

Have you noticed how harsh the military leadership is punished for its errors/misdeeds compared to how Judas 00-Barnum appointees/placements in the DOJ/IRS/Secret Service/DHS,HHS et al seem to be impervious to being held accountable /responsible?
---
Football union follow-up section:
1 - College football players unionizing... it's really not about college players getting paid.. it's about the influence on salaries of other unionized college personnel.. teachers. Once the players vote for unionization, there will be a drive to include coaches as well, and put them under the umbrella for group salary scales.
---
2 - Graduation will be a thing of the past for most college football players.. good ones will get extended year contracts that the NCAA will not be able to challenge without a plethora of 'age discrimination' law suits, and mediocre players will get fired in their 1st or 2nd years.
---
3 - Oooooow..since limiting football players to only 4 years as a college employee would be age discrimination, colleges could start going after NFL players in a draft rather than spending all that money in recruiting, and since most already have a degree, they wouldn't have to pay the school for tuition. This is getting good.
---
4 - Wanna bet whether those high priced joint repair surgeons would take college football OObamaCRAP insurance policies?
---
HuffPost headline/story: "Joe Biden: Undocumented Immigrants Are 'Already Americans * These people are just waiting, waiting for a chance to be able to contribute fully," he said. "And by that standard, 11 million undocumented aliens are already Americans, in my view." -- Huh? "waiting for a chance to be able to contribute fully"? In that case, they should be willing to wait at the border to come in legally What's scary is Biden's implication that illegals "are already Americans".. North Americans.. yes.. Central Americans.. yes, but there's a big difference in being a citizen or legally visiting the US.
---
HuffPost story: "The number of people who have chosen a health care plan through a state or federal exchange topped 6 million on Thursday, putting the administration ahead of revised projections with several days before the enrollment deadline." -- Heh heh heh... anyone still naive about the April Fool's Day headline about reaching 7,000,000 when a box of applications will be found in the Rose Law Firm outside Hillary's old office?
---
I think I've got the Judas 00-Barnum/Bleep Veep Biden strategy figured out... if the numbers.. the facts.. aren't what you want them to be... undocumented truths are justified.
---
HuffPost headline: "UN Approves Resolution Calling Russia's Crimea Annexation Illegal" -- Hmmm, I think I've figured out where the adage, "A day late and a dollar short" came from.
---
The UN stammering reminds me of the girl who stuttered telling her date that she wasn't 'that kind of girl'.. before she finished. she was.
---
HuffPost headline: "State Judge Orders Texas To Disclose Supplier Of Execution Drugs To Attorneys" -- You know.. why don't states just go back to using firing squads? That way, states could easily give the sentencee's lawyers a choice of caliber and brands available "over the counter" from Walmart.
---
HuffPost headline: "Scandals Plague Dems In This State's Capital" -- Hmmm... A- CA, B- IL, C- New York, D- New Jersey, E- PA, F- All of the above...
---
Hmmm, do insurance company employees get to keep their own companies' policies?
---
Online story: "The Obama administration on Thursday announced plans to place the lesser prairie chicken on a list of threatened species, * The move could affect agriculture, oil and gas drilling, wind farms and other activities in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and New Mexico and Kansas" -- Well, looks like Judas 00-Barnum has announced he's going to take his ball and go home until he gets his way.
---
Got a mailer from one of the candidates challenging John Wells in the MCSD Board race in District 2. It was filled with complaints about how bad the current school board is, but there was nothing said about way how he would make things better. Bart Steed is out of my consideration and focusing on Morales and Thomas. Change isn't the only need in District 2... good change is more important.
---
City Council.. District 7.. interesting choice of candidates.. Incumbent Mimi Woodson of Xavier McCaskey, PhD.. We all know of Mimi's issues but what about Dr. McCaskey's? The doctor runs a an institution, and describes himself on his website as "Dr.Xavier M.McCaskey PhD is a scholar a person vested in helping people conquer their demons and move from nonfunctional to functional. Dr.McCaskey obtained his education from Andersonville Theological Seminary, The American College of Clinical Sexologist Ph. D's, Masters in Counseling from Capella University." -- Hmmm, not about to make a recommendation here, but how about we retain McCaskey to sit in on both Council and School Board meetings and extricate the demons that run rampant during sessions?
---
FTR.. Pop Barnes in Council District 1, and Judy Thomas, Councilor "at-large have my undaunted support for re-election. Both are into their jobs with passion. Still weighing the 3 choices in MCSD School Board "at-large' race. Martin for Mayor, and Harris for MCSD District 8.
---
Seems Gabbie Gifford-Mark Kelly have a campaign to support the Democrat (SURPRISE-SURPRISE-SURPRISE!) for Arizona governor. They're using the #AZForward for contact. Personally, I think that #BackAZward is a better representation.
---
Online headline/story: "One of most expensive colleges in the US to offer a class on Miley Cyrus 8* Skidmore College in upstate New York, one of the most expensive colleges in the country, will be offering a summer class on the twerking singer to serve as a "lens" on race, gender, class, and media issues" -- Besides pointing out the obvious oymoron of putting "class" and Miley Cyrus" in the same sentence.. this is a "Parent Alert" about being aware of your children's interest in Skidmore.
---
Online headline: "Search for Missing Jet Is Moved Nearly 700 Miles, Based on Radar Analysis" -- Two weeks and we get this..
---
Current polls show only 17% of Americans think America is considered more powerful than before Judas 00-Barnum took office. The significant meaning is that Judas 00-Barnum has lost the nearly 60% of the normally unmoveable Democratic Party base.
---
With all the "deadlines" Judas 00-Barnum keeps moving for OObamaCRAP, do you suppose the folks that have signed up think they can move the "deadlines" for actually paying their premiums?
---
Online story: "SAN FRANCISCO — State Sen. Leland Yee, a prominent figure in California's Democratic legislative majority, was arrested in a federal corruption investigation Wednesday along with an ostentatious gangster known as "Shrimp Boy" — who insisted that he had gone straight — and two dozen of their alleged associates. * An affidavit filed in federal court in San Francisco by FBI Special Agent Emmanuel V. Pascua said there was probable cause to believe that Yee had conducted wire fraud and had engaged in a conspiracy to deal firearms without a license and illegally import firearms." "arrested"? ...for dealing in illegal gun commerce? Guess Pric Holder doesn't like another cartel moving in on his action.
---
I don't know why I didn't think of this earlier...maybe we can get Mayor Obamalinson to move into our neighborhood so we'd get those faster police responses to alarms and 911 calls.
---
The latest from www.barackobama.com: "Hal -- This should humiliate anyone who's ever been associated with the Koch brothers. * One of their anti-Obamacare groups is going to college campuses, giving away free booze to try to bribe young folks out of getting health insurance. * Let them spend their millions on sick crap like that." -- Good grief! The King of Kool-Aid is claiming that providing a legal product to age-appropriate young adults is bribery? Judas 00-Barnum's whole existence has been predicated on his giving away student loan forgiveness at 18, and curtailing prosecution of illegal marijuana for college students. This is just another smoke and mirrors excuse to explain why even college students don't want his OObamaCRAP any more than smart people who have become weaned off the Kool-Aid.
---
Online story: "We know is that the US Federal Reserve’s custody holdings on behalf of foreign central banks plunged by $106 BILLION in the week ending March 12, the biggest one-week drop on record. * Russia’s central bank is undoubtedly liquidating reserves at a breakneck pace to prevent a collapse of the rouble, as foreign companies scramble to get all their spare cash out of Russian accounts before the G7 guillotine comes down on the Putin clan next week. It is certainly trying to remove its assets beyond the jurisdiction of the US authorities – though that will not be easy. The SEC takes no prisoners. In the end, the world is more frightened of US regulators than it is of Putin's tanks or his polonium" -- Did you notice that Judas 00-Barnum was not even in the mix of top world fears?
---
The Democratic spinmeisters are all dropping ObamaCare for "the Affordable Care Act". It's rather obvious the Democrats running for re-election are of the mindset they can explain their vote/support for healthcare but not HELL-thScare.
---
L-E story: " The 23-year saga of the house at 3001 Cathryn Drive took a step toward resolution Thursday in Muscogee County Superior Court Judge Bill Rumer’s courtroom. * The saga started almost immediately after Dr. Kenneth Barngrover bought the property in 1991 and soon discovered problems with sewer and storm drain lines running beneath the house. He filed a lawsuit against the city in 1993 after the house became uninhabitable and prevailed. * “This is welcome news,” City Attorney Clifton Fay said after Thursday’s status hearing. “The city is finally getting some relief.” * Fay estimated that over the years, the city has spent more than $500,000 in legal fees and engineering costs associated with the case." -- This has almost been as bad as the Stocking Str(_*_)gler situation... only cheaper. In today's legal world.. the $500,000.00 over 23 years is useless legal fees is minor compared to what's been wasted keeping G(_*_)ry alive. How much better I'll City coffers will be as soon as both the house and G(_*_)y are "put down".

