HuffPost headline: "Obamacare Enrollment Surging With Last-Minute Sign-Ups" -- Relax... obviously it's April Fool's Day.
---
Talk about providential timing.. OObamaCRAP's web site crashed yesterday so liberals reading the April Fool's Day papers will think it's a prank.
---
HuffPost headline: "On Last Day To Sign Up For Obamacare, Healthcare.gov Goes Down Again" -- Ooops, not an April Fools' Day joke.
---
Online headline: "GM Recalling 1.3 Million More Cars" -- OK, stop laughing.. this is one not a joke.
---
HuffPost headline/story: "Obama To Endorse Candidate In Hawaii's Heated Senate Democratic Primary * President Barack Obama on Monday endorsed Sen. Brian Schatz (D-Hawaii) over his challenger, Rep. Colleen Hanabusa (D-Hawaii), in the state's competitive Senate Democratic primary * UPDATE: 4:30 p.m. -- Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) added his name to the list of people endorsing Schatz" -- Whoa.. this probably should have been another April Fools' Day joke, but it's more like a 'war on a woman'!

Online horror story: "A Delaware man convicted of raping his three-year-old daughter only faced probation after a state Superior Court judge ruled he "will not fare well" in prison. * In her decision, Judge Jan Jurden suggested Robert H. Richards IV ( is an unemployed heir living off his trust fund - great grandson of du Pont family patriarch Irenee du Pont) would benefit more from treatment * In her sentence, Jurden said he would benefit from participating in a sex offenders rehabilitation program rather than serving prison time. * The light sentence has only became public as the result of a subsequent lawsuit filed by his ex-wife * Delaware Public Defender Brendan J. O'Neill told The News Journal that it was "extremely rare" for an individual to fare well in prison. "Prison is to punish, to segregate the offender from society, and the notion that prison serves people well hasn't proven to be true in most circumstances,"" -- "will not fare well in prison"? "the notion prison serves people well hasn't been proven true in most circumstances"? In the paternal rape of a 3 year old, who really cares! In no particular order, where do we start in being outraged! The fact that a judge and public defender even think that prison will serve a prisoner "well" is a start. The fact that the (_*_) was appointed a "public defender" is another! The fact that the (_*_) wasn't shot on the spot for raping his daughter yet is allowed to walk around in society is still another. Oh, and let's not forget why public outrage hasn't resulted in the judge being recalled and the Public Defender (what an ironic JOKE) being fired and disbarred! Now, on the other hand, in a way I have to agree with the judge/public defender in that prison would not rehab this (_*_)... he should have been taken directly from the courtroom, and hung on the courthouse steps!

Have subscribed to a couple of movie sites that broadcast to TV via Chromecast. Yesterday, I watched the 1956 movie, The Lone Ranger. It was as good, and corny, and refreshing as I remembered it nearly 60 years ago. Justice was served by good men standing their ground. Today, with activist judges, it's not so easy.

Baseball season has opened.. you'd think Judas 00-Barnum would have been back in the country to throw out the "first pitch", but he may be a little gun shy, He threw his best pitch at Putin, and Putin hit it into the next country.

Another online horror story happened to a 14 year teacher in Tennessee. "Tennessee teacher Jennifer Mitts says she was forced to resign from her post at Red Bank High School after taking a student to the emergency room and footing the bill. * Mitts reportedly took an ill 20-year-old student, who did not have health insurance, to the emergency room, according to area news station WTVC-TV. Upon learning of her actions, Mitts told the outlet that school officials “dictated to (me) what (I) should write in the resignation letter, including forcing (me) to waive (my) right to a hearing. * the student whom Mitts took to the doctor last year. * “I was the student that she took to the er [emergency room] last year. I had a temp of 105, pneumonia, a kidney infection && a bladder infection. I was also 7 months pregnant. Ms. Mitts saved my baby boys life as well as mine! And she did it out of the kindness of her heart, NOT because I asked * The school response: "However, Stacey Stewart, assistant superintendent of human resources for the district, said that Mitts resigned on her own and that she was never forced to waive her rights, according to local outlet WDEF-TV. She also said that Mitts has been in trouble for similar issues in the past and had been warned not to take students in her car from campus. * "It's a liability issue. It's an issue of insubordination after doing something you were officially warned not to do and doing it again. It's an issue of neglect of duty because the classroom was left unattended. There's several issues," Stewart said." -- I guess we're going to hear that this is another case of a school system's "zero tolerance" policy... Red Bank High has a "zero tolerance" for decency, compassion, common sense, and being human.

