I understand politics...and I understand how Party agenda can get out of hand trying to undermine another political party , but I do not understand ..nor will tolerate.. how nor why the Democrats purposely try to undermine our great country.

From the "signs, signs, everywhere a sign " department - Online headline/story: "Local Agencies Install Signs Along the Chattahoochee River * five organizations (are) combining to install 22 trash-free river and trail signs along the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area from Buford Dam to Whitewater Creek" -- Good grief.. adding 22 manmade SIGNS to a natural river trail is not what we've been educated to believe is nature friendly"..

Atlanta is discussing a $1 Billion dollar affordable housing project to build 20,000 new units over the next 7 years. Doing the math, that's right on $50K per unit. What's not said is that whether these units will be family friendly sized or "tiny houses". But... regardless of anything else, is it really "affordable housing" if taxpayers are supplementing the cost and making their personal homes more expensive via higher taxes?

From the "it could only happen in Sanctuary City,California" department - Online headline/story: "Man allegedly shoots infant in head after mom spurns his advances * he mother later left the home with the baby another male friend, police said. As they were driving away, the suspect, Marco Antonio Echartea, 23, began shooting at the car, police said. * Police found the suspect near the home and arrested him on suspicion of three counts of attempted murder, the Fresno Bee reported. He was also wanted for another shooting in May. It was not immediately clear whether he had an attorney." -- California is about to become a tourist drought area like the Dominican Republic...

Due to a family commitment, my early morning news source has been WTVM-9. Who does WTVM's ad agency feel is their audience... I saw pleas for business from 4 different ambulance chasing law firms.

Did you hear...the GA DOT is considering a roundabout at US 27 and GA 315 in Harris County. My advice to Harris Countians is not to take it until after they can evaluate the idiocy of the roundabout on River Road here in Columbus. Hey. Columbus Council, how come the GA DOT isn't paying for ours? Originally, it was, but now we are.. and at a $5.8 Million dollars difference from the initial projects.

Two comments I've made recently about situations of the MCSD have triggered other comments that have brought up two more areas to address. First is: Now that the new Spencer is operational, what is...or will be happening at the old Spencer site? Will it be razed .. will it be sold... or can it be utilized in any other capacity? Any empty building is a liability in it's own right, but one in as bad a shape claimed is a disaster waiting to happen. Add the concealed nature of the site from public view..then throw in the attractive nuisances of unmaintained athletic fields and gymnasium, and as an 1960s/70s astronaut might say, "Houston (Columbus), we have a problem"

The second involves the Columbus High baseball field. The Columbus High program became legendary under Bobby Howard because of another aspect other than winning games. Howard created a unity of parents and players that served both well. The parents were involved in making the facility superior, and players form CHS and visiting schools knew the complex was special. Now, there will be little for the parents to do as the field will become only place for parents to come watch games... and when maintenance issues arise, the parents will neither be there to help..nor even equipped with the tools and knowledge to be of help.

Online headline: "Danny Glover: ‘Societies Must Apologize’ for Slavery with Reparations" -- Hmmm...Maybe Glover should go to Africa and get the Muslim slave traders to chip-in?

---
From the "payback begins" department - Online headline: "Mexico deploys 15,000 troops to U.S. border to block migrants" -- Well technically they are there to intercept.. not block.. but either way. 15,000 soldiers cuts into the US paying our Border Agents to
"catch, treat, and release.. repeat cycle" thousands of illegal aliens... Mexico IS paying for the Wall!

Sure..Biden bin Lying assured SC blacks he couldn't be a segregationist..SC's Fritz Hollings was his mentor. Let that sink in !

What a tribute.. Texas Senator Ted Cruz is a good patriot.. one of the few who ventured toe-to-toe with Trump without scurrying back into the shadows is showing signs of what he learned about America being GREAT again... Cruz has recommended we take the money lost for the cost of Iran shooting down and unarmed drone from the "held Irani money" in our banks here. Go Ted!

Justice in Shicago MAY prevail after all... the Shicago PD has released the video pf Smollett wearing the noose made from the rope his partners in crime bought ... Interestingly, Smollett did not like being on video like he does when it's on a network.

From the "telling it like it is" department - Online headline: "Home Depot co-founder: Bernie Sanders is the 'enemy of every entrepreneur'" -- Just being reminded of the success story Home Depot is.. is comment enough on Biden bin Lying's lack of business acumen.

From the :Fred Sanford telling Elizabeth :it;s the big one" department - 'Swarmageddon' of 1,000 earthquakes hit Southern California. Should they be nervous?" -- Sure glad I have zero vacation plans for anywhere in California!

Online headline: "Pelosi tells New York crowd 'violation of status' not a reason to deport illegal immigrants" -- Good grief! Does PeLOUSY believe being Speaker of the House maker her Speaker of the Supreme Court as well?

---
Online headline/story: "Gorsuch sides with liberals in shooting down tougher sentences for gun crimes * President Trump's two Supreme Court picks, Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, were on opposing sides once again Monday in a case centering on whether a law that slaps harsher penalties on certain gun possession cases is unconstitutionally vague. * Even the government admits that this language ... provides no reliable way to determine which offenses qualify as crimes of violence and thus is unconstitutionally vague," he wrote. Vague laws leave it to unelected attorneys and judges to determine what acts qualify as crimes, Gorsuch said, when it is really Congress' job to make that decision with the laws that they pass." -- I think Gorsuch nailed it and all the other judges are just confused about the sides they voted for..

Online headline: "Abortion Was the Leading Cause of Death Worldwide in 2018, Killing 42 Million People " -- You know..out of 42,000,000 deaths by abortion, I bet one of those could ... would..have grown up and found a cure for cancer, and that's just from those murdered in one year.

They lie! The next time you see/hear a Safelite ad where they drive out to your damaged windshield site and fix it, then tell you there's no charge because your insurance company waves the deductible when you repair the damage vs replace the windshield. My daughter noticed a chip in the windshield of her less than 30 day old car, and when she contacted her insurance company, she was told that it stop doing that 10 years ago so she'd have to pay for the chip repair because it was under her comprehensive deductible. I told her to have the windshield replaced instead.. I'd rather her have a new windshield and pay the $200.00 deductible rather than pay the chip repair costs of about $60.00 and have a damaged windshield on a one month old car. You may want to clear this up with your insurance carrier before you find out what you think is covered...isn't.

MSM-13 "headLIE" : " The First Democratic DEBATE"...-- huh? "Debate"? Don't there need to be opposing sides/opinions for a political event to be called a " DEBATE"? I think a "coven or conclave" would be more accurate than "debate".

From the "Trump vs politicians" - department - M/C L-E headline: "Supreme Court rejects early challenge to Trump steel tariffs" -- Cha-ching! Trump and America - Won. Politicians a big Fat Zero.