In retrospect.. shouldn't the City simply have sued the itself for letting a city official approve the sales transaction back in 1991 and torn it down? That sewer line affected every house's yard/building it went near long before it was up for sale to Barngroper.
---
Hmmm, looks like the director of "Noah" is not a fan of history.. if he needed something anacronistic, he would just write it into the script. Glad he didn't think a helicopter or AK-47 would make a scene better.
---
Thinking out loud.. the NIT would be better off if it ran its tournament as "the losers' bracket" of the NCAA tournament. After the first round the 32 losers play into a self feeding bracket from subsequent NCAA rounds. It sure would be better than having a separate tournament for 32 teams playing off to who can claim to be the #69 team in the nation.
---
L-E story: " WASHINGTON — The number of people seeking U.S. unemployment benefits fell 10,000 last week to a seasonally adjusted 311,000, the lowest since late November and a hopeful sign hiring could pick up" -- Just more Judas 00-Barnum "spin". He and Biden and Pelosi spent most of January and February telling us that with OObamaCRAP as the law of the land, people didn't have to have jobs to be able to get insurance anymore, so this is what has happened.

Online headline: "Mayor Resigns After Arrest On Bribery, Corruption Charges" -- Oooops, my bad. Wrong city. Thought for a minute that now we knew how the $244,000 bathroom, and $350,000 high speed rails "inquiry" got on the agenda.
---
Online story: "A Democrat vying to become Massachusetts' next governor spent a 90-minute debate in intense pain while passing a kidney stone, the Boston Globe reports." -- Hmmm, that's fair... freedom will have to suffer excruciating pain for at least 4 years no matter which liberal get elected.
---
Online story: "Last week, civil rights activist Rev. Jesse Jackson showed up at Hewlett-Packard’s (HPQ) annual shareholder meeting. His mission: to call out H-P, Twitter (TWTR), Google (GOOG), Facebook (FB), Apple (AAPL), and other leading technology companies on the lack of diversity among their leadership teams, among other things. * While I would never even think of suggesting that Jackson seeks to profit from his actions, or that companies he shakes down – I mean “protests” – in this manner usually end up buying him off with donations and contracts, somebody should provide some facts to go along with all his colorful accusation * What’s even more pathetic, not to mention disingenuous, is Jackson’s attempt to pass this off as a problem with the technology industry or any other industry, for that matter. There is a large disparity between the number of white versus black and Hispanic executives and board members, but discrimination is not the reason. * Truth is, those minorities make up a disproportionately small percentage of tech workers because they make up a disproportionately small percentage of high school graduates, college graduates, and those with advanced and tech-related degrees." -- Jesse Jackson continues to blame racism because that's the mantra he was trained to deliver. It's all he knows. He knows no other aspect of problem solving. Racism as Jesse Jackson preaches has about disappeared, and it has been replaced by a negative culturism against personal accountability and responsibility. No amount of government entitlement can build self esteem, accountability or personal responsibility.
---
L-E story: " NEW YORK — New York state has the most segregated public schools in the nation, with many black and Latino students attending schools with virtually no white classmates, according to a report released Wednesday. * ( Gary Or-field, co-director of the Civil Rights Project and an author of the report ) and his fellow researchers say segregation has the effect of concentrating black and Latino students in schools with high ratios of poor students compared with the statewide average. Black and Latino students who attend schools that are integrated by race and income level perform significantly better than their peers in segregated schools, the authors note." -- Proves my contention that Jesse Jackson et al are little more than anachronistic symbols of their pasts. The problem is a disintegrating culture, and solving this problem needs leadership and input from the community of successful black business leaders instead of the obsolete 60s core.
---
Online headline: "Thousands sign petition to return Alaska to Russia" -- Hmmm, sorta like a popularity straw poll between Putin and Judas 00-Barnum...
---
Online story: "An Oklahoma judge ruled on Wednesday that the state could not keep secret the identities of the suppliers of lethal-injection drugs, raising doubts about the executions of two prisoners next month and fueling a growing legal battle in several states over secrecy in methods of execution. * The state argued that a supplier-secrecy law, passed in 2011, was necessary because of a shortage of execution drugs and threats against companies that supply them. But lawyers for the two prisoners countered that without knowing the source of the drugs, courts could not determine whether the execution protocol satisfied the constitutional ban on cruel and unusual punishment" -- Good grief. One of the prisoners raped and murdered an 11 month old girl, and the other raped and murdered a 19 year old young woman, yet the state of Oklahoma is "on trial" to keep Oklahoma from possibly violating the 8th Amendment. Nothing the state of Oklahoma could do would top the 'cruel punishment' these two aberrations of man inflicted on their victims.
---
You know, if the (_*_) in Oklahoma had raped and murdered my 11 month old granddaughter, Oklahoma would have tried me for murder and a jury would have acquitted me, and the world would be a better place already
---
---
The National Labor Relations Board ruled the football players at Northwestern University can unionize to be treated as employees of the university. Guess walk-ons will get minimum wages, and franchise players will be able to have fulltime careers.
---
Tell you what, if athletes are employees of the schools they attend/work for, then they are in violation of the NCAA's anti-job clause.
---
Speaking of those athletic school employees, I want to see W-2s issued for all the scholarship moneys that they get paid with.
---
When you think about it, why would a NLRB member rule athletes at Northwestern could "unionize" as school employees? You'd think he would have granted that option to a SEC school that has a real football NFL feeder program.
---
Did you hear Judas 00-Barnum telling the Belgium audience that America welcomes criticism... HUH? Maybe before 2009, but since then, he's tried to rewrite our 1st Amendment to squash talk radio, Fox News, and conservative nonprofits.
---
Listening to Judas 00-Barnum address the audience in Brussels, you'd think he was campaigning in one of those extra 7 states he talked about in 2008, and either wanted to give them statehood or..was testing to waters to run for office in Europe in 2016 in it doesn't look good for him getting a 3rd term here
---
Eye opening quote: "“When two opposing sides of an argument are presented, one by an honest man and the other by a liar, the liar usually wins, simply because he is not inhibited by the truth.” -- This should be the headline disclaimer at the bottom of any column written/vouced by a mainstream media political analyst.
---
L-E story: "Academy Award winner Marlee Matlin was the keynote speaker during the Columbus State University Legacy Celebration Banquet on Wednesday night in the sold-out Cunningham Center." -- One of the awards was the one for "Outstanding Student with a Disability Award" It was given to Laura Chapman. I know Laura Chapman. She has a hearing loss problem, but regardless, has practiced hard and become a really fine tennis player. Have watched her since middle school as she spent a lot of time with one of my daughters in school, church and personal friendship activities. She's vacationed with our family. Being awarded recognition as an outstanding student with a disability is a put-down. Laura Chapman is an outstanding young student period. Such an award is just liberals trying to make victims out of people who don't recognize themselves as victims.
---
LIVs L-E "soundoff": "Why in the world does someone need a gun in a bar or church … let alone schools? It will endanger our citizens and our law enforcement officers." -- Good grief... liberals feel being able to "shoot from the lips" will work in a situation that requires someone who can take out a killer by being able to :shoot from the hip".
---
Another LIVs L-E"soundoff": " Statistics over the past 25-years have proven that liberals hold more advanced degrees and are much more highly educated by and large than conservatives." -- Hmmm sorta self incriminating if what's happened in the last 25 years is the best liberals can do.
---
L-E story: "CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Franklin Graham has an answer for those turned off by his litany of controversial condemnations of gays and lesbians, Islam and President Barack Obama: He claims he’s only saying what his father would say if Billy Graham, now 95, were a younger man. * In a Tuesday interview with The Charlotte Observer, the younger Graham cast himself in the tradition of his father, who he said took unpopular but moral stands in his prime against racial segregation and communism. * “You talk about controversy — my father stood with Martin Luther King in the early 1960s,” Graham said. * “My father never worried about polls. I don’t care about them, either. And with the issues we are facing today — if my father were a younger man, he would be addressing and speaking out in the exact same way I’m speaking out on them.” -- "my father never worried about polls"... Well Franklin Graham is surely in good company, as Our Father doesn't even bother to conduct polls!
---
L-E headline: "Poll finds Ukraine crisis hurting Obama at home" -- Hmmm.. mainstream media is actually reporting the truth.. but only partially.. The whole truth is the scandals that Judas 00-Barnum has created with the DOJ ('fast&furious, failure to prosecute illegal aliens, failure to prosecute drug users/dealers, Benghazi, IRS, voter fraud et al) combined with his OObamaCRAP have all been sloughed off by the mainstream media as racism. About time these libs started smelling the coffee.
---
L-E headline: "AFFORDABLE CARE ACT * Millions could get extra time for health sign-ups" -- Good grief.. Judas 00-Barnum's spinmeisters are working overtime to try and make 5,000,000 sign-ups look good out of 310,000,000 people.
---
L-E's feature: "Late laughs" - "PRESIDENT OBAMA now is meeting with the G-7 leaders. Can you name all of the G-7? I try but I always forget Bashful. - David Letterman" -- Whew! When Letterman joins the party, Judas 00-Barnum must realize his party is over!
---
L-E editorial comment: " It’s the most self-evident of intellectual truths: Reading is the foundational skill of all learning. No further education is possible without it. * And yet researchers say there’s an alarming cultural divide in a skill even more fundamental than reading: comprehension of the spoken word. The simple truth is that too many of our infants and toddlers aren’t being talked to enough. And the educational consequences are serious." -- "alarming cultural divide"? Hallelujah! Can you believe it? The L-E editorial actually addressed an education problem as a cultural one instead of a "white racist conspiracy". There is "hope" for a "change".
---
L-E story: " A record 16 motorcycle riders will be involved in the sixth annual “Scott’s Ride for Miracles,” which benefits the Children’s Miracle Network at Midtown Medical Center in Columbus. * From May 2-23, the men will ride through 48 states to raise money for Children’s Miracle Network hospitals. The Miracle Riders plan to visit patients at several hospitals along the way. They will also blog about their experiences and send daily videos of their travels." -- American BCers! You are hereby informed that a dedicated group of men are on a mission. Look out for them....support them...if they come in or close to your community.

