Despite the timing of the Iran Nuclear Deal and Iran's release of 4 prisoners, ZERO-bama sending $400,000,000.00 in CASH to Iran is being denied to be a ransom payment.. One of his spinmeisters is trying to defuse it as by falsely claiming "it was their money which had been frozen here in America". Excuse me, but open business deals don't include subterfuge and cash payments of $400,000,000.00. Amounts this large would have been handled with electronic/wire transfers.
