What a horrible accident in California near the border.. A semi hit an SUV, and 13 people died... They were all in the SUV... but that's not the end of the story.. 12 of SUV "passengers" survived! Seats of the 1997 Ford Expedition were removed except for the driver and right front passenger's, said Omar Watson, chief of the California Highway Patrol's border division! There were 25 people in one Ford expedition! Authorities hinted at they didn't know why that many people were packed into the SUV.. but "smugglers have been known to pack people in extremely unsafe conditions to maximize profits." Good Grief!

Hey, Columbus Council... forgot two other aspects of the Junior Marshal's Program ... are there any of the Bishop family still receiving our tax dollars as salaries,  or that since the Marshal's Office no longer exists, when will that program be defunded by the Public Safety LOST Crime Prevention Board? Let's face it .. we need more qualified adults on our streets as was promised when the Public Safety LOST was voted on.. Oh, one other thing.. over the past dozen years, there have been several comments made that the money not being spent on those 100 extra officers because of lack of enough applicants is being put aside in a savings account.. How much is in there Oh, and what crimes is that savings account preventing?