Columbus Mayor Obamalinson says she makes sure police are responding fast in her neck-of-the-woods.. maybe that's why your's and my neighborhoods wonder if a police car will ever arrive. Remember this in the May election.
---
HuffPost headline: "Obama Concerned Over Further Russia Encroachment Into Ukraine" -- Well... makes sense... Crimea is already last weeks news.
---
Online story: "Three Secret Service agents on President Obama's detail were sent home from Holland after reportedly spending a night out drinking in Amsterdam ahead of the president's arrival Monday. * Secret Service spokesman Ed Donovan told Fox News that the agents had been sent home "for disciplinary reasons" and had been placed on administrative leave pending an investigation. * According to regulations recently adopted by the Secret Service, agents on official trips are prohibited from drinking alcohol 10 or fewer hours before being on duty. * They work shifts as long as 12-hours on some foreign trips." -- Let's see.. if they work 12 hours, and can't drink within 10 hours of their next shift, they have a 2 hour window to drink. Hmmm, wonder if Judas 00-Barnum holds himself to those rules?
---
Good grief...Great Britain has been a declining economic force for the last 100 years, and now we've dropped below them in the percent of workers in the work force, and it looks like Judas 00-Barnum is trying to make our military force smaller as well.
---
Looks like we're seeing Judas 00-Barnum's idea for a Constitutional rewrite. First, he wants the French tax code, the KGB interpretation of the 4th, the Korean version on Executive Power, Saddam Hussein's Department of Justice, the IRS's interpretation of the 5th, Hitler's version of the 2nd, and China's model for the 1st. And while he's at it, he's probably eying the 3rd for his Homeland Security Army, the 8th to cover OObamaCRAP, and just tossing the 9th & 10th. Oh, and he's probably asking former NYC Mayo Bloomberg to help get rid of the 22nd. Hurry November!
---
Because I was embarrassed that Cynthia McKinney represented our state to the nation and world, I supported Hank Johnson in GA's 4th Congressional race to unseat her in 2006; I'm not sure, now, that Hank Johnson helped us. Now there's a serous challenger to Johnson in this years Democratic Primary.. former Dekalb County Sheriff Tom Brown. Haven't a clue about Brown, but know he has to be a better choice for GA to escape anymore embarrassing comments from Johnson. You can donate at this website:
http://tombrownforcongress.com/
---
Good grief..Harry Reid is blaming Republicans for not stopping the Russian takeover of Crimea. Well, the Republicans haven't been able to stop Reid from taking over the Senate, so why is Reid blaming Republicans?
---
Online story: "As Belgium's capital and host to the EU and Nato, Brussels is used to deploying heavy security when big names pop by. But US President Barack Obama's visit on Tuesday will strain the city like never before with €10m ($10.4m, £8.4m) of Belgian money being spent to cover his 24 hours in the country * The president will arrive on Tuesday night with a 900-strong entourage, including 45 vehicles and three cargo planes" -- Hmmm... $10.4 Million a day... Let's see... times 365 days that be an annual rate of $3,796,000,000. Good grief.. now we know why our national debt is soaring... the entire US budget is less ($3.6 TRILLION) that what it costs to keep Judas 00-Barnum happy. Of note, Belgium's gross National l GDP is only $448 Billion!
---
Very little sanity prevailed at Council, but at least the $244,000 toilet under the Frank Martin Bridge did not get approved yesterday. Next, we have to remind some of the Councilors that the cost is not an 80/20% formula.. The GA DOT gets its money out of the same pockets that Council does.. OURS! Of course, if this was being proposed in 1994 at the end of Frank's term, I might have felt differently.. there was a lot of crap to flush out, and such a fine toilet might have be a cost saver for the City rather than him shredding all his documents at the Medical (now MIDTOWN) Center facility.
---
You know, I do not blame Councilors Huff and Barnes showing up late, and Councilors McDaniel, Allen, and Baker being "no-shows" because the most advertised subject on the agenda was a bunch of crap....
---
I wonder if Council has figured out how many daily "as needed" port-a-lets could be rented for $250,000.00 for events on the 14th Street walking bridge?
---
LIV's L-E "soundoff" : "Ideas for promoting white water rafting: “Come raft with us. We have clean water, unlike West Virginia and North Carolina; no arsenic and no other strange chemicals.”" -- Hmmm, has this guy ever eaten a fish from Lake West Point?
---
L-E headline: "U.S. SUPREME COURT * JUSTICES APPEAR DIVIDED ON CONTRACEPTIVE COVERAGE" -- Hmmm.... maybe a little Solomonic Wisdom could be the answer.. say, .. let all the judges who's parents were practicing government forced/paid birth control methods when they were conceived vote for it and those judges who's parents were wanting a baby vote against it. Bet it'd be a 9-0, 8-1 win for Hobby Lobby and America!
---
L-E's "Quotable": “A good example is far better than a good precept.” - Dwight L. Moody American clergyman (1837-1899)" -- Will someone post this in Mayor Obamalinson's office the next time she wants to discuss a high speed rails system being profitable?
---
You know... sometimes, "wishes do come true".. Take the MCSD 8th District race.. How many times have we wished a viable opponent get in the race with John Wells? Well, this years the charm.. in fact, 3 men have stepped forward.. put themselves on the ballot. Bart Steed, John Thomas and Victor Morales. While none of the three is likely (surprise me!) to win it on the May 20 election day, one will get into a runoff with Wells, and win.
---
One thing that school board candidates need to focus on is graduation rates. It will not be improved by concentrating efforts on what courses are offered. The emphasis needs to be on connecting with students and their parents as to the value and necessity of a good educational foundation. As it is, the school system buys into too many federal programs that emphasize that the school system itself assume parental roles.
---
L-E headline: "Ala. prepares for 50th anniversary of voting march" -- You know... such a remembrance would be beneficial if the organizers focused on the changes that event has brought about since 1964 rather than what brought on the event prior to 1964. Unfortunately, the organizers can create more revenue and interest spewing venom than praise.
---
L-E headline/story: "Home Depot charity helps fix or build 10,000 homes for veterans * The foundation, supported by contributions from the Atlanta company and its vendors, has handed out more than $65 million since 2011 to organizations that renovate or build houses for veterans across the country. * Jake Maguire, a spokesman for the nonprofit group Community Solutions, applauded the Home Depot Foundation’s commitment to working with experienced local groups" -- You know.. it bothers me when other non-profits applaud a big donor for its generosity, but there's no info offered as to how much of that generosity is channeled into the non-profit applauders' own pockets for running the non-profit.

