From the "how can a US District Court judge rule against a Presidential Order overturning another Presidential Order that was unconstitutional to begin with" department - Online headline: "Second US judge blocks Trump from ending DACA program" -- You know, the impaneled US Supreme Court has equal powers with the President and the Legislative Branch in that all three must be in accord with the U.S. Constitution, so why does the US Supreme Court allow a lesser court judge power over the President?

While purportedly he was speaking out in defense of DACA (DIMocrats Aiding/Abetting Criminal Aliens), could you believe the racist comments Dick Durbin..DIMocrat Senator from the Shicago area was a literally saying that if you look into a restaurant kitchen, "they" are all immigrants..then he added that no one he was talking to (other Senators/empty chairs) actually want their children to pick fruit or other menial jobs. Typical DIMocrat..everyone is equal, but some of them are more equal.

"The View" needs a makeover... Yesterday, Mike Pence was discussed, and his Christian faith was dismissed as " mental illness". I suggest the name be changed to "The Peee-u!" Wake up DIMocrat Voters.. you officials don't believe in TAX CUTS, your faith, nor your ability to attain success on your own.

Carlton Gary..He's still breathing..why?

How can a Councilor/wannabe Mayor have no clue of the cost of the roundabout on River Road? It's one thing if the state is using only it's funds, but it's absolutely malfeasance if Council is unaware of how much local funds will involved and allows the project to begin even before it's bid out.

Sledge hammers usually have a 6-pound head.. some may have 8-pound ones, but none have 20-pound ones.. I was walking through Target yesterday and spotted a 20-pound dumbbell.. All of us can imagine the damage we can inflict hitting an object with a 6-pound sledge-hammer, but can you imagine how much damage you could inflict hitting a human being in the head with a 20-pound one.. Well, this is what a 20-pound dumbbell looks like, and Robert Short saw the damage first hand, and will never forget the sight inflicted by 3 animals in human clothing.

Conspiracy? Jamie Keating's event facility disintegrated in front of his eyes, and now the "Toast of the Town" seem seems to have skipped him altogether.

It's "Black History Month", and the artists who painted the Obabas portraits are being heralded as the "first" black artists to do so.. Wrong.. Alabama born Simmie Lee Knox was commissioned to paint the Clintons official White House portraits. It's especially egregious for the Obamas and mainscream media not to remember Black History in Black History Month.

Now Obama Security Advisor Susan Rice's e-mails are appearing.. can't wait until those of Obama's Senior Advisor, Valerie Jarrett suddenly appear as well.

Online headline/story: "'I eliminated white people from my personal life': Black woman's retreat to heal from racism sparks outrage * A segment on Vice News Tonight exploring a unique way Black women are dealing with institutional racism has struck quite a nerve—with white women. * In the segment, Andrea X discusses the Costa Rican retreat she created specifically for women of color to escape racism. The island getaway is not held at the exclusion of white people, but for the inclusion of Black women— to be exact. The Vice cameras follow Andrea and about a dozen of her attendees around for the week, as they experience the solitude and community of relaxing with one another away from the stresses of the world—particularly, those racist aggressions many experience in the United States. * "Every time I have a conversation with [white people], I just pick up on certain things that they say, I pick up on the micro-aggressions, the passive aggressiveness, I pick up on it," Andrea told the reporter from Vice. "So, I decided one day to just eliminate white people from my personal life, and ever since then, my life has been way more breezy." -- Hmmm.. she "picks up on" "micro-aggressions", and "passive aggressiveness" "EVERY TIME" she converses with white people"? Obviously Andrea X is not a fan of Martin Luther King Jr;s "dream" about everyone being judged by their character, not the color of their skin... besides, anyone who's hyper-sensitive to what only people of a different race say are obviously the ones with racism attitudes.

I had a really disheartening experience at Target yesterday.. I picked out a generic bottle of Nyquil to have on hand, but when I went to check out, the cashier.. who may or may not have reached her 18th birthday, asked to see my license.. I flicked it open for her to see my 1947 birth date, but she said that wasn't enough, I had to remove it from my wallet so she could scan the data bar on the back. Hmm.. I thought.. there's a lot of info back in that data bloc that Target has no need to "see". I told her to just remove it it from my purchase..told those waiting behind me what was going on, too, and they looked as offended as I was. Back off Target!

Besides the awkward background of President Obama's portrait..it appears that the artist has included what looks like an extra finger on Obama's left hand, but more disturbing are a couple of "portraits" Wiley has done that have a black woman holding the decapitated head of a white woman... maybe this is why Kathy Griffin is so upset with mainscream media's shunning of her when she appeared holding the decapitated head of President Trump.

HuffPOOPOO headline/story: "Parents of Republican Senate hopeful max out donations to Democratic opponent * Just months after Republican Kevin Nicholson announced his bid to run against incumbent Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-Wis.) in 2018, Nicholson’s own parents donated the legal maximum to Baldwin’s primary campaign, CNN reports. * Nicholson’s parents, Donna and Michael, reportedly donated $2,700 to Baldwin in December 2017. Nicholson had announced in July that he was seeking the Republican nomination for the Senate seat." -- "Max out"? Actually each of his parents could have donated $2,700.00...Hmmm.. so the Republican child is being punished by mainscream media for the sins of his parents.. In actuality, the real story is about a brave young man who is out to right the sins of his DIMocrat parents.

