Online headline/story: " Kaepernick collusion claim continues, dismissal denied * Colin Kaepernick's collusion claim against the NFL will continue after system arbitrator Stephen B. Burbank denied the league's request to dismiss the case. * Kaepernick's attorney, Mark Geragos, posted a statement from Burbank on Twitter Thursday, reading in full: "On August 28, 2018, the System Arbitrator denied the NFL's request that he dismiss Colin Kaepernick's complaint alleging that his inability to secure a player contract since becoming a free agent in March 2017 has been due to an agreement among team owners and the NFL that violates Article 17, Section 1 of the collective bargaining agreement between the NFL and the NFLPA." -- Good grief... by necessity, "justice is blind, but judges shouldn't be.. Just last week, John Elway of Denver made known of a $7 Million dollar offer KaeperPRICK rejected, which pretty much destroys the claim of collusion, and since then, KaeperPRICK has done zilch in making himself "attractive" to football fans anywhere.

From the "Bias? What bias?' department - Online headline/rest of the story" +Trump cancels pay raise due federal workers in January * President Donald Trump has told Congress he is canceling a pay raise that most civilian federal employees were due to receive in January, citing budgetary constraints. * Trump says in the letter that locality pay increases would cost $25 billion, on top of a 2.1 percent across-the-board increase for most civilian government employees." -- "ON TOP OF A 2.1 PERCENT ACROSS-THE-BOARD INCREASE FOR MOST GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES"? Good grief.. what Trump is canceling is a $11,900.00 raise per federal employee on TOP of the $2,600.00 raise they recently got .. we have 2.1 Million employees (including the 130,000 Obama padded the rolls) and, as it is, we have 2,100,000 federal employees (non-military) and the annual payroll is $276,000,000,000.00 which means the average federal employees is paid over $131,000.00 per year ALREADY! Trump ...Vision 2020!

On Sunday afternoon 24-year-old former champion gamer David Katz of Baltimore opened fire inside Chicago Pizza, killing two people and injuring nearly a dozen others before killing himself. * ire inspectors say the layout was altered without approval to create the GLHF Game Bar, where the tournament took place." -- Good grief.. Jacksonville is more concerned about not getting "another fee" for a business trying to bring excitement and sales/hotel taxpaying tourists to town.. so now Jacksonville is going to further punish the business.. isn't that a "piling on penalty"?

Online headline: "California Democrats call for In-N-Out boycott after burger chain donates $25G to GOP" -- Hmmm... I guess now that Christian Californians will have a hamburger choice to take their families to and be able to eat in peace.. Chick-fil-A already serves that purpose for chicken.

Watched some clips from the Cuomo-Nixon debate for the DIMocrat Gubernatorial Primary race in NY. I got somewhat confused...here were two uber liberals trying to out-flank each other to get as far left as possible, and , at times, I didn't know whether to laugh or cry..

DIMocrat spinmeisters are out to sidetrack Kavanaugh because he's against OObamaCRAP....huh? Yeah a DIMocrat spinmeister actually said OObamaCRAP is a constitutional RIGHT. Actually , regardless of what John Robert's said, OObamaCRAP's "mandatory" requirement was.. at best.. a Constitutional affront to our rights to make the choice ourselves.

Another 100 stood outside, unable to get into the hall." -- 250 people is a large crowd? Maybe so for DIMocrats... Obviously, though, Stacey Abrams missed the opportunity to point out the root of the major problems South Central/West Georgia has to deal with... the obstacles were right in the room with her but she didn't point out that Bishop, Smyre, Harbison, and Hugley were actually in the room.. Not sure whether Mayor Tom-LYING-son was there or not, but there was no mention of her being there.

From the "too bad some wishes coming true" department - While having other politicians appoint school board members was not the best option Phenix City has just voted in the worst possible option... a public elected board. Haven't Phenix City voters been paying attention to what's gone on here in Columbus? The elected school board are more politically involved than in problem solving..Columbus had the best option when the School Board was appointed by the Grand Jury as history has shown.

You know , when Trump brings up MS-13, the antifa, tax cuts, the soaring GDP/DJIA, and 'the WALL', MSM-13 blindly defends the DIMocrat opposition. What Trump should do is start alternately complimenting half the MSM-13 one week, and then the other half the next week... then sit back and watch half of the MSM-13 cannibalize the other half one week, and the other half cannibalize the other half the following week.

Another moment not working for McCain...leaving his earthly life with anger and unforgiveness ..this time it's Sarah Palin ..who, basically was the only reason most Republicans voted "for" his candidacy. The others just voted against the DIMocrat.

California has a bill pending about REQUIRING public corporations to have a woman on their board of directors. Talk about the past being an albatross to what California libs consider progress... can't you see some Male on every California Board of Directors standing up, declaring themselves "transgendered" by saying, "I'm a girl !"?

From a "Letter to the Editor" in the M/C L-E: "Yesterday, I had the privilege of working with the League of Women Voters in a voters registration drive. The event was the Cougar Kickoff for students at Columbus State University. Over 50 new voters were registered." -- Just curious,, do out-of-town/state CSU students register as Columbus voters? Let's face it, out-of-town/state college students are not residents in the sense that they are contributing members of the community.

From the "good grief!" department -- Florida State requires new students to take a course on dealing with stress.... but with one caveat... Florida State gives every new student an "out". If a new student feels stressed at being required to take a course on how to deal with stress, then the student is not required to take it.. If I was a Florida State alumnus, I do believe I'd demand that Florida State expunge my existence there, and give me a full refund of all my tuition/expenses..