Online headline: "Obama to reportedly call for end to NSA's bulk phone data collection" -- Hmmm... rumored NSA response: "We knew that yesterday when he talked to Harry Reid about it."
---
Let me ask...is there anyone so naive as to believe Judas 00-Barnum's spinmeisters won't be claiming on April Fools' Day that the 7,000,000th OObamaCRAP signee just made it under the Midnight deadline
Yeah, a whole box of registrations from former ACORN-turned-Navigators will show up at the Rose Law firm, and were just received/turned in by Hillary.
---
Boy, CBS really got down to a nuts & bolts expose of Putin... now we know that he's just a bully... Good grief..and Judas 00-Barnum has ordered all the paddles to be destroyed .
---
Online story: "A base spokeswoman says a sailor was shot and killed at Naval Station Norfolk in Virginia and security forces killed the male civilian suspect. * Terri Davis says the shooting happened around 11:20 p.m. Monday aboard the USS Mahan, a destroyer. Davis would not describe the circumstances of the shooting but said the scene is secure. * Davis says the two killed were both males but she didn't have any other information on them. She could not say if the civilian had permission to be aboard the ship or not." -- Sounds like the "don't ask, don't tell" policy has been re-instated.
---
So the G8 has kicked Russia out... hmmm, now it's the G7 against the G188 non-member countries. Bet Australia, Mexico, China, Venezuela, India, Egypt, and South Africa appreciate having Russia in their corner. Let's see.. the World Population is a little over 7 Billion now. The G7 has about 751,000,000 people... hmmm I think the G188 has us surrounded.
---
Online story: "A federal judge strongly rebuked Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County and one of his chief deputies on Monday, saying that they had defied and even mocked the judge’s order last year to stop singling out Latinos during routine patrols, traffic stops and workplace raids. * “Whether or not the sheriff likes it, there is a distinction in immigration law that was not understood by the population and, with all due respect to you, it is not understood by the sheriff, which is that it is not a criminal violation to be in this country without authorization,” said the judge, G. Murray Snow of United States District Court here" -- " it is not a criminal violation to be in this country without authorization"? Wait a dang minute! From what Constitution is Judge Snow reading?
---
Remember the teenager that was caught after accessing and climbing to the top of the World Tower a few days ago.. a new online story reveals that three of the men climbed to the top of the 1,776-foot tower at 1 World Trade Center at 3 a.m. on Sept. 30 and leapt off, while a fourth man kept watch below. It took more than four months for the police to track them down, prompting their admissions. They wouldn't have been noticed. much less caught if not for a security guard at another address noticing them on the ground folding up their parachutes. At least they didn't do it on 9-11. You know... if we want security inside our borders, we are going to have to push our government out of the way and do it ourselves!
---
Online quote source: " “Sometimes doing your best is not good enough. Sometimes you must do what is required.” - Winston Churchill " -- Hmmm, guess future generations will only see the rewritten version, "Sometimes doing your best is not good enough...but I'm going to do it anyway and claim it's racism if you disagree with me." - Judas 00-Barnum.
---
L-E headline/story: "Martin: Mayor to blame for police shortage; Tomlinson: He’s ‘ill-informed’ * “For example, in Midtown, the minute we know something is happening there, then ample resources are put there, and that is why you saw the three very quick arrests that cleared five burglaries recently,” Tomlinson said." -- Gee whiz.. Something happens in her neighborhood ,and Mayor Obamalinson gets the police right on it, but when something happens in mine or your neighborhoods, it takes 45 minutes to get a police car to respond, or not at all.. Guess it is "nice to be the queen"
---
L-E story: "City will bring RiverWalk restroom back before Council Tuesday" -- Hmmm, with all the other problems Council could talk about and solve, it chooses to talk about crap.
---
Online headline/story: "Press banned as first lady touts free speech * First lady Michelle Obama told students that freedom of speech should be a universal right during her extravagant, no-press-allowed tour of China" -- Just reproves that Judas 00-Barnum's White House IS a 3-ring circus!
---
WTVM9 story: "CHICAGO (AP) - An operator of a Chicago public-transit train that jumped the tracks and scaled an escalator at one of nation's busiest airports Monday may have dozed off, a union official said." -- Hmmm, thank goodness it wasn't at our Columbus, GA airport with the Obamalinson Express going 220 MPH...
---
Just wondering... those UNCF fundraisers/minority scholarships.... have they ever had black conservative leaders/success stories like Condoleezza Rice, Herman Cain, Bill Cosby, Benjamin Carson or Clarence Thomas or J.C. Watts as speakers/role models?
---
Online story: "Melowese Richardson admitted in 2013 to voting six times for Obama’s re-election while working as a poll worker in Hamilton County, Ohio. Initially convicted on state voter fraud charges and sentenced to five years in prison, Richardson served eight months before the George Soros-funded Ohio Justice and Policy Center helped lessen her sentence to probation. Richardson appeared last week at a rally with some Ohio Democrats and Al Sharpton, who publicly gave her a hug." -- Hmmm, the rest of the story: Richardson worked for and sat on the board of a Cincinnati-based environmental activist group called Communities United for Action, which received an EPA grant and attended a conference with former Obama administration Labor Secretary Hilda Solis.
---
WTVM9 story: "What's on the new Common Core-based exams? More than 4 million kids in U.S. schools soon will have a clue. * Field testing begins this coming week in 36 states and the District of Columbia on assessments developed by two different groups of states. * But there's no need for kids to worry. The scores won't count, this time. The actual exam-testing won't be used for another year." -- Hmmm.. so kids are being tested but the scores won't "count". Yeah, right... they'll count all right.. as the basis for next years tests' comparative scores. It won't be a test of what students know about what students need to know about , but whether your scores are better than last years Common Core tests.
---
You know...so called experts are in denial over the presence of hyper-inflation, while at the same time have no hesitation about referring to our healthcare industry being 1/6th of our economy. It wasn't that long ago that our healthcare industry was described as being 1/7th of our economy. Moving from 14% to 17% in only 4 or 5 years is highly inflationary!
---
I am really disgusted with Disney. Disney has cut off support of the Boys Scouts of America , promotes homosexual weeks at its amusement parks, and has some of the degenerative TV shows aimed at our teenagers on ABC and ABC Family, yet tries to advertise itself as "family friendly".
---
LIV's L-E "soundoff": " How can Australian companies afford to pay a $15 minimum hourly wage, but the U.S. can afford just $7.25? Must be those million-dollar salaries and bonuses." -- Ah... the rest of the story: "In June, Australia's unemployment rate for workers age 15 to 19 was 16.5%. * Last December, 63% of all jobs lost were jobs for young, unskilled Australians. * It's simple: when the price of something goes up, people buy less. So when the price of labor goes up, employers hire less. * But it is a victory for unions because union bosses know that raising the minimum wage reduces competition from unskilled labor. Union support for minimum wage laws is entirely self-serving. * The unseen consequences of minimum wage laws are the millions of poor, disadvantaged people who don't have job opportunities. In the United States, it hurts poor people and inner-city minorities. In Australia, it hurts young workers.
---
L-E story: "MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The star of the television show “Judge Joe Brown” has been arrested and charged with five counts of contempt of court in Tennessee, court officials in Memphis said Monday. * Shelby County Juvenile Court officials said the 66-year-old Brown was sentenced to five days in jail after causing an outburst Monday in a child support hearing. Brown is running in the Democratic primary for Shelby County district attorney general. * Brown’s nationally syndicated TV show was canceled last year." -- Please... please, Court official, please don't throw me in that there briar patch...
---
L-E story: " FORT STEWART, Ga. — A Fort Stewart soldier is scheduled to stand trial before a court-martial on charges he killed his pregnant wife more than 2 ½ years ago. * Opening statements in the military trial of Pvt. Isaac Aguigui were scheduled Monday. The soldier from Cashmere, Wash., is charged with murder and with causing the death of his unborn child." -- You know.. how can a person be charged with murder of his wife's unborn child, while a clinician can legally kill an unborn child at a Planned Parenthood Center?

