The only "miscarriage of justice" brooding is the anticipation of a grand jury that doesn't meet one's desire regardless of the facts.

" -- This is a lie.. the Congressional Black Caucus Scholarship Program is basically a foundation funded by taxpayers, and general foundation rules prohibit giving funds to benefit family and friends.

No one questions the service of Tom Buck, and he's a good choice as an interim Councilor, but why wasn't the seat offered (I'm assuming it wasn't) to former Mayor, Bob Hydrick. Hydrick's grasp of Council politics would be more inline than Buck's Atlanta statehouse experience.
