Justina Pelletier ..if her name and family's plight are not known to you.. Google..... A teenager with major medical problems from Connecticut was sent to Boston Children's Hospital. Seems her gastrointestinal doctor moved from Tufts Hospital to Boston Children's . Another doctor at Boston Children's decided the existing condition she was being treated for was wrong. The doctor then blocked her parents from having access to their daughter, and the state has basically removed the parents status. Welcome to the model for OObamaCRAP..and death panels.

Lack of clarity in this published statement by a CSU representative will probably be used by the gunman's family in a "wrongful death" settlement. The taxpayer paid "spokesman" should have said the gunman "raised his gun" if that's what happened, otherwise the statement could be used to imply the gunman may have been raising his arm to surrender.

Now, in the post 2000 Census redrawing of District lines, Democrats actually drew up 3 super-minority-majority districts which the courts threw out because they were basically "reservations" (and we know how 'reservations' have worked so well for native Americans). This "opinion" writer can hem & haw about how the current districting favors Republicans, BUT.. his complaints are unfounded when it gets down to his complaints that such districting has affected the Senate results. The Senate races are statewide.. not by any districting.
