Whoa! What about that Judge in Oregon who let an illegal alien "escape" her court room through her personal exit door when she heard "I.C.E" agents were waiting outside the court room to arrest him? She should be impeached immediately and disbarred.

A Democrat Congressman said he wanted to have an investigation about Sessions for the best interests of the nation. I'd have a little more...a lot more..respect if he had expressed concern, showed a little appreciation,  about the best interests of America Tuesday night.

L-E headline/story: "Appeals court sides with Development Authority against Pezold companies * In a unanimous decision the appellate court reversed an April 2016 ruling by Superior Court Judge Gil McBride that stated the Development Authority of Columbus could not close a deal with Vision Hospitality, a Chattanooga, Tenn., company, for a proposed a 125-room hotel on 1.75 acres next to the downtown Marriott in the 800 block of Broadway. *  In a deal reached on Jan. 7, 2016, the Development Authority agreed to sell the property, which is currently used as the Marriott parking lot, for $50,000 to Vision Hospitality. During testimony at a hearing last month, Pezold Management Chief Operating Officer Tracy Sayers stated the land between Broadway and Front Avenue at Eighth Street was worth between $500,000 and $750,000 per acre." -- OBVIOUSLY.. Columbus has been "injured" by having the original purchase being stopped, and subsequent announcements of new hotels nearby pretty much forego resumption of such, SO, the City should block all use of the property as a parking facility for Pezold Management unless Pezold Management purchase that property outright at the high end of the range Pezold Management valued it.. 1.75 acres times $750,000.00 equals $1,312,500.00... oh.. plus closing attorney fees... and, of course, new higher property tax rates. Ironically, the higher property taxes for all was on Representative John Pezold's "agenda" so he should be in agreement ...  all around.
