For the record (at least before OObamaCRAP), St Francis responded by having the admitting desks have a rate card with discounted costs for self-pay patients. Columbus Regional was not as receptive. I used the 1975 laws passed in Gerald Ford's term that prohibited businesses from charging different prices to different customers for identical items/services. The laws are still on the books. Hope Ms Bowden's lawyers have discovered these as well.
