Online story: "A third federal judge on Tuesday ruled against the Trump administration's campaign to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program for undocumented immigrants, ordering the administration to not only continue processing applications but also to resume accepting new ones." -- What is it with lower court judges even having a voice on a US program created by one president that isn't even a law.. what is their authority at ruling whether an Executive Order is "constitutional" or not.. Congress has the power to "undo" a presidential order, the sitting president has the power to curtail a previous president's EOs , and the US Supreme Court also has standings of equality with Congress and the President.. lower court judges "ruling" on non-laws are just "activists", and not far removed from "grandstanding".

 

By the way.. 3 out of 100's of such judges is not a presiding opinion.

There seems to be quite a buzz in MidTown here in Columbus.. word has leaked out that a prominent piece of property on Wynnton at the "gate" of Hilton Avenue will become a public housing... taxpayer supported public housing.. Hey Mayor Tom-LYING-son.. are you moving out of MidTown after the first of the year... inquiring voters want to know.. Hmmm... and I guess we need to ask if this will qualify for the T.A.D. programs you championed?