Online headline/story: "Slaying ends Maryland city's 12-day stint without homicide * The shooting death of a 22-year-old man has ended a peaceful 12-day streak when Baltimore did not record a single homicide. * The Baltimore Sun reports the unidentified man died shortly after he was shot in the chest Tuesday afternoon. * Acting Police Commissioner Darryl De Sousa says the longest stretch without homicides since the city's 2015 spike in violence was a step in the right direction" -- You know.. it's not "sad", it's condemning when a City is thankful for a 12 day respite from street violence death.

L-E headline/story: "13th Street lane closures OK’d in bid to bring new life to area * Elevating the potential for economic development above traffic concerns, Columbus Council voted Tuesday to reduce the number of main travel lanes on a portion of 13th Street from four to two to help revitalize the area" -- Hmmm.. wonder if any of the 8 Councilors who voted "for" shutting down 13th Street to two lanes bothered to ask someone in Eufaula, AL if they were planning to re-shutdown Highway 431 to 2-lanes during Spring Break...
You know.. the most damning move by the Council is voting to shut down 2 of the 4 lanes of a road that the State Of GA deemed important enough it wanted to WIDEN it 30 years ago to be a major parallel artery through the center of town.
Oh, another thing.. why hasn't business boomed on 10th Avenue .. it intersects with 13th Street just east of the viaduct, and has access to, but not the through traffic of 13th Street.. MidTown is just a victim of Executive Directors, past and current, who just want their reality abandoned, and the "out-of-town planners" who are getting paid to give Executive Directors what they want to hear.

Just ran across this FaceBook posting of friend David Benefield: WOW...Im so annoyed. .
Phones are out again at the florist.
They were on and off again On the 13th. But when I woke up this morning at 239 am and called the shop. It said. "The number you reached has been changed it is no longer in service. WOW. I'm usually a nice guy ..but this is Valentine's Day!!!. And we need our phones to work. !!!. When I finally got wow on the phone ..we got disconnected !!!! I've been on hold trying to reach them forever...still holding
...So NOT happy with this service.

Additionally, on Monday, my bride went by a specialty store in Mainstreet Village who related the same occurrence and that it was wide spread throughout that area.. I don't know if there's anything most WOW users can do, but if I were a florist, I do believe I might file a claim against WOW for disruption and business losses, and possibly slander for telling other customers my number had been changed.

According to the L-E story, the favorite Valentine's Day gift in GA is: a Box of Chocolates...Hmm.. maybe for men, but men, if you haven't "gotten around to it" .. yet.. there's time to run out and get a CD of the soundtrack to "The Greatest Showman", and your brides will be very happy.. add a "movie date" to see it, and she'll be ecstatic.

L-E headline/story: "Here’s what can you expect from Columbus 2025 * Columbus 2025 started last year as an effort to reduce poverty, increase prosperity and create a better quality of life for residents of the Chattahoochee Valley. * On Tuesday, community partners involved in the five-year initiative, coordinated by the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce, gathered at Green Island Hills for a project update."
You know, the real value of this organization is that it is bringing all the issues that Mayor Tom-LYING-son has not addressed or accomplished in her 7 years as mayor.

L-E headline: "Russia likely to meddle in midterm elections, intel leaders say" -- Hmm.. yet nothing is said about DIMocrats and mainscream media DEFINITELY (and already) intending to meddle in the mid-term elections.

L-E headline/story: "College football attendance sees second-largest decline * According to numbers recently released by the NCAA, attendance at football games played by FBS teams as a whole also dropped 3 percent in 2017, from 43,612 in 2016 to 42,203 this past season." -- Basically, the pitfalls of universities kowtowing to the dollars of network TV is most likely the "culprit". It use to be that when colleges made their schedules out years in advance and games were most likely set for noon/1:00 kick offs, and families could plan a family outing.. including "tailgating", "the game" then driving home while there was still light.. Now, families cannot make plans until a week out because the games get juggled about for convenient/available TV slots.. some game even get moved from the traditional college game day of Saturday to either a Thursday, Friday.. or even a Sunday or Monday date, and families are not that flexible.. jobs and school dictate the the schedules of families to attend, and non-Saturday games or Saturday games moved to night starting times do not necessarily fit into family schedules. Oh.. and don't get me started on "fluff games" between DIV 1 schools and Div III schools scheduled just to "fluff up" their records so even mediocre schools get "bowl eligible".
---
L-E headline/story: "Forums announced for Muscogee school rezoning * MCSD Superintendent David Lewis said the plan still could be changed, but, as of now, approximately 370 out of the roughly 31,700 students in the district would be reassigned to a different school in what Lewis calls “spot rezoning.” -- First.. I'm glad to see the L-E is actually calling a Lewis decision to question... Secondly, this disturbs me.. "The rezoning has three main goals, according to the information presented at the retreat: make room for growth in north Columbus; more efficiently use space in south Columbus; and accommodate the impact of the August opening of the new Spencer High School"?... Hmm.. I know that when the 2015 SPLOST was being pushed with a new Spencer, the MCSD had 127 unused classrooms, and no new school was needed. I can see nothing about "spot rezoning" that will do anything but raise costs without raising results.
