Jacy Jenkins, the writer of a letter to the L-E who wrote in favor of "Thaw the Freeze" lives in a split use condo/business building down town. Businesses occupy the ground floor and the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors are condo-residences. What's interesting is that owners on the 2nd and 3rd floors are taxed at a millage rate of 41.25, while residences of the 4th floor, such as Jenkins are taxed at a millage rate of 48.24. Quick math says Jenkins would save 17% if his/her millage rate was the same as his 2nd and 3rd floor neighbors In fact, if his/her millage rate was the same, he'd have saved $427.00 annually! His/her attention should be focused on saving him/herself taxes rather than siding with Mayor TomLYINGson.

That's 13,000,000+ more than any of the 2012 debates, and reflects the high numbers that came out to support Trump in the primaries. I guarantee these 13,000,000 are not on the call lists for all the standard polls the networks spout.

2012 debates indicate that more and more people are tuning in for Trump. These people are not on the polling lists that are being used.

I suggest: "Do you want to keep the Constitutional Amendment that protects your property taxes from being run up annually by wasteful politicians?"  That's something to vote "Yes" about. too. Now, I also encourage all to vote for the "school takeover" referendum since our local system wants no change in the "rubber stamp board" even though the school test scores are miserable.
