Let's face it.. anyone who makes charges of any nature ..whether criminal or civil, must produce the preponderance of proof, and in a court of law or similar system, not in the media. Our Founding Fathers recognized this was not the case under British rule/law (the charged in England are presumed GUILTY, and have the responsibility to show otherwise). Looking back....There's a list of states ranked by the percentage of voters who voted in the 2016 election...I was surprised.. even elated.. when I saw that California was in the bottom 20% of states by voter percentage with just 58% of "registered voters" going to the polls. This is significant for future election. Even though Hellary garnered 8.8 million votes to Trump's 4.5 Million, it shows that Hellary could only get 42 percent of some 21 Million possible votes available.. Folks, there are nearly 8 Million registered voters in California who did not vote for Hellary...the right Republicans can win there.

This is probably why Stacey Abrams is promising the moon to GA's rural counties... she knows she can't, actually, she knows she WON't keep those promises. Actually, what Republicans should campaign on is informing high Despicorat URBAN centers that if Abrams does win, and "keeps" her promises to the rural counties, it means she won't .. can't.. keep the ones she's made in the high density urban districts..

There were two better places in the CHS parking lot that were "available" in 2015 that were eliminated when the MCSD/MCSB decided to spend $935,000.00 on expanding the parking lot. Now the baseball field is being chopped up a bit too...

First, if you're caught committing a crime.. ant crime. while you're on parole from a sentence for another crime, you can never receive an early release from ANY future sentences for a crime.. Secondly, there needs to be an automatic death sentence when you kill another after being convicted a first time in a death trial. No ifs or buts.
