You know, our Founding Father's KNEW the importance of the 3 way system of justice needed to make... and KEEP... America great... and the importance of why each body, the Executive, the Legislative, and Judicial Branches was given unique responsibilities requiring the 3 Branches to coordinate to assure the power was of the people, by the people, and for the people. Right now, our Judicial Branch is under siege, and our Democrat run Executive and Legislative Branches are failing to protect the Judicial Branch.. Heads should ROLL!

Online "headLIE"/story: "White House says 20 internet companies will provide effectively free internet to millions of Americans * The White House says that 40% of the U.S. population, about 48 million households, will be eligible to sign up through an existing program called the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). * The program is aimed at lower income Americans and offers participants a discount of up to $30/month on their internet bill, meaning they’ll effectively get free service if they can get online with one of these participating companies. * AT&T CEO John Stankey said his company's new plan “when combined with federal ACP benefits, provides up to 100 Mbps of free internet service." * “Internet for all requires the partnership of business and government, and we are pleased to be working with the Administration, Congress and FCC to ensure everyone has accessible, affordable and sustainable broadband service,” he said." -- Good grief! First.. there is no such thing as "free"..secondly.. there is no "partnership of business and government" without TAXPAYERS footing the ALL of the bill, and in this case, 72,000,000 Households (the non-qualifying 60%) will be adding $18.00 a month (minimum) on our WiFi bills for FOREVER!

Now.. in the much ballyhooed $550 BILLION DOLLAR "Infrastructure Bill", $65 BILLION was
"earmarked" for "Broadband Infrastructure".. In other words, taxpayers were already on the hook for providing rural access, but now the Democrats want actual taxpayers to foot even MORE of the costs...

Online headline/story: "GOP senators urge TV ratings board to warn viewers of 'disturbing' LGBTQ content * A group of Republican senators is calling for the country's television ratings system to warn parents about "sexual orientation and gender identity content" on children's TV shows."-- Hmmm...I don't think it's purely a GOP thing.. it should be a concern for all parents... and it should also cover movie theater "coming attractions" and all Hallmark movies...I am not one to stand in the way of two people who find love, but like with heterosexual love, there're limitations in presenting it in public PDAs.

Online headline: "White House condemns 'threats' after peaceful protests outside homes of Roberts and Kavanaugh" -- Hmmm but what the White House "handlers" aren't saying is for their cronies to STOP!

From the Democratic Party Agenda fulfillment" department - Online story: "A study shows remote learning led to large losses in achievement for students during the pandemic, with blue states and students from low-income areas hit the hardest by the losses. * Interestingly, gaps in math achievement by race and school poverty did not widen in school districts in states such as Texas and Florida and elsewhere that remained largely in-person," Thomas Kane, a professor of education at Harvard and one of the authors of the study, said of the study's results in an interview with the Harvard Gazette last week. "Where schools shifted to remote learning, gaps widened sharply. Shifting to remote instruction was like turning a switch on a critical piece of our social infrastructure that we had taken for granted." * The study was conducted by Harvard University, the National Center for Analysis of Longitudinal Data in Education Research at the American Institutes for Research, and NWEA. The group analyzed data from 2.1 million students in 10,000 schools in 49 states, finding remote learning to be the primary cause for large losses of student achievement during the pandemic. * The researchers found that high-poverty schools were the most likely to spend more time in remote instruction, with high-poverty schools in some states outpacing others." -- And this is talking about "math"... betcha the reading gap is even worse!

Online "headLIE" - President Biden 'strongly condemns' Molotov cocktail attack on Wisconsin anti-abortion group * The attack comes as the Supreme Court is expected to overturn Roe v. Wade" -- First, if it was a "strong" condemnation.. it would include a stated course of action to protect the Justices.. secondly, the US Supreme Court is not.. repeat: IS NOT...."overturning" Roe v. Wade.. it is correcting an overreach of the Supreme Court of 1973 when it ignored states' rights under the 10th Amendment. The current leaked draft just shows this Court is looking to restore the states' rights. Personally, I don't think this is an issue for the laws of man unless it only addresses the commercialization of murder...it's about the relationship of women and or spouses with our Lord and Savior..

A few years ago, St Francis Hospital here I Columbus, GA was rocked with financial scandal... Some $30 MILLION DOLLARS seemingly just disappeared.. poof! I understand how money in speculative stock funds suddenly disappears, but hospital finance guys aren't speculators.. would love to see a follow up on where the finance guy is now, and where all that money landed?

Online headline/story: "Former Synovus vice president barred from banking over alleged embezzlement * Synovus fired ****** on June 2, 2021, and she is no longer involved with the banking industry. She has agreed to reimburse the bank. Garcia did not admit to or deny the allegations put forth by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. * It’s unclear if criminal charges have been filed against Garcia. A Synovus spokesperson did not respond to a request for comment before publication." -- What a horror story if no action has.. or will be taken after nearly a year after ****** was fired! Barring (blacklisting) her from the Banking Industry does zilch at protecting other employers from hiring her. This sounds suspiciously like the situation with the St Francis Hospital scandal a few years ago.... does anyone know where.. or if.. St Francis's finances handler is working now?

I see where Council finally caved on giving NeighborWorks the $10 Million in T.A.D. property taxes... and it looks like Council did so without re-figuring the new construction costs after the inflation surge has hit, so keep a good eye on this... it wouldn't have gotten off the ground without $10 MILLION in local taxes dollars being redirected from local property taxes.

Online headline/story: 'MSNBC’s Tiffany Cross warns adoption not 'always safe' option for Black babies * The MSNBC host claimed abortion opponents achieved their goals through 'violence' * "This whole notion that, you know, women should have children and just you know, let the kids get adopted, well, that’s not always a safe route, particularly for Black and brown kids. Black kids do not get adopted, often, there are—we have stats on it. There are often kids who stay in the system for a long time," Cross said." -- Hmm.. so Ms Cross feels that having a chance to reach adulthood and possibly becoming a contributing member of society is not a good option compared to the certainty of death by abortion.. talk about a real Mental Health crisis!

Online headline: "Lake Mead drought exposes more human remains" -- Hmmm... maybe the FBI has been looking in the wrong places for Jimmy Hoffa...

Online headline/story: "Former BLM leader Patrisse Cullors denies misuse of funds * Recent disclosures show BLM paid $6 million for Los Angeles compound in 2020 * Former BLM leader Patrisse Cullors denies misuse of funds * Recent disclosures show BLM paid $6 million for Los Angeles compound in 2020" -- Good grief! You know, when you ask people to donate to a cause to combat an issue, it is a crime to misappropriate... misuse... the funds.. somehow, I have a hard time believing any donor was asked to contribute to buying her personal property...
