Online headline: "State Department Accuses Putin Of Lying On Ukraine" --
Hmmm, Good grief... Our State Department has a better argument about Judas
00-Barnum being a pathological liar.....

Online headline/story: "Putin Nominated For The Nobel Peace Prize *
President Vladimir Putin has been nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize, according
to director of the Norwegian Nobel Institute Geir Lundestad. * the nomination
had likely been submitted back in October, when Putin had just acted as a main
figure in the deal to disarm Syria of its chemical weapons." -- Makes more sense
than Obama winning one in 2009. Putin is actually cited for doing something
peacefully in 2013. Obama won on the basis of "reaching out to the Muslim
world".. hmmm, how's that working out for "the World"?

Online story: Alabama State Representative Alvin Holmes (D - Montgomery),
while in session, "“Ninety-nine percent of all of the white people in here are
going to raise their hand that they are against abortion,” said Holmes, who is
black. “On the other hand, 99 percent of the whites who are sitting in here now,
if their daughter got pregnant by a black man, they are going to make their
daughter have an abortion. * "You know, the truth sometimes hurts," Holmes
continued. "All this stuff about abortion and this and that -- that’s just a con
game. That’s for whites, it ain’t for blacks." -- Hmmm, "the truth sometimes
hurts"? The hurtful TRUTH is that Representative Holmes, Democrat, is a bigoted,
obstructionist black racist.

HuffPost headline: "Harsh Winter Puts Drag On Economy, Fed Says" -- Here
they come... liberal excuses, that is. Sure harsh weather is a factor in life,
but, like every other life situation, when one door closes, another door opens.
Harsh weather has been a boon for the snow removal contractors, the snow removal
equipment makers, the online retailers, and the cable/internet movie channels.
It's amazing at the difference an opportunity is looked at by liberals concerned
about entitlement programs, and non-liberals who work hard.

Follow up story from yesterday: "The Senate on Wednesday blocked the
confirmation of Debo Adegbile, the former head of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund,
to lead the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division. * As legal counsel for
the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, Adegbile helped Abu-Jamal get his death sentence
for killing a police officer overturned. * Seven Democrats sided with all the
Republicans in voting against the procedural motion to advance Adegbile’s
nomination." -- Now this is what bi-partisan action in the DSenate is all about!
It also highlights the Democrats' fear of the November elections.
---
Online story: "Massachusetts' highest court ruled Wednesday that a man who
took cellphone photos up the skirts of women riding the Boston subway did not
violate state law because the women were not nude or partially nude. * The
Supreme Judicial Court overruled a lower court that had upheld charges against
Michael Robertson, who was arrested in August 2010 by transit police who set up
a sting after getting reports that he was using his cellphone to take photos and
video up female riders' skirts and dresses" -- You know.. when you really stop
and think about this.. that it is Massachusetts, Massachusetts voters and courts
have a history of always forgiven the Kennedys, and John Kerry whenever they
were being jerks.

Being an alligator recently has not been lucky.. online pics have shown two
such beasts being killed and eaten by a snake and a river otter, not exactly
creatures we associate with being beastly raptors. Hmm, maybe this is an omen
for the Florida Gators in the NCAA tournament.

L-E headline/story: "Superintendent Lewis clarifies proposed high school
scheduling change * After his 77-minute PowerPoint presentation, Lewis answered
questions from the audience for another 40 minutes" -- Good grief, after a hour
and 17 minutes of Power Point, I guarantee no one was clear on anything but
wanting to get out of there!
---
From same story: In a question and answer session, these were
Superintendent Lewis's answers:
1 - I've been here about seven months, so I don't have all the answers yet.
I'm going to analyze the data
2 - We have a program that I can't speak about before I share with the
board
3 - Yes, there will be a way to assess that. That will be something that
will be shown on the report."
4 - I can't be definitive on that until we get the actual allocations
5 - Just so you know, we're looking at impacting the district (office)
too.
The questions didn't matter, you could interchange any of these answers for
any of the questions asked, or you would like to have heard being asked. After a
hour and 17 minutes of Power Point, there shouldn't have been any questions
other than: May I be excused? Did I miss something? Where's the bathroom? Your
point?

Follow up on yesterday's Green Island Drive round-a-bout: I got an e-mail
from a very-behind-the-scenes lawyer for the Democrats trying to 'splain what
the round-a-bout will be. After several ambiguously written e-missives, either
he has no clue of what's planned or what's planned with taken in a football
sized area that routes all Bradlley Park, River Road, Cascade Road, and Green
Island Drive through the same intersection, and the traffic light at River Road
will be removed. Oh, yeah, logging trucks will have a separate lane with a stop
sign so potential T-bone accidents will be a thing of the past. Hey, Ms
Unidentified candidate, if you're gonna recruit a mouthpiece, at least make sure
he has all the info correct about what he's talking about. Additionally, I think
the Mayor needs to immediately publish a concept drawing so affected voters can
visualize what he was talking about, as he says there are two similar plans, but
no definite plans.

