Online headline/story: "Iran launches 15 ballistic missiles into Iraq targeting US, coalition forces, officials say * Ten missiles hit Al-Assad Air Base, one missile hit a military base in Erbil and four missiles failed to hit their targets, * Initial assessments showed "no U.S. casualties," a U.S. military official in Baghdad told Fox News" -- 4 out of 15 missiles fired into your neighboring country "failed"; no American casualties? If Iran was hoping to assert itself with a "hit you with my best shot" Iran failed miserably.

It's sorta like throwing your best suckerpunch haymaker in a bar fight, and hurting your own hand more than the jaw of the guy you hit who didn't flinch...

Also sorta reminds me of how Democrats took their best punch at President Trump then locked themselves up in the House.

---
I wrote this next item yesterday morning: This may be moot by Wednesday AM, but Iran sounds like a bunch of our Democrats saying what they are going to do rather than doing anything at all.... their inadequate missile barrage last night proves it.

---
I love animals...but I hate those ASPCA ads showing dogs tethered or caged out in the snow...Why are they taping them rather than helping them?

---
Libs ...American libs...are upset that Irani cultural sites could be targeted. You know, I don't remember any American libs being upset when Islamic terrorists destroyed Christian archaeological sites throughout the Mid-East.

---
You know, with Creepy Joe Biden stating he has a cure for cancer, wouldn't Congressman Lewis's family have a real "wrongful death" suit against Biden if the Congressman dies without Biden stepping forward?

---
Why would President Trump inform .. even entertain informing. ..the 4 Democrats designated in the Gang of 8... not one of them is trustworthy with classified information.

---
Online headline: "House Intel Republicans investigating inspector general handling of whistleblower complaint" -- Rightfully so... starting with why the "source" was given "whistleblower" status when he was not an eyewitness to his report..

---
To a "man", all the California Democrats are condemning President Trump's decision to eliminate Gen Soleimani because it might lead to war...You know, those Californian Democrats may be more concerned that Soleimani has caused less of a threat to America's security than California Congresspersons continue to do.

---
You know, the Republican election campaign slogan for November 2020 should be, "Vote Republican! The Democrats have Schi** for brains".

---
You know.. the Democratic Party response to Trump ordering Soleimani eliminated is akin to their position on the 2nd Amendment... if "we" take away our law respecting citizens' guns, the bad guys wouldn't have a reason to shoot at us.

---
Online headline: "Albert Haynesworth, ex-Titans player, faces backlash for suggesting Iran attack White House" -- What's this @-hole doing... trying to take KaeperPRICK's role with Nike?

Online story: "Democrat Jon Ossoff will report raising more than $1 million for his U.S. Senate bid over the last three months as he races to establish himself as the front runner in a contest with three other well-known contenders competing to challenge Republican David Perdue. * Ossoff’s earlier disclosure, in October, amounted to roughly the same amount of campaign cash as his three top Democratic rivals – business executive Sarah Riggs Amico, Clarkston Mayor Ted Terry and former Columbus Mayor Teresa Tomlinson – raised combined during the same three-month quarter. * Tomlinson raised about $380,000 during the last quarter, while Amico collected about $310,000 and loaned her campaign another $400,000. Terry took in about $90,000 during that time frame. " -- Hmmm... so ex-Columbus Mayor Tom-LYING-son has been lying to herself that the rest of GA wants her...

Point of order: Why are candidates allowed to take out 'loans" from themselves or from banks? Technically, candidates would be pocketing other people's money when the loan(s) are paid off which should make that amount be considered "ordinary income" for tax purposes. Oh, and in the case of "bank loans", it makes it appear that a financial entity is "endorsing" said candidate while holding a debt over the head said candidate.

Scary online headline/story: "Chelsea Clinton made $9M since 2011 from corporate board position: report * Chelsea Clinton raked in around $9 million since 2011 for her work on the board of an Internet investment firm controlled by a pal of her mom’s, a report said Monday. * The former first daughter, since 2011, has received an annual retainer of $50,000 for serving on the board of IAC/InterActiveCorp, which is controlled by business and television mogul Barry Diller * But it’s the $250,000 worth of restricted IAC stock units Clinton received on top of the retainer that lead to the windfall, * Clinton, 39, reported to the Securities and Exchange Commission last month that she owned $8.95 million worth of IAC stock. * In March 2017, she was named to the board of Expedia Group, earning an estimated $250,000. Diller, a donor to Chelsea’s mom Hillary Clinton, also controls Expedia Group." -- And you know, the gains on her stock options are not taxed until she "cashes in", yet she can use the daily value as "clout". Guess this is why Creepy Joe felt it OK to get his son some of that action in Ukraine and China.

Online headline: "Puerto Rico hit with 6.4 magnitude earthquake, islandwide blackout reported" -- Hmmmm...how about we set up a "pool" as to when PeLOUSY or Schmoozer declares this as Trump's fault!

---
Excuse me... but when did Senator Rand Paul abandon sanity?

---
Online headline: "Soleimani funeral stampede in Iran leaves at least 40 dead, state TV reports": -- Hmmm... somebody musta thought they saw a "Trump baby balloon" overhead and thought it might "drop a load" on them.

Noticed an ad for proposals to the Columbus Consolidated Government concerning the City's 2021 budget and HUD's 2020 program.. Now will someone tell us WHERE the to-be-razed Chase Homes will be rebuilt?

---

I've reported this previously, but it doesn't appear any action has been taken.. there's a trailer at 2600 Veterans Parkway (Parcel ID 015 026 002 ) with "residents"  apparently living in it.. even though it appears not to have some (or no) utilities.. It is also zoned "commercial".. If nothing else, it is certainly an eyesore on a main artery of Columbus.
