Alan Dershowitz, a former Clinton ally, but a liberal defense attorney who puts the law above all else, really nailed the "flaw" in the Republican plan for interviewing Dr Ford.. The woman they picked is a prosecutor rather than a defense attorney, and prosecutors are trained at presenting a case, not picking witnesses stories against the defendant apart to show the truth.

Let me get this straight..a girl goes to 10 parties and witnesses her friends being drugged and raped yet doesn't report that to any authority, then keeps going to other parties until it catches up with her. . I can answer "yes or no" to innocuous questions and get it notarized, then make a claim that it was about statements I made afterward and some honest notarizer was present who would tell the truth.