Grasping at straws is not going to find that Malaysia airliner. Think about this.. if a wooden pallet was found intact floating in the ocean, it more likely is jetsam off a ship than flotsam from a plane that crashed into the water at a high enough rate of speed to break up the superstructure.

---
HuffPost headline: "Washington State Governor Calls Scene Of Deadly Mudslide 'Total Devastation' -- Well, well, well....now the governor can issue an emergency distribution of "legal" marijuana and no one will care whether FEMA comes or not.
---
HuffPost headline: "Turkey Shoots Down Syrian Plane" -- Oooops, my bad.. thought mainstream media was implying that Judas 00-Barnum had finally crossed that "red line".
---
HuffPost headline: "Jimmy Carter thinks the NSA is spying on him" -- Yeah, right Cuzzin Jimmy, in your dreams...sorry, but you have not regained relevance.
---
TV basketball announcers/analysts must be in shock now.. there's no one left in the Buffett Billion Dollar Challenge Bracket Competition. Don't you know the networks were sitting on ready to send teams out for interviews with the survivors of each round to spark interests in the post game shows?
---
Online headline/story: "529 Egyptians Sentenced to Death in Killing of a Police Officer * A criminal court here sentenced 529 people to death on Monday after a single session of their mass trial, convicting them of murder for the killing of a police officer in the city of Minya during riots after the ouster of former President Mohamed Morsi of the Muslim Brotherhood, state media reported." -- Glad this was in Egypt.. can you imagine what it would cost us taxpayers to house 529 death row prisoners, and pay their lawyers for the next 25 - 30 years waiting for their executions to begin?
---
A couple of days ago, one of my neighbor's home was the object of an attempted daytime break in. This followed a Homeowners' Association missive about other recent crimes in our neighborhood. In this latest "event", the alarm went off when the perpetrator(s) broke down the door and scared him/them off before anything was taken, but...and this is a serious "BUT", it took 45+/- minutes for a police car to arrive. If it happened to my home, I do believe I'd have had an attorney fire off a quick letter of discovery to my alarm system monitor to find out why no one stayed on top of getting the police to respond sooner, but the real problem falls directly of Mayor Obamalinson's shoulders. Questions need to be answered. Why does it take so long for police response to the heaviest taxed neighborhoods in Columbus? Why do we not have access to an up-to-date, online accessible crime/attempted crime map? Set up and maintenance of a website should be simple, and revenue from the LOST should cover expenses easily. Maybe it's time for the Crime Prevention Committee to focus on Crime ATTENTION.
---
Hospitals and doctors could really put 00bamaCRAP out of its misery if the followed a policy of not giving services unless the patient could pay for services (cash/check/plastic) or had a valid insurance policy. Links to the OObamaCRAP website could be in the waiting rooms.
---
Online story: "According to the Arizona Republic, Arizona's Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) now has a funding ratio of just 59 percent. That means it has only enough money to pay for just over half of its current and future liabilities. Yet, despite that, the Republic reported on August 1, 2013, that the PSPRS gave "five- and six-figure bonuses and additional pay ... to managers and investment staff even when the pension trust posted financial losses in 2008, 2009 and 2012 ...." * To make matters worse, a federal grand jury is now investigating the PSPRC to determine whether it may have inflated its real estate investment values in order to trigger those huge bonuses to top staffers. And the PSPRC appears to be in full cover-up mode. When the Republic requested a copy of the grand jury's subpoena of the PSPRC, the system's pension-trust managers refused to hand it over, despite a ruling by the assistant state attorney general that it is public document." -- Congress should enact a law protecting non-government citizens from being responsible for any government pension or healthcare shortfalls.... now!
---
L-E headline and story: "Ledger Inquirer: Former sign business’ backyard is an unsightly mess * We encountered a property this week that looks just fine from the front, but it’s quite unsightly when viewed from the rear. * Sort of like Kim Kardashian. " -- Yes! There is hope for our nation after all! When liberals regain their sense of humor and can write satirically about other liberals, then the Kool-Aid is wearing off!

