The flooding in the Midwest is interesting...interesting in that the New Green Dealer Democrats have been spreading their hot air throughout Iowa and the snow is melting too fast.

---
I love it that Democrats want to expand the the Supreme Court to 15..hmmm.. maybe Trump should applaud their initiative instead....then nominate 6 more conservatives and run'em through the Senate.

---
You know, when Obama was president, MSM-13 and Hollywood couldn't get enough of Venezuela to satisfy their vision of Utopia. Venezuela is still here, but where are MSM-13 and the Hollywooders?

---
You know, 230 years ago, our forefathers, after great forethought decided that people must be citizens and at least 21 years of age vote. It was lowered to 18 by the XXVI Amendment in 1971 because 18 yer olds could be drafted. Now, why do Democrats feel today's 16 year old iPhoners are more mature?

---
Hey Columbus Council.. do not... I repeat, DO NOT allow Beto O'Rouke.. even if he gets elected as President... any consideration as being the caretaker of our Kadie the Cow! #MooToo

From the "oooops" department - Online headline/story: "Bernie Sanders speechwriter's 2013 op-eds: 'Let's hope the Boston Marathon bomber is a white American' * David Sirota, an investigative journalist and social media attack dog who has slammed Sanders' opponents in recent weeks, was formally brought into Sanders' campaign on Tuesday, along with a slew of other political veterans. * Back when police were vigorously pursuing suspects following the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings, a senior communications adviser and speechwriter with 2020 presidential candidate Bernie Sanders wrote, "Let's hope the Boston Marathon bomber is a white American" -- and then confidently doubled down hours later, in a separate piece entitled, "I still hope the bomber is a white American." --- Hmmm... certainly Sirota and Sanders aren't white Nationalists... they are undeniably White Socialist-Democrats.

---
Another from the "oooops" department - Online headline/story: "Obama WH counsel faces possible prosecution in Mueller-initiated probe * Former Obama White House Counsel and Clinton-linked attorney Greg Craig may soon be charged by the Justice Department for engaging in illegal unregistered overseas lobbying, in a case initially probed by Special Counsel Robert Mueller -- a development that would make him the first Democrat to face prosecution amid the long-running Russia investigation." -- You know, when you probe into the dark corners, you never know which cockroaches will be flushed out.. While Craig may be the first Democrat to face prosecution, he's certainly not going to be the last.

---
Online headline/story: "Pentagon: Millions could be cut from Ga. military projects to cover border wall * President Donald Trump could siphon upwards of $260 million from Georgia military construction projects to pay for a wall on the Southern border, according to a Pentagon estimate being circulated by Senate Democrats. * Funding for more than a half-dozen Army, Navy and Air Force projects from Albany to Augusta could be affected. That includes $99 million for a cyber instructional facility at Fort Gordon, nearly $31 million for a hangar at Moody Air Force base and more than $75 million for a combat vehicle warehouse and body repair shop at Albany’s Marine Corps Logistics Base." -- Interesting.. being from Columbus, I immediately noted that Ft Benning was not in this story... but the main issue here is not one of the projects listed by this Atlanta Journal-Constitution hit-piece is as important as the border wall for National Security, and the total mentioned is barely 1% of the cost estimates for building the wall.

From the "park your ego at the door" department - Online headline/story: "CNN’s Jim Acosta complains about Rose Garden press conference where he didn't get a question * CNN’s Jim Acosta didn’t get chosen to ask a question during President Trump’s Rose Garden press conference with Brazil president Jair Bolsaonaro on Tuesday, but he managed to complain about a reporter who did. * Daily Caller White House correspondent Saagar Enjeti was allowed to ask multiple questions, including whether or not the Supreme Court will be expanded and Trump’s thoughts on the state of social media." -- Good grief! I wish President Trump would tweet that he has reviewed all previous press conference tapes, and cannot find one incident that Jim Acosta has ever stood up for another reporter who didn't get to ask a question because Acosta rattled off questions after he was told to sit down.

