Online headline/story: "Lawyer reveals gunman's bizzare motive for attack *
The shooter is 'dumbfounded' at being tagged a terrorist, his lawyer said. * he
just wanted to rob the train because he was hungry." -- "because he was hungry"?
I think the lawyer committed a bigger crime than the jihadist-wannabe. Oh, by
the way.. the jihadist had an AK-47 automatic with 8 extra magazines.. guess
he'd spent all of is food budget on ammo.

Online story: "Bare-chested women and men are taking to the streets of
midtown Manhattan as critics have complained about topless tip-seeking in Times
Square. * Appearing topless is legal in New York but Mayor Bill de Blasio and
others believe the body-painted women who take photos with tourists are a
nuisance." -- "appearing topless is legal in NY"? Hmmm. apparently, being
clueless and stupid is legal, too
--
Instant repeat: "Bare-chested women and men are taking to the streets of
midtown Manhattan as critics have complained about topless tip-seeking in Times
Square. * Appearing topless is legal in New York but Mayor Bill de Blasio and
others believe the body-painted women who take photos with tourists are a
nuisance. * In New York, GoTopless spokeswoman Rachel Jessee says the goal is
for gender equality when it comes to baring one's chest." "the goal is gender
equality"? Hmmm.. there's a better solution for that.. just make it illegal for
men to walk-run-jog around city street topless as well.

From the "look what I stumbled across looking for something else"
department:
"The current mayor is Teresa Tomlinson, who was elected in November
2010.
In 2007, Best Life magazine ranked Columbus #4 on the Top 100 Places to
Raise a Family.[5][6] In 2013, Livability.com ranked Columbus #74 on the Top 100
Best Places to Live in America.[7] In 2011, The Daily Beast ranked Columbus #1
on the list of the 30 Brokest Cities in America,[8][9] which was disputed by the
mayor who alleged that the ranking was due to a lawsuit that Columbus is
involved in with Expedia, whose management teams share a good deal of overlap
with the site.[10] Security company Safemart rated Columbus the most dangerous
city in 2013, while a [11] Gallup well-being poll, published in 2014 on Yahoo!,
ranked the Columbus area as the seventh-most miserable city in the U.S" --
Wow.. From #4 of the Best Places to Raise a Family" in 2007 , but in 2011
dropped to 74th in the list of "100 Best Places to Live in America", and then
avalanched downhill.. to become "the Brokest City", "the Most Dangerous City",
and more recently, #7 in the list of "Most Miserable Cities". In a new poll
rating healthcare access and home affordability, Columbus did not make the list
of 50. (
According to Mayor TomLYINGson, and our local "newspaper", Columbus is just
dandy...but looks like a lot has changed from the "glory days" since Mayor
TomLYINGson first took office in 2010
Oh... but I bet we rank number one in $244,000.000 public bathrooms!

HuffPOOPOO story: 'The researchers used survey data from the PROSPER
longitudinal study, which followed two groups of sixth grade students in Iowa
and Pennsylvania until they reached ninth grade. Each fall and spring for those
four years, the 921 students would complete the study questionnaire during
school hours. They were asked about their friend circles and could nominate up
to seven "best or close friends." Each time the students were surveyed, the
researchers would gauge peer acceptance by seeing how many new friends they
listed. * The students also reported their sexual behavior in those
questionnaires. They were asked how many times they had sex in the last 12
months, as well as how many times they'd engaged in a "lighter" sexual behavior,
making out." -- Good grief! This is how liberals/perverts invade the innocence
of children.. Taking children as they enter puberty and "the hormone years" and
literally herding them into a frenzy by discussing sexuality in a
"matter-of-fact" manner just creates an atmosphere that increases the desire to
experiment. You keep asking kids questions that "no" is not the answer the
interviewer wants creates a condition of kids wanting to please the interviewer
rather than just be a kid. No child wants to think.. or feel, that he/she is not
normal, and when they cannot answer "yes", it creates the fear they aren't
normal.