Remember the other October travesty in Washington..the murder of Miriam Carey? Her family has about $75 MILLION in wrongful death law suits on the books. You'd think mainstream media would keep us informed. Hmm, they won't... so I will.
---
Online story: "The Secret Service says a man has been arrested after he climbed over a fence at the White House. * Secret Service spokesman Brian Leary says the man climbed over the fence around 4 p.m. Sunday and was immediately arrested. The White House briefly went into lockdown after the incident, which is standard procedure." -- "standard procedure"? Then why was Miriam Carey chased down and shot last October? Guess it's just another real example of the Judas 00-Barnum "war on women".
---
Online headline: "Did GM choose profits over safety? -- DOH! That's like asking Judas 00-Barnum if he wants higher taxes or ask for more efficiency ...
---
Online story: "As the deaths are tallied from General Motors’ delayed recall of compact cars, one thing is becoming clear: Of those killed, the majority were young." -- Hmmm guess Judas 00-Barnum's plea for the young to get insured... fast... had other motivations as well.
---
Online story: "Beer brewers are objecting to a proposed federal rule that would make it harder for breweries to sell leftover grains as animal feed instead of throwing them away. * The Food and Drug Administration rule change would mean brewers would have to meet the same standards as livestock and pet-food manufacturers, imposing new sanitary handling procedures, record keeping and other food safety processes on brewers. * Beer makers complain that the new rules, if adopted, would force them to dump millions of tons of "spent grains," which are left over after barley, wheat and other grains are steeped in hot water." -- looks to me like Judas 00-Barnum has been overusing his "pen and phone"... again. Wonder if the FDA is so particular about the oil used to grease the rotating parts on reaper machine that harvest the feedstock from the fields? One good note to the brewers is that they might just have another option for their "spent grains". Fertilizer.. steeped coffee and tea grounds are used as such.
---
Thought generated on the above story: What does Judas 00-Barnum do with his used grounds from his craft brewery in the White House... smoke'm?
---
Online story: "WASHINGTON (AP) — The U.S. Transportation Department issued a rule Monday that will require rearview technology in many new vehicles — an effort to reduce deaths and serious injuries caused by backup accidents. * The final rule issued by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration will require new vehicles under 10,000 pounds (4,535 kilograms) and built on-or-after May 1, 2018 to meet the new rear-visibility standards. The rule includes buses and trucks. Motorcycles and trailers are exempt." -- Good grief.. will someone take Judas 00-Barnum's "pen and phone away"? First, I would never attempt to back-up without turning around to see what person/object could be approaching by destination from the side not within the camera's scope of vision. Secondly.. very few motorcycles and zero (to my knowledge) trailers have reverse gears of any kind?