---
From the "nothing you'll ever see from leftist picks" department - Online headline: " Trump Picks Gorsuch, Kavanaugh take opposite sides on 2 of 3 Supreme Court rulings Tuesday" -- You know, when a Justice cannot be labeled as a "sure vote" on issues, then the Justice is listening to the facts.. when a Justice's vote is pretty much a given, then the Justice is serving his/her political agenda. There's no room for personal agenda in the judiciary system.

---
Headlie: "Supreme Court hands Trump administration a victory in immigration battle" -- The Supreme Court is not. I repeat, is NOT handing Trump a victory, the Supreme Court is upholding and defending our Constitution!

Think about this: You know, claiming oneself to be transgendered in a court proceeding could get one charged with lying under oath. Like any lie, the truth is what is real, not what one feels it ought to be or one wishes it to be.

---
I'm getting mixed emotions about the condemnation of the parents who felt they could make decisions of where .. and how... their children would go to college.. Even the left is chewing them up and spitting them out.. then I think about leftist parents who are making the decision about the gender of their children being whatever they decide FOR their children... where is the leftist outrage for "parental helicoptering"?

---
You know., claiming oneself to be transgendered in a court proceeding could get one charged with lying under oath. Like any lie, the truth is what is real, not what one feels it ought to be or one wishes it to be.

Whoa! Facebook blocked President Trump! Having been blocked by Facebook several times, I feel even closer to President Trump. The last time I was blocked was when the Democrat's Majority House PAC reported me for calling heir posting "fake news". When I challenged the decision in "Help Center" it was reversed... I guess Facebook agreed with me that it was INDEED "fake news".

Online headline/story: "Jobs coming to Georgia as massive battery factory breaks ground *
Deal is state’s largest economic development prize in a decade * A division of Korean conglomerate SK Group broke ground Tuesday on a sprawling factory to supply batteries for electric vehicles. * The deal is expected to bring 2,000 jobs to Jackson County, northeast of Atlanta, making it the largest economic development deal in Georgia since Kia Motors opened in West Point a decade ago. * The nearly $1.7 billion factory, which will open in phases and is expected to reach its full jobs potential by 2025, is a coup for Georgia." -- Once again.. Columbus loses out.. probably because of Columbus' openly left political environment.. Even a conservative Columbus native in a statewide election could not win Muscogee County in the primaries, As long as Progressive Agenda.. versus actual progress.. is the rule here, Columbus will continue being left out of plum deals like this in the future.

Online headline: "A meteor exploded in the Earth's atmosphere with 10 times the energy of the Hiroshima atomic bomb" -- Oooops, my bad.. thought this was just another story.. and parallel .. for Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Beto O'Rourke..

---
Online headline: "10 times 'experts' predicted the world would end by now" -- Looks like Alexandria Ocasio Cortez's prediction of 2031 is just another "the Sky Is Falling" moment liberals love.. I guess it's because no one really believes them.. If Dems were believable.. even somewhat reliable.. we wouldn't even have been here for her to make such an idiotic suggestion.

Previous "predictions":

