As a private citizen, I can live with this.

While I didn't watch Hellary's speech, I have enjoyed some of the videos replayed this weekend..One I liked looked like "Chuckie/, but my favorite was the one showing Slick Willie and Hellary fielding the balloons that carpeted the stage...it really looked like they were trying to get those "lead balloons" floating again.

I'm looking at my water bill.. didn't have to water my lawn as much so the water bill was lower than normal.. "only" $23.23... but the sewage charge was $37.84...plus the C.S.O. (Combined Sewer Overflow) Treatment of $3.37.. Water in $23.23.. water out.. $41.21.  . I don't understand why it costs more for us to send back what the city sent in..

Holland says police found her allegedly drunk on the driver’s side of a pick-up truck while breastfeeding her nearly 3-year-old child. * Tomesh is charged with DUI and child endangerment. * Police say Tomesh was arrested in 2014 on child cruelty charges for leaving her then 9-month-old in a hot car." -- Good grief.. how did this child survive this far? I sure hope the court system is not waiting for "the 3rd strike".

Ever had to dodge  jaywalkers crossing Veterans Parkway from Wilson Homes to get to either the liquor store or the retail thrift stores? In addition to crossing Veterans at a dangerous section, the residents also have to cross a railroad track even to get up to Veterans. Isn't i time the Columbus Housing Authority showed some concern and built (as was described at the Hellary coronation at the DNC Convention) and "unscalable wall" so people will have to go to the intersection and cross with the traffic devices?

A couple of years ago my bride gave me a set of Jesse Stone movies. It included a Paradise Police Department cap (PPD). Recently, one of my daughters gave me a "Trump - Make America Great Again" hat. Now my wife is concerned about my wearing either in public. It's my 1st Amendment Right, but I'm glad we have the 2nd Amendment so I can protect us.

Chuck Williams brought up an interesting observation in his story on a life=saving incident at the Whitewater route.. Whitewater Express has had exclusive concessions for the 4 years of existence here. Originally, . two companies were granted concessions, but one pulled out before the course opened.. Is the City looking for another concessionaire for either part or all the rights to such business? The City and users would probably benefit more from having some competition on rates they pay Columbus and Phenix City, and the rates users pay to enjoy the facility.
