Fresno's mayor says they deserve/need it so he's going to take and use it for whatever he feels like doing...even distributing to individual Fresno citizens he feels worthy. At best this vote buying, but what this actually is... is theft from taxpayers in other states and misuse/abuse of taxpayers money...

The homicide total is at least 22 or if you want to "cook the books" add the man who dies in 2020 from complications to 2020 's total and come up with 47, and take one off from 2021 and get 21. Either way, though , these numbers glare at corporate scouts looking at cities and site to expand into.