1.– GLOBAL WARMING TO WIPE NATIONS "OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH" IF CLIMATE CHANGE NOT ADDRESSED BY YEAR 2000 - by the UN in 1989
2.– MASS STARVATION BY 1975 - by author not even deserving name recognition.
3.– GLOBAL FREEZING AS DANGEROUS AS NUCLEAR WAR - University of California at Davis professor Kenneth Watt, who warned that present trends would make the world “eleven degrees colder in the year 2000 .
4.– MASSIVE WARMING BY THE YEAR 2000 - The same U.N. official who predicted the loss of entire nations by the year 2000 also claimed: "the most conservative scientific estimate [is] that the Earth’s temperature will rise 1 to 7 degrees in the next 30 years.” But looking back from 2019, the temperature rose about half of a degree Celsius since 1989, according to NASA.
6.– AL GORE SAYS 10 YEARS ARE LEFT IN 2006 - Algore.. 'nuff said.
7.– ENVIRONMENTAL CATASTROPHE WILL CAUSE “NUCLEAR HOLOCAUST” BY THE YEAR 2000 - In 1982, U.N. official Mostafa Tolba, executive director of the UN Environment Program,
8.– MASS EXTINCTION BY 1995 - In 1970, Sen. Gaylord Nelson, D-Wisc., – often considered the “father of Earth Day” – cited the secretary of the Smithsonian, who “believes that in 25 years, somewhere between 75 and 80 percent of all the species of living animals will be extinct.
9.– METALS DEPLETED BY 1990 - Scientist Harrison Brown predicted in Scientific American that lead, zinc, tin, gold and silver deposits would be fully depleted before 1990.
10- Trump CAN'T win...

From the "betcha BOTTOM dollar" department - Online story: "The Atlanta City Council on Monday called for an independent investigation to determine whether payments from the city to Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms’ campaign staff violated city code, state law, the state constitution or Federal Aviation Administration regulations. * The council’s resolution requesting the investigation comes after an article published in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution on Sunday found that six Bottoms campaign staff members were issued payments for a pay period in December 2017, before the city had formally offered them jobs." -- You know, if this happened in Columbus, GA, she would have gotten away with it...none of our media would have reported a Democrat mayor.. as we all know so well.

---
Online headline/story: "Georgia releases RFP for new voting machines * Gov. Brian Kemp's fiscal 2020 state budget proposal sets aside $150 million to replace Georgia's current touch-screen voting system with a system that features paper backups to electronic ballots. * But legislative Democrats objected when legislation authorizing the new machines went through the General Assembly in recent weeks. Democrats called for replacing the current machines with paper ballots marked by hand" -- Good grief.. Democrats have tantrums for "safer voting" yet when it's given to them, they don't want it! What they want is, basically, an opportunity to improve fraudulent voting opportunities!

---
Online headline: "Islamic Georgians Ask Leaders to Stand Against Bigotry" -- You know, and the rest of us should ask "Islamic Leaders" to do the same!

---
M/C L-E headline/story: "School district hires its first police chief * According to his resume, Arp previously was chief of the East Ellijay Police Department (2003-12), a lieutenant deputy sheriff and a school resource officer in Fannin County (1998-2003), a senior investigator for the DeKalb County Juvenile Solicitor’s Office (1995-98) and a patrol officer for the Blue Ridge Police Department (1987-88 and January 1991-June 1991)." -- What a disappointment! There is no apparent reason (well, maybe the Super has a personal one) this job shouldn't have been filled by someone who already knows our community. District 8 really is suffering.. the replacement for Frank Myers was a no-show.. in two ways.. he wasn't there in person, and he wasn't there verbally.

---
M/C L-E story: "Programs that give drug users clean needles in exchange for used ones would become legal in Georgia, under a proposal that cleared a Senate committee Monday. * The Senate Committee on Health and Human Services unanimously approved the bill, sending it to the full Senate. The measure has already cleared the state House." -- Good grief! Wouldn't it be better for people if they were put in rehab when they showed up looking for more needles? Oh, if I show up with my pet's diabetes syringes, can I get free refills?

---
M/C L-E story: "(Hawaii) has a history of prioritizing the environment – it’s mandated renewable energy use and prohibited sunscreen ingredients that harm coral. A second proposal would prohibit fast-food and full-service restaurants from distributing and using plastic drink bottles, utensils, stirring sticks, bags and straws." -- "prioritizing the environment"? "prohibited sunscreen ingredients that harm coral."? It looks more like Hawaii is de-prioritizing HUMANS!

Oh! does anyone know if the Obama mandate that indoor suntan businesses that charge it's predominantly.. if not completely.. white customers a Federal Excise Tax for getting a tan has been repealed?
