Will someone verify the figure of 11,558 being the number of crashes in 2 1/2 months versus similar figures for 12 months in each of the last 5 years? On this track, Columbus would end up with over 55,000 crashes. I wonder if the figure for 2012 was erroneously transposed to reflect the 2017 crashes.. It's more than coincidental that the two figures are identical.

I'm going to be real curious how Council interprets smoking tobacco vs smoking marijuana and cocaine and e-cigarettes. Council may get a District 9 Fed judge to back up its decision, but I'm sure Council will run up bigger legal fees on this than any other issue we taxpayers have been stuck paying Mayor Tom-LYING-son's legal buddies ....
