George Bush took the huge surplus that Clinton left, squandered that then plunged us into the deepest debt we have ever known." -- If this is not the words of Judy F. Brouillette, then it's one of her former students. First, Clinton didn't leave a 'huge surplus', when he left office, there was a national debt of $5.73 Trillion and it would have been much worse except for the '94 Republican take-over prompted by Clinton's desire to socialize medicine even further, plus Clinton had pretty much dismantled the preparedness of our military. potUS O'Blather has almost added as much national debt in his first two years as was added in the 8 years Bush in which was president and had the responsibility of rebuilding our military so we could defend our country from terrorists around Earth.
