From a fellow BCer wanting to know if anyone knows where he can buy a shirt like this.....

Passed on from a fellow BCer:
General Electric is planning to move its 115-year-old X-ray division from Waukesha, Wis., to Beijing. In addition to moving the headquarters, the company will invest $2 billion in China and train more than 65 engineers and create six research centers. This is the same GE that made $5.1 billion in the United States last year, but paid no taxes-the same company that employs more people overseas than it does in the United States.
So let me get this straight. President Obama appointed GE Chairman Jeff Immelt to head his commission on job creation (job czar).
Immelt is supposed to help create jobs.
I guess the President forgot to tell him in which country he was supposed to be creating those jobs.
If this doesn't show you the total lack of leadership of this President, I don't know what does.
---
18 times potUS O'Blather demanded for Congress to "Pass this bill". I agree...Congress should 'pass' on this bill; in fact, pass it on to round filing cabinet on the floor.
---
It's one thing to want to spend $447 Billion when you have it on hand, but it'd another thing when you have no idea...correction, you know it's gonna have to be taxed out of the private sector which knows better how to spend it.
---
Online "headlie": "World Stocks Fall On Fears That US Jobs Plan Will Stall In Congress" -- What a liberal viewpoint! The world has more fear of anything potUS O'Blather proposes being passed unread, than anything else.
---
potUS O'Blather probably could have gotten his 'job plan' passed by the DIM&DUMBERat Congress of 2008-09, but only if potUS O'Blather had tried reverse psychology of imitating Br'er Rabbit asking Br'er Fox and Br'er Bear to please not throw him in the briar patch.
---

Online headline: 'Bank Of America Considers Slashing Roughly 40,000 Jobs' -- Hmmm, guess that $5 Billion Warren "tax me more, PLEASE!" Buffet invested in BAC will be used to fund the severance packages of the 40,000.
---
Wonder if Buffet putting $5 Billion into BAC was to embarrass potUS O'Blather into stop mentioning his name in speeches?
---
Online headline: "Tim Geithner: Obama Jobs Plan Would Have 'Powerful Effect'" -- Yeah, like that old 'sucking sound' of jobs leaving the USA mentioned by Ross Perot had a 'powerful effect', too.
---
Repeat: "Tim Geithner: Obama Jobs Plan Would Have 'Powerful Effect'" -- How credible is it when one less that credible minion tries to give credibility to his boss?
---
Last week, potUS O'Blather sent up a trial balloon for a jobs bill of $300 Billion; Thursday night, he was needing nearly $450 Billion. Nah, there's no inflation.
---
It seems sorta funny to hear reports of 'stim-YOU-LIE' money still sitting around unspent. Boehner should call for an immediate return of any of that money, and buy back some of the debt the DIM&DUMBERats put on us through the 'stim-YOU-LIE' bill.
---
You know, after 2012, potUS O'Blather may get an offer to be a TV pitchman. Can't you see him now, "If you buy my line today, we'll double the offer for free....(plus a separate handling 'investment'), and throw in free passes to my next fundraiser.
---
Before we put potUS O'Blather (or any politician for that matter) in charge of any job plan, let's remember that it's taken 10 years, because of government red tape and processing to get an incomplete tower rebuilt of Ground Zero. I heard on the radio it took only 18 months to build the Empire State Building during the Roosevelt Depression, and that was with out the modern construction methods and equipment. Guess there weren't as many government/union hoops to jump through back then.
---
If the private sector had been put in charge of rebuilding at Ground Zero, we could have proudly shown the world that America can "take it", and come back stronger than ever. What does the ceremony with an unfinished 'memorial' tell the world?
---
Wish the SEC would do something more dramatic, even more worthwhile, than just expanding the schools under the umbrella. Wouldn't it be good if the SEC did something for academics rather than just sports? Say, how about the states of the SEC schools eliminating out-of-state tuition fees for students of each states high school graduates?
---
L-E story: "DETROIT — Contract talks between the United Auto Workers union and General Motors and Chrysler slowed Friday as the union seeks more money and the companies insist on cost cuts to offset pay increases," -- Whatta joke! How does the union negotiate with itself?
