No amount of government entitlement can build self esteem, accountability or personal responsibility.

I know Laura Chapman. She has a hearing loss problem, but regardless, has practiced hard and become a really fine tennis player. Have watched her since middle school as she spent a lot of time with one of my daughters in school, church and personal friendship activities. She's vacationed with our family. Being awarded recognition as an outstanding student with a disability is a put-down. Laura Chapman is an outstanding young student period. Such an award is just liberals trying to make victims out of people who don't recognize themselves as victims.
