It becomes law in 10 days, Corporation Counsel Mara Georges said." -- The US Supreme Court will strike this down, too, as it makes lawfully owning a gun akin to being a slave...you can live but you cannot breathe! Once again DIM/DUMBorats support making putting street guns only available for criminals, because criminal won't obey the law anyway.