LIV (Low Info Voter)'s L-E "soundoff": " I encourage my fellow conservatives to back off of the criticism of Obama filling out his NCAA bracket. There are more substantive issues we can discuss without whining about the 10 minutes it took him." -- "my fellow conservatives"? I don't think so... Anyway, filling out a NCAA bracket is not a 10 minute job for Judas 00-Barnum. No one "publishes" such a indicator of your sports knowledge/prowess without a lot of research, and that wastes huge amounts of time for our president who should be focusing on repairing the world's image of America's place in history.
---
Another LIV's L-E "soundoff": "The war on poverty may never be won totally, but each battle won is progress and that’s what counts." -- Good grief... even a bad general knows there comes a point when you have to cut your losses and retreat and regroup.
---
L-E headline: "Shaping a response to Russia will be a high-stakes test for Obama" -- "high-stakes test"? This made page 3 of the L-E. It was a "high-stakes test" weeks ago when Judas 00-Barnum drew his "red line" and Putin drove over the stick 00-Barnum was drawing with.
---
Martin Army Hospital.. the new one.. will be finished and open soon. It's taken nearly $400,000,000 to build. That's a lot of money. Still it's less than what we have invested in buildings/buses for our school system, and it's considerably less two years of budgets for our school system, and when people walk out of Martin Army Hospital, most of them will be ready to face the world in a productive sense. Can our school system say the same about most of our students who will walk out the doors of our high schools?
---
At one time, it was against the rules for the MCSD to do business with any of the board members. John Wells led the attack that got that rule overturned so his Bi-City Paint Company could bid on and do business for school jobs. Now we have a lawyer who is hell-bent on making changes on the legal needs of the MCSD board. I think it's time for the Board to revisit and re-instate that 'no compete' rule of board members before the election takes place in May.
---
L-E headline: "Marijuana industry finds new allies among conservatives * BY EVAN HALPER * Tribune Washington Bureau" -- Hmmm, funny, but none of the names or organizations listed would be on any conservatives donation lists. Guess you have to consider the source, and the writer's and L-E's agenda.
---
Hmmmm. there was a fund raiser for the United Negro College Fund... Was it "The Mayor's Masked Ball" or "Mayor Obamalinson's Masked Ball"?

HuffPost headline: "Bill Maher's Campaign To Find The Worst Member Of Congress Is Underway" -- Hmmm, Sorta appropriate... we can see HuffPost has already determined the worst commentator on TV.
---
HuffPost headline/story: "Gay GOP Candidate Boycotting Party Convention: The Platform Takes Us 'Backward * Last month, Massachusetts Republicans approved the new plan, which includes a more conservative stance on issues like gay marriage and abortion. Tisei told the Boston Globe this week that he is not going because he doesn't want to "be seen in any way to be endorsing that." * Openly gay GOP congressional candidate Richard Tisei (R-Mass.) is boycotting the state's Republican convention in protest of the party's platform." -- "Backward"? How appropriate... most of the aspects of this story are "backwards", including running as a Republican because if he is electable, he'd run as a Democr(_*_)t in M(_*_)ss(_*_)chusetts.
---
HuffPost headline/story: "Whitey Bulger's Defense Bills Cost Taxpayers More Than $3 Million * Documents submitted Friday show Bulger's defense lawyers have charged the government a little more than $2.7 million for their work. When the costs of experts, paralegal services and transcripts are added in, the total reaches slightly over $3 million. * The 84-year-old Bulger spent 16 years on the run before being convicted in August of playing a role in 11 murders while he led a violent gang. He's serving a life sentence in federal prison. He's appealing, so the legal costs are expected to go even higher." -- Hmmm, sounds like the legal team was a bigger crime ring than Bulger's.
---
The minimum wage and the work ethic should be compared to golf. The more you put into the game, the more the game gives back, and even when you get to a new level of proficiency, you must renew your efforts to get more out of it.
---
You know, Mayor Obamalinson's plaintiff plea for the high speed rail system will be profitable rings spuriously weak. If there is enough need for one to Columbus, then it'll have to be full each trip which means a stop in Newnan would pretty much be useless an time consuming. If the train has more riders getting on/off I'm Newman, then the Columbus leg will be an economic drag.
---
Another disconnect in Mayor Obamalinson's high speed rails venture is the 20 year span. Who knows what personal vehicle technology will be in 20 years. We may have those long awaited flying cars, or Star Wars hover scooters by then, or who knows, Google may have those driverless cars perfected that can drive us safely at 100+ MPH, drop us off at the airport, then drive back home by itself. Needless to say, planning a land based transit system that will take 20 years just to complete is pretty much folly.

Latest from : "Hal - More than five million Americans have already signed up for insurance through Obamacare's health exchanges. Millions of women have access to cancer screenings and other preventive care without having to pay more. And up to 129 million Americans are like me -- people with pre-existing conditions who know the value of the security and relief that come with access to affordable health care. * Thanks * Debbie Wasserman Schultz - Chair - Democratic National Committee" -- Hmmm... like she's ditched her Congressional plane and signed up for OObamaCRAP....
---
You know, having insurance companies on board in making 00bamaCRAP law of the land was no different than Judas 00-Barnum recruiting GE's Jeffrey Immelt as his business advisor. Now we have high priced, never-gonna-live-up-to-expectation high energy bulbs, while low cost incandescent bulbs have history and banned in the future.
---
Be on the alert for Republicans kowtowing to any new federal minimum wage increase bills. If someone running as a Republican says he/she is on board with that, then we do not need for them to win. We lick our wounds for two more years, and support the Republicans that are interested in our nation's growth & future. A simple answer for mainstream media onslaughts would be to ask back, "Well, do you want 3 people to be working at $10.00 an hour, or have 4 people working at $8.00?"
---
Before Council is an ordinance to eliminate 10th and 12th Streets as 1-way streets. It now looks like 11th Street has been taken out of the sequence by political pressure, making changing the other two streets somewhat, at least arguably, "stupid/unneeded". Since 11th Street will now give vehicles on 10th and 12th Streets parallel return outlets, and since there are no businesses on 10th and 12th Streets that would technically benefit from 2-way traffic, then what's the City's concern with changing the routings?
---
The Atlanta Falcons' "sweetheart deal" is actually a better one for Atlanta and the State of Georgia.. they will get annual returns on investment through the sales taxes patron pay to attend events there. On the other hand, the City's and State's "sweetheart deal" in the Whitewater Project are so fortunate.. no sales taxes are collected from rafters using the concessionaire's services.

Mercer beat Duke in round 1. Buffet's Billion is safe.

Do you think the TV networks really want to carry 1st and 2nd round lunch time & early afternoon NCAA tournament games? Surely, ad sales cannot be justified for the TV viewers at these times.
---
Online headline: "Starbucks CEO To Donate $30 Million To Support PTSD Research For Veterans" -- Standing "O" for him.. but what about the rest of us... shouldn't he donate as much researching the adverse effect of the caffeine jolt of a second cup of his coffee on college students PTSD (Post Test Sleep Deprivation)?
---
Online story: "Michigan's 10-year-old ban on gay marriage is unconstitutional, a federal judge ruled Friday in Detroit. * U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman's ruling says the ban violates the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution." -- What this country needs is a moratorium on judges in various parts of the country making contradictory rulings involving the 9th, 10th, and 14th Amendments All cases involving same sex marriages should be put on hold in lower courts until the U.S. Supreme Court makes a unifying decision, based on the intent of the Founding Fathers, on which Amendment(s) apply or take precedence.