Online story: "WASHINGTON (AP) -- Essay optional. No penalties for wrong
answers. The SAT college entrance exam is undergoing sweeping revisions. *
Changes in the annual test that millions of students take will also do away with
some vocabulary words such as "prevaricator" and "sagacious" in favor of words
more commonly used in school and on the job. * College Board officials said
Wednesday the update - the first since 2005 - is needed to make the exam better
representative of what students study in high school and the skills they need to
succeed in college and afterward." -- Good grief... The SATs were designed to
see what students know, not just what the schools decided to teach. Now we have
another dumbing down. The penalty for wrong answers was to make takers to
determine whether it was to their benefit to take a guess or not; now it will
mean it's better to take a guess even if it's a wild one. In addition, dumbing
down the vocabulary, especially the two used in this example, seem a little bit
encouraged by the current administration - the former describes what he is, and
the latter, what he is not. The essay portion was not a good idea to begin with
as it was not objective.

You know, with just the waffling by Judas 00-Barnum concerning Gitmo , who
in the stable of world leaders believes 00-Barnum knows how to make a
stand?
---
Why is our media wringing it's hands over the importance of a meeting
between Judas 00-Barnum's hand-picked representative and one of Putin's men?
Good grief.. Nothing will happen.
---
NASA says there's a only 1-in 10,000,000 chance that the 100 ft wide meteor
that's coming between Earth and the moon will hit Earth. Hmmm, that's a lot
better chance than someone hitting the lottery but it happens.
---
Lois Lerner..the IRS flunky who initially pleaded the 5th Amendment rather
than testify to Congress, is back in front if Congress doing the same.
Technically, she forfeited that right the first time when she proclaimed her
innocence following her plea. She did it again yesterday.. took the 5th, that
is. Hmmm, when you look at her claims, she doesn't have that right if she's as
innocent as she claims, because she would not be saying anything that would
incriminate herself, and unless she's married to someone, she cannot refuse to
testify on the basis it would incriminate someone else.

Now that the budget and budget cuts have been addressed by Judas 00-Barnum,
let's first ask why Social Security and Medicare are grouped in with SSI and
Medicaid. With those screened out, now let's look at why cuts to entitlement
programs haven't been on an equal (or higher) level with military cuts.

Question of the day for MCSD board members running for re-election: How
much in tax dollars have wasted on school buses when parents should be
responsible for getting their children to & from school?
---
Looks like baseball needs to move its season up or cancel it entirely.
Judas 00-Barnum is probably scheduled to throw out the First Pitch. Problem is
that the game Putin had started has shown Judas 00-Barnum to be, at best, a
"comic relief pitcher".
---
L-E story: "Russian President Vladimir Putin is a tough but thin-skinned
leader who is squandering his country’s potential, former U.S. Secretary of
State Hillary Clinton said Wednesday, a day after she likened his actions on the
Crimean peninsula of Ukraine to those of Adolf Hitler in the 1930s." -- Well, an
Eva Braun clone would certainly know about Hitler.
---
Low Bible info voter's L-E "soundoff": " If we Christians did a lot more of
what the Christ we’re supposed to be following specifically told us to do, then
there would be a lot less of what we’re always griping about." -- There will
always be liberals and immoral people ignorant of Christian methods and manners,
so being a Christian in act and deed will always be challenged by those who
haven't found Christ yet.. such as the Soundoff" submitter.
---
L-E story: "Warding off the specter of election-year health insurance
cancellations, the Obama administration Wednesday announced a two-year extension
for individual policies that don’t meet requirements of the new health care
law." -- Good grief.. is Judas 00-Barnum completely lack of shame in addition to
his lack of leadership and business acumen? Insurance companies not only were
canceling people's policies last November & December because they didn't
meet the new criteria, but they also were scrapping those plans, and are not
wanting to revive them after learning they could offer worse policies based on
higher premiums and with less responsibility as the new policies have bigger
deductibles.
---
L-E editorial saber rattling: "Less than six months ago, Vice President Joe
Biden toured the Port of Savannah and said the Savannah Harbor Expansion Project
(SHEP) needed to be completed “come hell or high water.” * We haven’t seen any
high water, but President Obama’s proposed fiscal 2015 federal budget doesn’t
include SHEP funding" -- Crocodile Tears!.. the L-E is a lapdog for Judas
00-Barnum's circus, and Bleep Veep Biden is his trained seal. Even a quick scan
of 00-Barnum's budget proposal ( which I'm sure the L-E heartily endorses) shows
there are only expenditures for entitlement programs, not actual work
ones.
