Tell you what.. Donald Trump has my support in his word war with Megyn Kelly at Fox.. I stopped watching her new show within two weeks after she got her own spot in the Fox line-up.. He smirkiness.. her "SNL Church Lady" attitude was too much to watch for a hour at a time..

You know.. a Public Defender is pretty much an oxymoron.. How is the public defended when tax dollars are given to lawyers to get criminals off on technicalities or get reduced sentences which gets criminals back on the streets earlier because the DA Offices around the country are eager to get cases out of the system?

Has anyone seen the folly of a school system being forced to keep a 30 day expense reserve in case of emergency needs if ongoing revenues take a hit? I'm not sure about the Phenix City expenses, but the MCSD expenses are 85% salaries/benefits, so basically a 30 day fund reserve would only pay the salaries for the employees. One question that doesn't seem to have been asked/approached is the 30 day period that constitutes the dollar amount necessary to cover.. I'm sure it's probably an "average" 30 day period. but what happens when situation occurs in August when the electricity bill soars? Are employees going to get paid while the utilities don't, or will the kids be kept cool while the employees full pay checks will be delayed?

You know.. if voters go along with Mayor TomLYINGson's "plan" to let current homeowners keep the "freeze" but deny "freeze" protection to new owners, then it won't be long before a lawsuit is filed by one of her friends that challenges the new condition of the "freeze" as discriminatory towards new buyers because they would have to pay more and more each year while those "grandfathered in" would not. Her "plan" is to do just this, and blame it on the GA Supreme Court who would have no reason to deny the suit if presented this way.