Online story: "A town hall in southeast Wisconsin turned testy for Republican Rep. Paul Ryan * The more heated exchange occurred when Alfonso Gardner, a black man from Mount Pleasant, read aloud remarks Ryan made last week on the "culture problem" among inner-city men. * Quote: ""We have got this tailspin of culture, in our inner cities in particular, of men not working and just generations of men not even thinking about working or learning the value and the culture of work," Ryan said in an interview with conservative radio host Bill Bennett. "There is a real culture problem here that has to be dealt with." * The statements were immediately interpreted as racist by Rep. Barbara Lee (D-Calif.)" -- There goes the "race card".. conversation over..... the disintegration of the family in inner city environments long ago eclipsed any claim of racism.. It is a blight that transcends, encompasses , and has infiltrated all races. It is indeed cultural, but anachronistic politicians/black leaders like Representatives Barbara Lee, Sheila Jackson Lee, and Charlie Rangel..plus self-appointed and outspoken 'clergy' such as Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and Jeremiah Wright have stirred the dying ashes of racism back into flames at every opportunity, and when level headed, accomplished black industrialists/professionals such as Herman Cain, Bill Cosby, Condoleezza Rice or Benjamin Carson step up in leadership roles, liberal media beats them down as "aberrations" of "the place" blacks must remain so racism, hate and animosity keep their status quo of bygone eras.
---
Online story: " U.S. Rep. Charlie Rangel, D-N.Y., on Tuesday called Tea Party members "mean, racist people" because they belong to red states, which were once part of the Confederacy. " -- Only a racist himself would label another group racist.
---
Online headline: "Analysts say Putin tapping Russian resentment of US" -- Well, it's certainly working.. from Judas 00-Barnum's US poll numbers, it's apparent that 62% of us are embarrassed by Judas 00-Barnum's responses as well... or should I say, "lack of responses". We can only assume the Russians are even more emboldened than they otherwise would be.
---
Online headline/story: "SMUGGLING SMOKES Study: As taxes on cigarettes go up, so does smuggling, * More than half of the cigarettes for sale in New York are smuggled into the state illegally – the highest percentage in the country, according to a recent report from the Tax Foundation. * According to the report, 56.9 percent of the cigarettes sold in the Empire State are brought in from other states. New York state has the highest cigarette taxes in the country – a whopping $4.35 a pack. If you live in New York City, it’s another $1.50 per pack, bringing taxes to $5.85 per pack, with the overall cost of a pack in the city in the $12 to $15 range.." -- The "ics" are winning...NOT! Hey, LIBS... we "know" you always can point to your "good intentions" even though we KNOW those "good intentions" will fail, be cause we KNOW your "good intentions" are based on the "ic" factor: Icon-IC, iron-IC, and moron-IC... In this particular situation, there's a double dose of the "IC" factor... most of the cigarettes being smuggled in are for consumption by the liberals and entitlement population.
---
Looks like new NYC Mayor de Blasio has taken lessons from Judas 00-Barnum.. First, he's attacked the iconic horse & buggy trade that has immortalized the sensation that "NY is for Lovers", and now he's about to destroy Central (and other iconic ones) Park's by confiscating other people's donations in order to redistribute the funds to other parks. 75% of Central Park's funding comes from private donations.Mayor de Blasio doesn't feel that's "fair", so he wants to take funds from Central Park and use them in public housing neighborhood parks. It's another one of those "ic" factor liberal "good intention"... BUT how long will the "donors" who want their donations to go to Central Park preservation keep donating when they find their "donations" are being confiscated. So goes Central Park. so goes the NYC tourism industry, and it looks like Central Park is going to become a weed patch.
---
Online quote source: " “Sometimes the most ordinary things could be made extraordinary, simply by doing them with the right people.” - Elizabeth Green" -- What a revelation! I don't know who "Elizabeth Green" actually is, but she must be the liberals' "Goddess of IC" This has to be the guiding "lite" of liberals and other atheists alike. Can you not see this "quote" being the inspiration of OObamaCRAP, Hillary, Alan Colmes, Ellen, Chris Matthews, Algore, the Kennedy family et al? They just haven't found the exact person to make liberalism work as they know it will when they find that person. That had to be the reason libs flocked to Judas 00-Barnum... and we know how that hasn't worked for them.
---
Liberals...ARRGGGHHHH!!!!! When questioned about what fixes the Democrats were offering instead of making more delays, uber-lib Alan Colmes said, those ( the delays) ARE the fixes! Good grief... why does Fox give liberals, Alan Colmes specifically , air time?
---
According to Judas 00-Barnum supporter, Fox contributor Blob Beckel says Wellpoint says it's happy with OObamaCRAP. Wellpoint, according to Beckel says it has more policies out and less expenses. I reckon so..the lower premiums combined with higher deductibles means customers are finding out how costly OObamaCRAP is, and are avoiding trips to the doctor and hospital for tests.
---
How many healthcare ads have you seen featuring the GEICO gecko? Don't you imagine Warren Buffett wants nothing to do with it?
---
Affordable Care Act... Nancy Pelosi's voice track seems to be stuck on this phrase. I guess it might be interesting if she'll publish her definition of what she thinks "affordable" is?
---
Latest from the DNC: "Hal - Think about what will happen if we do not succeed in 2014. We're going to the polls in November to elect the last Congress that will ever work with President Barack Obama. * There are no second chances with this one. We have to do this right, and we have to do it now." -- Well, I certainly am thinking about "it", and am inspired to help conservatives to get elected in their place.
---
Online story: "ATLANTA (AP) Voters will decide whether to freeze Georgia's top marginal income tax rate at the current level of 6 percent. * State lawmakers gave final approval Thursday to a proposed constitutional amendment that would effectively freeze the state's current top marginal income tax rate. " -- What we need to do is go to the polls and send whoever sponsored this bill "packing"! We need leaders to not only cap state expenses, but find ways to CUT income tax rates.. "cuts" are what put more money in workers pockets to use to kick-start the economy.
---
Online headline/story: "llinois to Follow California's Lead With 'Millionaire Tax' Referendum * Michael Madigan, a Democratic Party boss whom most regard as the true ruler of the state--surpassing Democrat Gov. Pat Quinn--would need to convince three-fifths of both houses to pass the tax hike as a constitutional amendment before it could be put to the voters. * Democrats hold supermajorities in both the House and Senate in Illinois, thanks partly to the fact that Madigan redrew the districts after the 2010 Census * Madigan is unfazed by research that proves that taxes on millionaires encourage them to leave the state, as has been the case in New Jersey. * Well, if they’re in Illinois today, they’re probably so much in love with Illinois that they’re not going to leave," he said, according to the Tribune--a backhanded acknowledgement of how poorly the state is already doing. " -- This, my friend, is what Judas 00-Barnum was weaned on, and has never been weaned off.
---
SOAPBOX MOMENT: L-E headline: "City takes first step toward Atlanta rail * Study shows high-speed rail could open in 20 years, be immediately profitable" -- Have I been asleep for two weeks, and the L-E is running its "April 1st headline joke? What we have here is Mayor Obamalinson giving $350,000.00 to a group of her friends to conduct a survey that has no immediate, if any at all, impact/consequences who have taken the money in exchange for a pie-in-the-sky, non-refutable confirmational report that suits the Mayor Obamalinson's intended desires. "Immediate profit"? There's not a government department that operates on a "profit basis" and few that may actually improve their operations from year-to-year so that the budget can be less of a burden on actual taxpayers. This basically amounts to L-E election bias. The headline is ludicrous, but if the L-E is merely citing Mayor Obamalinson's words, then the first question the L-E should have asked (and expounded on) is her proof of how such an expenditure will be immediately profitable, and why Warren Buffet is not on this opportunity right now!
---
I am really curious as to how a train capable of running at 220 MPH would acquire that speed if it was an "express", but there's a planned stop on the way. Jets from Columbus, capable of flying at 35,000 feet, don't have time but to get to 10,000 feet before landing in Atlanta on a direct route. The high speed train is going to stop and reload at Newnan.
---
Low info voter's L-E "soundoff": " The Sound Offer who said Putin should get the Nobel Peace Prize earned the record for the most absurd contribution ever." -- Well, if the Nobel Committee actually awards it to Putin, this LIV (Low Info Voter.. new BC acronym) might have a point, but even this, the jury would probably get "hung" trying to decide whether this of Judas 00-Barnum's award was the most absurd.
---
Another L-E "soundoff": " When I joined the military it was illegal to be homosexual, then it became optional, and now it’s legal. I’m getting out before the Democrats make it mandatory." -- This is the funniest one (that I didn't send in) that has ever been printed by the L-E.
---
Punxsutawney Phil was right! We have Spring right on schedule. Hmmm, wonder if those below the equator are equally impressed as Fall begins?
---
L-E headline: "Turkish attempt to ban Twitter appears to backfire" -- Hmmm, sorta proves the adage that you cannot stop a big twit from being a big twit.
---
What else can the libs and unions complain about at Walmart? Now they are complaining about a tremendous ad featuring a special needs worker. Walmart already is one of our nation's, the world even, employers, and has a relatively new cash register feature that denotes other competitors' prices, and if the competitors' price is lower, Walmart is giving their customers "store credit" for the diferences. I shop there, and while I doubt I'll ever be in one of the internet famous "walmart shoppers" montages, I will continue to shop there because it makes other retailers more competitive, and that, my friends, is one of those things that makes America GREAT!

