Online HuffPOOPOO headline: "Obama To Designate First Marine Monument In Atlantic Ocean" -- Oooops. my bad.. thought ZERO-bama finally was highlighting the value of our military service.

---
Instant repeat - Online HuffPOOPOO  headline/story: "Obama To Designate First Marine Monument In Atlantic Ocean * President Barack Obama will set aside a 4,900-square-mile stretch of ocean on Thursday to create the first protected marine monument in the Atlantic Ocean. * The area will be called the Northeast Canyons and Seamounts Marine National Monument and lie about 150 miles off the coast of Cape Cod in New England." -- "150 miles off the coast of Cape Cod"? Excuse me, but didn't the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea establish that International Waters begin at 12 Nautical Miles off the shore of coastal countries? Guess ZERO-bama's now considers himself above International Law as well, and can use his "pen and phone" for International Executive Orders.

---
Online headline: "Colin Powell wrote in an email that Bill Clinton was 'd---ing bimbos'" -- Who would have guessed, Slick Willie is up to his "new tricks" again, You know, Bill's nickname may not have been given for his political practice/prowess as we were led to believe....

---
From another hacked Powell e-mail: "In a 2014 email about Clinton, the retired four-star general wrote: "I would rather not have to vote for her, although she is a friend I respect." -- "would rather not HAVE to vote for her"? Is that not racism in a most blatant manner! Mainscream media loves to point out Powell is a "republican" even though he voted twice for ZERO-bama, he was going to vote for Hellary no matter what as part of the black bloc vote.

From the" bring back lynching.. the judge" department - Online headline/story: "No prison time for man who allegedly raped 1-year-old * An Iowa teen who was caught on video sexually abusing a 1-year-old will not be facing any jail time. * An Iowa man who was caught on video sexually abusing a 1-year-old will not be facing any jail time. * Kraigen Grooms, now 19, was 17 years old when he was arrested in 2014 by federal authorities targeting a child pornography ring that involved hundreds of victims in 37 states. * Dubbed "Operation Round Table," the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations Team arrested 14 people suspected of producing and distributing child porn. * Grooms was one of the suspects arrested after he was seen on video sexually abusing a baby. *  Grooms has been in jail for the past two years awaiting trial after he pled guilty to one count of engaging in a lascivious act with a child.
 * But Wapello County Judge Randy Degeest sentenced him to a 10-year suspended prison sentence after accepting Grooms' guilty plea. He will be required to register as a sex offender for life." --  The current Governor appointed the judge,,the governor is up for re-election in 2018.. find out who will be running against him and send a donation.

Online headline/story: "Clinton releases more medical info after health scare * A letter from Clinton's doctor states the Democratic presidential nominee last Friday was diagnosed with mild, non-contagious bacterial pneumonia." -- and anyone believes it? Good grief.. "non-contagious bacterial pneumonia"? Wasn't the discussion from the Clinton camp talking about others within who were also struggling with pneumonia? Sycophants...

---
Good grief.. after all the hype about reintroducing the Lincoln Continental, and all the seclusions of specifics, it's now released that the "Continental" has a wheelbase of only 117.9 inches.. welcome to a mid-sized limo..

---
CBS edited Bill Clinton's comments about Hellary's health issues. It was quite evident that Slick Willie answered a question about how often Hellary had episodes like the one on 9-11-16, and Bill said, "frequently" then corrected himself to "rarely". CBS said they edited it to save valuable time.. all 1.9 SECONDS of it. Of course, CBS could have saved valuable MINUTES simply by not running the segment at all. Personally, in  consistent Clinton form, I just thought Slick Willie was just redefining "frequently" to mean "rarely".

L-E headline/story: "Upscale Marriott property planned for 1200 block of Broadway * RAM Hotels is acquiring 1235 Broadway building for an AC Hotel. *  RAM is in the process of acquiring the Raymond Rowe building at 1235 Broadway and plans to construct an AC Hotel on the site. It is the second hotel planned for the 1200 block of Broadway. The Columbus-based Pezold company is planning a Hampton Inn at the corner of Broadway and 12th Street." -- Hmmm.. wonder if Pezolds will complain about this "next door" property being sold to cheaply to a competitor like the did next to theirs across from the Trade and Convention Center...

---
L-E's "Thought for Today": “I think the greatest curse of American society has been the idea of an easy millennialism — that some new drug, or the next election or the latest in social engineering will solve everything.” — Robert Penn Warren, American poet (born 1905, died this date in 1989)." -- Hmmm.. add in a couple of hundred new gun laws, burn the US Constitution, close down INS and the Border Patrol, give Iran a Trillion dollars, and you have the Democrat formula for Utopia.

---
L-E story: "Hillary Clinton is “recovering well” from pneumonia and remains “fit to serve as President of the United States,” her doctor said in a letter released Wednesday by her campaign." -- Hmmm Hellary's doctor must not have heard Hellary's plans for the future of OObamaCRAP, or the doctor wouldn't have said, Hellary "is fit to serve as President"... at least not in the US.

---
L-E story: "Georgia’s voter registration process violates the Voting Rights Act and has prevented tens of thousands of residents, mostly minorities, from registering to vote, according to a federal lawsuit filed Wednesday. * Under a policy implemented in 2010, people aren’t added to voter rolls if identifying information on their applications doesn’t exactly match information in databases maintained by the Georgia Department of Driver Services or the Social Security Administration, the lawsuit says." -- Good grief.. if the information their voter registration forms doesn't match their GA Driver's Licence or their Social Security number, then there ought to be a "very red flag" run up for further investigation!

You know, I grew up learning to read the obits daily.. our business had many credit accounts, and reading an obituary  might disclose the death of one, and that account might need to be monitored. As I read them, I noted how old most of the people were..and it seemed like they were mostly real old.. Now I read the obits looking for familiar names and note most of the ages seem pretty young, and that a lot of them are people I went to school with or played with/against in sports.  ,, and they are too young to be dying.. ;-)

From the "Hellary's, Feinstein's, Pelosi's, ZERO-bama's worst nightmare" department - L-E headline/story: "PINK PISTOLS * This LGBT group embraces guns * Going against the overwhelming majority of LGBT activists after the Orlando massacre, Jonathan Fischer started the West Hollywood chapter of the Pink Pistols. * Though the group is not, according to Patton, affiliated with the National Rifle Association, it has worked with them and has become increasingly involved in gun control litigation. " --  Welcome back to the American dream!

You know, with as many out-of-town letters that the L-E runs from such familiar names, I wouldn't be surprised that there are more out-of-town Columbus L-E subscribers than in Columbus. Numbers would be interesting...

From the "nailing it" department:
And let's not forget their knives and Scimitars.
