Oh! Washington state is not the first in the US to create human composting.. I know Indiana had such a site ... during the Civil War... Camp Morton was a Civil War Prisoner of War facility... for Southern prisoners.. more specifically, low ranked, frontline Southern soldiers.. no officers were allowed..One such was William Henry Kirven, a son of my paternal gg-grandparents. He was captured at he Battle of Lookout Mountain in 1863, and herded to Camp Morton, Indiana.. He died there in 1864, and was unceremoniously buried in a mass grave... and in post-war days, as Indianapolis grew and absorbed the property of Camp Morton, the mass graves were dug up and re-deposited into another mass grave. Of course, you probably never heard of Camp Morton in your school history classes.. Like most of you, I heard only of the atrocities Union prisoners were exposed to at Andersonville near Americus, GA. Believe me.. Union prisoners at Andersonville had it nice compared to Southern prisoners at Camp Morton.

Uc Davis gave students a $75.00 cash card if they agreed not to go to a Spring Break site, and the university was thrilled that so many of their students took the offer. GOOD GRIEF!!! I remember it well... he was playing with my younger brother Elliott Kirven who coasted in with an easy win.

Good grief!.. If Council WANTS to stop our growing crime wave, it will use the Public Safety LOST revenues for what they were intended.. putting 100 more police officers on our streets.. this is the area Council should be investigating to see what it will take to accomplish that.

I tell you what.. that story this week about how excited the NFL is about renegotiating its TV contracts in 2023 may be the biggest disappointment of all sportsdom.. looking at the viewer reports of the past several years following KraeperPRICK's emergence , combined with the declining viewership of the playoffs/SuperBowl, and major corporations dropping off the SuperBowl advertisers list.. I seriously doubt the TV package will be he bailout the NFL wants.
