Columbus Ledger-Enquirer headline: "‘No excuses here.’ How 4 Chattahoochee Valley schools increased achievement in schools" -- You know.. it's nice to have special stories that sort take the wind out of the sails of reality, but what's really important for every teacher teacher is for them TO KNOW that every student they sign off om to move up to the next grade are READING at the level.. or higher...than the grade the student just finished.. with the overwhelming need for remedial English and Math classes at the college level, we know this is not happening.
