How can Charlie Rangel complain? He's known for months (inside he's known for years!) of what was coming, and walked out one day, and didn't bother to show up the next. Just 'dissing' the Ethics Committee is an ethics violation he should be expelled for!

California and 9 other states allow illegal aliens to pay in-state-tuition at their colleges, yet my children live who live in Georgia would have to pay out-of-state tuition rates at the same schools. This is just wrong!