I'm writing this item about 10:30 AM yesterday, and Fox is following the recently found satellite pics of something floating in the South Indian Ocean. Nothing has been confirmed, but like other news services, Fox is following suit by rushing to air to report rumor. I expect more from Fox.

CNN commentary headline: "Get real, lower drinking age to 19" -- Hmmm, yeah... Lindsay Lohan and Justin Bieber have been such wonderful role models and examples of 19 year olds. That, and intentional disable the frontal lobe of the brain..
---
5th and 6th rank seeds, Ohio State, Cincinnati, and Oklahoma, bit the dust last night. If there is anyone left in the running for Buffett's Billion Dollar challenge, that person needs to be investigated for tampering or bribery.
---
Another CNN headline: "Search shows need for trust in Asia" -- Good grief... the only thing Asian leaders 'trust" is honor and power, therefore. America will get none of such as long as Judas 00-Barnum reigns.
---
The Malaysia Airliner situation should bring talks about an immediate remedy for locating aircraft in the future. Instead of "black box" data and voice recorders, technology today already allows that to be tranmitted to satellites which would make that info available while the plane was in flight.
---
HuffPost "headlie": "Candidate Who Blames Gay Rights For Tornadoes Nabs Big GOP Win" -- Good grief.. she won the GOP primary in Illinois to run in a Congressional race in Chicago.. she'll be lucky if her name even gets put on the ballot in most Democratic Party run precincts.
---
HuffPost headline: "Obama: 'Ukrainians Shouldn't Have To Choose Between The West And Russia'" -- Well, certainly Judas 00-Barnum doesn't feel he is a choice..
---
Fortune Magazine just published its "Top 50" leaders of the world.. Pope Francis was number 1... in a surprise, German Angela Merkel was named 2nd.. there's a lot to be questioned about her selection, but one that didn't raise an eyebrow (outside mainstream media and the Nobel Committee) is that Judas 00-Barnum did not make the list at all!
---
Looking at the Fortune list.. liberals will be more shocked, more disappointed that Hillary Clinton did not make the list either, though her hubby was #5. Bleep Veep Biden.. he don't say nuttin' and laffed his way to the Briar Patch.
---
Hmmm, I guess Fortune Magazine just didn't have any "rspect" for Judas 00-Barnum. or Hillary.
---
Earlier, Judas 00-Barnum named 20 Russians that get "sanctioned"; yesterday, Putin retaliated by naming 9 Americans in response. That's all Putin had to name.. he already knew Judas 00-Barnum and his staff wouldn't try to cross the "red line" he drew at the Russian border.
---
Online story: "Last Thursday, 6th grader Adrionna Harris was recommended for expulsion and faced a 10 day suspension after she took a razor away from a student who was cutting himself * Harris threw the razor blade in the trash and then convinced the student that his behavior was wrong. * Harris' suspension came because of the school's "zero tolerance" policy on weapons." -- Don't think that couldn't happen right here in River City... today!
---
Judas 00-Barnum denies being in a chess match with Putin.. You know, he's right...it's more like 00-Barnum is using checkers instead.
---
With truth in advertising, is it fair for celebrities to sell something they aren't buying for themselves..shouldn't there be a disclaimer "Not an ObamaCare insured, but play one on TV"?
---
Judas 00-Barnum...OObamaCRAP...you know, if I didn't think my current monicker was such a good fit for him, I might change it to ObaMADOFF for the pyramid scheme OObamaCRAP is.

You know, I think I'd feel safer giving my personal information to a Nigerian banker via e-mail that to Judas 00-Barnum via www.healthcare.org.

Remember when Democrats raked Bush43 over the coals for taking on Iraq without conferring with the UN first? Where are these Democrats when Judas00-Barnum began posturing about the Ukraine without talking to the UN.

Online headline: "Report: California is top crime target in US" -- And that's just looking at Pelosi, Boxer, and Feinstein's voting records.

Online story: "A jarring report out of North Korea claims that Kim Jong Un's former girlfriend was executed by a firing squad last week." -- Hmmm, she must have reported another Kim Jong Un "missile launch failure".

Online headline: "Teen Sneaks Past Security, Climbs Atop 1 World Trade Center" -- Now, don't you feel PO'd about all the time it's taken for TSA to embarrass you before letting you board a plane?

A fellow BCer and former college athlete brought to question what the "stipend check" was that the 4 UGA football players were double cashing? When he and I were at college, the athletes got a $15.00 monthly check to cover laundry needs. That was all that was allowed by the NCAA. In the 70s, that was stopped because of abuse, so what were those checks for?
---
Remember when "fast & furious" was a desciption of "Montezuma's Revenge" rather than a subversive DOJ gun running program to arm Mexican drug cartels?

L-E story: " In all, about 150 people participated in the Third Annual Diversity Conference titled The Dream Lives: A Wake-up Call Perpetuating the Dream in a Climate of Haves and Have Nots. * The daylong event was organized by Columbus State University and the Mayor’s Commission on Unity, Diversity and Prosperity. Presenters included Mayor Teresa Tomlinson, Muscogee County School District Superintendent David Lewis and Rothschild Middle School principal Michael Forte. Francys Johnson, state president of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, gave the keynote address. * Topics included classism vs. racism: smearing the lines that divide; classism and poverty in America’s schools; and arrest and adjudication of the poor. After each presentation, participants discussed practical solutions to the community’s problems." -- Hmmm, the top topics were racism and classism... hmmm... you know, there is no "diversity solution" as long as racism and classism are even topics at all....much less the top topics.
---
From above L-E story: "Francys Johnson, state president of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, gave the keynote address * He said people ask him why the NAACP doesn’t focus on social services like tutoring. * “I say, ‘We have a tutoring program, it’s called the Muscogee County Board of Education, and the citizens in this community pay $7,500 on average per pupil to educate the students in this county,” -- "47,500 on average per pupil"? Correction: With a $270,000,000 base budget (not counting millions that will come in later that are not counted in the budget), and 32,000 students, the MCSD budget comes out to $8.400+ per student.
