M/C L-E headline: "Citing bias, Dems reject Fox News as debate host" -- Talk about self-condemning! You know, if I had a message contrary to what I thought a network portrayed, I do believe I might relish an opportunity to present my side/opinion to the network's audience.

---
From the "turn about is fair play" department - Online headline/story: "Democrats bar Fox News from moderating debates after reported Trump ties * "Recent reporting in the New Yorker on the inappropriate relationship between President Trump, his administration and Fox News has led me to conclude that the network is not in a position to host a fair and neutral debate for our candidates," DNC Chairman Tom Perez said in a statement provided to Reuters. * Trump responded to the announcement by saying he may refuse to participate in certain debates." -- Hmmm... sorta reads to me that the Democrats feel they can't hand feed questions to Fox like it does other networks..We already know that Donna Brazile did such in 2016 Hellary/Bernie debates.

HuffPOOPOO headline-story: "Trump pushes GOP not to go against him on wall national emergency * “Senate Republicans are not voting on constitutionality or precedent, they are voting on desperately needed Border Security & the Wall,” Trump wrote. “Our Country is being invaded with Drugs, Human Traffickers, & Criminals of all shapes and sizes. That’s what this vote is all about. STAY UNITED!” -- I tell you what, if Obama had called the border issue a national emergency, and my representatives voted against doing something, I'd work hard at making sure they didn't return to Washington.

---
From the "once and for all" department - Democrats are out again talking about Hellary winning 3,000,000 more votes than Trump...granted, but she won California by 3,500,000, so in actuality, Trump won the popular vote in the other 49 states by 500,000.

We're picking up our granddaughter at school this week. (Her mother's staying late this week getting the school's annual wrapped up) We've heard the Coca Cola Space Center has been spruced up and has new features, so we thought it would be a good place to take her this afternoon. Excitedly, I checked out the website first..Groan..
It closes at 4:00 P.M. what a wasteful schedule..it's not open for students after school.
We rode by the site of Westville, too, to see how it is progressing.. driveway barriers were open so we drove through .. very impressed with the way the special clay=mix soil keeps the roads viable, but I tell you something, even though I'm sure the A.D.A. regulations require them, the excessive disability ramps really take away from what we expected to be an 1850's atmosphere.

DEMentiacrats are saying Senator Mitch McConnell is "politicizing" the Democrat Representative's anti-Semitic remarks.. Excuse me, I think she pretty much politicized. ..and inflamed... the circumstances that have quietly become the Democrat Party platform.

---
The lesson to be learned by the rise of Tlaib, Omar, and Ocasio-Cortez to the"spotlight" of the Democratic Party is that there is a void in leadership within the old guard Democrats.... but we knew this.

---
The DEMentiacrats delay of chastisement of anti-Semitic rants by some of it's own members just cements the internal lack of leadership, and concern for the Constitutional rights of all religions.

While we're talking about forensic audits of the City's various departments, there should also be a forensic audit on all the MCSD SPLOST project expenditures. The taxpayers need to know the money is being spent properly and efficiently...

Hey, Columbus area..our President will be in our area on Friday to take in the devastation left by tornadoes in Beauregard, Al. He may even land here at Ft Benning.

Online story: "A U.S. company is offering to build 234 miles of President Trump's border wall for just $1.4 billion, a fraction of the $8 billion the Trump administration is hoping to use for that project. * Fisher Sand and Gravel Company's President and CEO Tommy Fisher said the government is overpaying and that for $4.31 billion, he can build the wall and incorporate paved roads and border technology plus warranty. * "Our whole point is to break through the government bureaucracy," Fisher told the Washington Examiner. "If they do the small procurements as they are now … that’s not going to cut it." -- Sounds like Tommy Fisher is a Trump fan we ought to listen to, and should scare the crap out of the lobbying industry in Washington!

There's a bill (HB426) in the GA Legislature that is called the "hate crimes bill" ,, Funny .. it lists all sorts of subjective to interpretation conditions, but doesn't touch a lot of important ones... like being in a gang, doing gang "missions", or retaliating against another gang. Vote "NO" until it includes theses new categories and companies/clients participating in income tax fraud.

On this date, in 1911, then President Taft ordered 20,000 US soldiers to the Mexican border... obviously, Trump's declaration is not the first "crisis" or "national emergency" at our border with Mexico.. Build the WALL!

M/C -E story - part 1: "The case against a boy who was 15 when he was wounded in a pawn shop shootout that followed the murder of a store employee will go to Juvenile Court. * The decision means Quintavis Bernard Williams will no longer face murder charges in Muscogee Superior Court." -- Hmmm .. a lot of conflictory stuff to digest.. first, this 5 year old will probably not consider this deterrent for his future, and secondly, since it's now going to "juvy" since when did the M/C L-E start printing names?

Now, part 2 - L-E story: "He and co-defendant Marquiell Wilson were indicted on charges of murder, attempted murder, attempted armed robbery and two counts of aggravated assault in the Dec. 20, 2017, slaying of 68-year-old war veteran Joseph Howard Johnson III in what was then the Columbus Pawn Shop 2241 Fort Benning Road. * Authorities said Wilson put a gun to Johnson’s head and pulled the trigger as Johnson sat at a computer in the store. Williams was standing nearby. * In a negotiated plea Friday, Wilson pleaded guilty to to murder, attempted murder and attempted armed robbery in return for a sentence of life with possible parole, plus 30 years. " -- "life with possible parole, plus 30 years" Other than citizens and the CPD will probably have to deal with him, also, again in the future, what does "life with possible parole, plus 30 years" actually mean? If he's granted a parole, does he serve another 30 years before he can be paroled? Or does it mean that he can be paroled but on probation for 30 years? Or does it mean that 30 years after he dies in prison, he can be paroled...

M/C L-E headline:"2nd judge says census can’t ask about citizenship" -- Good grief.. what.. or maybe who's Constitution this these judges swear to uphold?... California already has an overload of Congressional representatives based on total number of people there rather than being citizens as well.

---
M/C L-E headline: "Cohen turns over documents on Moscow project" -- Excuse me? Where did he have these "documents"? As I recall, the FBI raided his office and home and confiscated all his records...