Hmmm... maybe our Council should take a lesson from the MCSD board and appoint the Mayor/City Manager.. The Top 10 Most Content/Most Miserable Cities was released last week, and Columbus made one of them. I'll let you guess, but running-for-re-election Mayor Obamalinson is not going to advertise which one. On second thought.. Better not let Council vote on this.... besides, Council would never get 6 votes on anyone considered.
---
Talk about having a Marie Antoinette "eat-your-cake-and-have-it-too" complex..the national debt clock is climbing faster and higher than ever yet Judas 00-Barnum spinmeisters are claiming he's cut the debt .
---
Dang! I had "donate by Midnight" requests from the DNC, Hank Johnson, and Judas 00-Barnum in my "in box" last night. None of them promised they would go away if I did donate, so I didn't.
---
Another DNC e-mail from earlier in the day said, "We're not even close, Hal". I almost sent a donation because I finally heard something from the Democrats that wasn't a lie. I said "almost"...
---
Online headline/story: "Report: Obama administration released 68,000 convicted criminal aliens last year * In addition, "A Center for Immigration Studies report found that last year ICE reported nearly 722,000 encounters with illegal or criminal immigrants. But ICE officers filed immigration charges against less than 195,000 aliens * According to ICE personnel, the vast gap between the number of encounters reported and the number of aliens put on the path to removal exists because officers are not permitted to file charges against aliens who do not fall into the administration’s narrowly defined criteria for enforcement, regardless of the criminal charges or the circumstances in which the alien was identified" -- We don't need immigration 'reform', we need the DOJ in "reform school"!
---
You know,, I'm not sure what scares me most.. another 2+ years with Harry Reid as the Senate majority leader, or putting Mitch McConnell in charge.
---
Remember when Judas 00-Barnum suggested that our soldiers be responsible for their own healthcare because they volunteered to be in harm's way? Well, now that they've been under the military OObamaCRAP version, they are probably rethinking about that option. Trouble is, if they had done so, and liked it, 00-Barnum would want to take it away.
---
Online story: "The Georgia Supreme Court has disbarred former Georgia Congresswoman Denise Majette, finding she overbilled clients and misled the court about how much she was owed in fees." -- Hmmm, how soon before the rest of the Government lawyers's cases come up for review?
---
Online story: "The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Sunday that Georgia spent about $138 million in overpayments to benefit recipients in 2013 and risks an outside intervention since the program is federally funded. * Georgia Department of Family and Children Services spokeswoman Ashely Fielding says the agency doesn't have enough staff to deal with the number of applications for assistance, which have risen since the economic downturn" -- You know, for a lot less than $138,000,000.00, GA's DFCS could have hired more staff to handle the influx more efficiently. FIRE the ADMINISTRATORS!
---
Online headline: "Once Again, Press Ignores Illinois' Billions in Unpaid Bills in Covering 'Soak the Rich' Proposals" -- To boot, mainstream media does not want to connect-the-dots to Chicagoans Judas 00-Barnum, his former henchman, Mayor Rahm Emanuel, or current Secretary of Education Arne Duncan and the bills they've run up.
---
Online headline: "California Obamacare exchange sent out voter ballots pre-marked as ‘Democratic’ -- To boot, most Americans are registered to vote already, but why should non-American citizens ever get a voter registration form, much less one they can mail back in?
---
You know, while details are being accumulated and digested about the man killed on the CSU campus, lawyers have already been circling the site like vultures. Now, ambulance chasers seem "OK" in comparison.
---
You know.. evolutionists' theory has a fatal flaw.. Which came first.. the Adam or the Eve, and from what did the first one evolve?
---
LIV's L-E "soundoff": " The governor of New Jersey has been cleared by a group that was hired by Gov. Christie to check into things, and they found he did nothing wrong. Well, what do you expect for them to say" -- Hmmm, well, you can say the same thing about the group Mayor Obamalinson selected to give her a report on the viability of high speed trains.
---
Those unionized football players are probably already wondering if they will have to pay for their own "jock straps" and are they going to be a tax deduction.
---
L-E story: "Ga. launches online, mobile voter registration" -- Good grief.. Voting should be understood to be a privilege, not something to do while driving. Locally, we have spent MILLIONS.. many MILLIONS re-centralizing our voters' needs to MidTown. Now we find out it's another political waste of money.
---
L-E headline: "ALABAMA FOOTBALL * Nick Saban: Players should have a voice * Saban in favor of players unionizing" -- Hmmm, I reckon so... forget the deep pockets of a prominent football program.. the is would be a head coach's "best dream ever". Imagine, their prime players could be convicted of felonies, and instead of kicking them off the team for disciplinary reasons to please the NCAA, the coaches could now just point a finger at the union's player agent for blocking such action.
---
Online story: " Janet Yellen, the Federal Reserve chairwoman, devoted more than an hour last week talking by telephone with three Chicago area residents struggling to find jobs. * On Monday, she made their stories the centerpiece of the first public speech in her new job, delivering a strong statement about her concern over unemployment, her conviction that the Fed has the power to help, and her determination to do so." -- Results? She should have spent that hour + doing something constructive.