Online story: "One small Colorado space startup, Escape Dynamics, believes
their radical approach could offer a better way into space. * The company is
working on an “external propulsion” spaceplane that separates energy from
propellant. Instead of volatile liquid or solid rocket fuel, the craft runs on
pressurized hydrogen. A ground antenna array aims a beam of microwaves at a heat
exchanger in the plane’s belly, superheats the hydrogen to 2,000 degrees Kelvin,
and forces it out of an exhaust nozzle to provide enough thrust to reach orbit."
-- "2,000 degrees Kelvin"? That's 3,140 degrees Fahrenheit.. Can you imagine
what that would do to a Boeing 747 filled with 400-500 people if one flew a
little off course into a 3,140 degree microwave? For comparison, an average
home microwave oven rarely exceeds 212 degrees Fahrenheit.. but don't put a
metal container in it.. Can you imagine what a microwave beam at 3,140 degrees
Fahrenheit will do to the metal cabin of a plane?

Online "headlie": "Biden backer hints VP must decide on 2016 run soon" --
What BS.. Remember Sen. Thomas Eagleton.. McGovern's original running
mate...Dems had no problem replacing him with Sargent Shriver ("The Arnold's"
ex-f-i-l) after 18 days of campaigning.
---
I'm offended by the "You can't win if you don't play" ad campaign for the
GA Lottery.. With the odds built in against your winning, you can pretty well
count on if you buy $20.00 worth of tickets, you lose $20.00 you could buy food
for your family.

A "truly get's it" L-E "soundoff": "Black lives do matter. What puzzles me
is why they are killing one another." -- What's even more puzzling is that Al
Sharlatan, Jesse Jackson, the DOJ, Obamageddon. and the Chicago Democrat
hierarchy ignore such.... My guess is that they can control the votes of dead
people.
---
Another "gets's it" L-E "soundoff": "Hillary says there is no evidence that
connects her with any wrongdoing about her emails. Not one smidgen." -- Typical
Democratic Party line answer.. if there is no evidence, it's because Porkchop
HILL "feels" she has erased it all.. Hey, Ed Snowden.. bet the Republicans will
drop all charges against you if you send in your copies of all of Porkchop
HILL's e-mails!
---
L-E story: " The Georgia Department of Education is seeking public feedback
as it conducts a review of the Science and Social Studies K-12 standards. After
this process is complete, the new standards will be implemented in the 2017-18
school year. Go to www.georgiastandards.org for a
user-friendly, brief survey for professionals, parents and families, community
members, students and others." -- One, I hope all parents will take the survey..
secondly use only the "parents and family" survey to make changes, as what
we have now is the collective disaster of a committee of professionals and
politicians .
---
L-E story: " WASHINGTON — Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid on Sunday
threw his full support behind President Barack Obama’s nuclear agreement with
Iran, saying “it is the best path to stop Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon.”
-- " best path to stop Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon"? Good grief.. it's
really the only path that GUARANTEES Iran will get a nuclear weapon...I can
think of several "paths" that will stop Iran.. none of which starts with
Obamageddon "drawing a line in the sand". Oh, and who really give's a whit about
the opinion of a man physically bested by treadmill?
---
L-E guest commentary: "Commentary: Miami Herald * Come clean, Ms. Clinton *
Remember when Hillary Clinton’s advocates were touting her candidacy for
president because there were no scandals left to uncover? She’d been
investigated so often (and unfairly), they said, that you could rest assured no
embarrassing secrets would pop out of the closet to frighten voters. * Oops!"
-- Wow.. a McClatchy newspaper that has taken off it's rose-tinted glasses when
discussing Porkchop HILL.. guess even McClatchy knows their Columbus L-E
wouldn't say this in a local editorial.
---
L-E story: "On an abandoned Chicago railway line cutting between the
treetops, bike commuters zip by walkers and joggers, all traversing a ribbon of
concrete undulating through a lush landscape where clattering freight cars once
ferried everything from coal to furniture. * This relic of the city’s
industrial past is now a vision of its future. Chicago and cities throughout the
country are transforming hulking pieces of obsolete infrastructure into useful —
even inspiring — amenities." -- Good grief.. mainscream media is just as stupid
as liberal politicians..They scream in unison that other people's taxes aren't
high enough, then get excited about old railway beds being converted into
bicycle trails or restored passenger train capabilities.. neither of which will
produce tax revenue to warrant the cost of conversion. You know.. there's
another option for abandoned railways that would basically become a positive
source of income for municipalities.. instead of buying such property with tax
dollars, just wait until old rail lines have been officially abandoned, then
reclaim what was converted by eminent domain, return such ownership to the
contiguous property owners and get an annual boost from the increase in property
taxes.
---
Why is mainscream media so upset that Trump has supported both Democrat and
Republican ideas? No party has a lockhold on what will work, so why hasn't
mainscream media applauded Trump for recognizing good ideas from both sides of
the aisle?
